"Near Shinjuki East Station but not the Main st."

It's so hard especially in 0 degree. The service is good and the staff is very helpful. It's reasonable price and in budget

"Good location and hotel"
The hotel was very clean and relatively new. The location is excellent, it is very tclose to the train station and is surrounded by many restaurants. It was difficult to chose one due to the large number. Breakfast at the hotel was pricey when compare to the restaurants that were close by. The lower floors of the hotel provide good shopping in a very […] nice mall. Some items maybe expensive but still very good overall. "フロントにびっくり"
ニューオータニというイメージとは違う、とても近代的なデザインの客室でしたが、それはそれで新鮮な感じで、窓からの眺めも素晴らしかったです。ただフロントがレストランのすぐ横の思わぬ場所で、そこにおられた女性の制服が、ピンクのエステを思わせるようなもので、さすがにそれはいかがかな？と思いました。この服装はぜひもっと客室のイメージに合うスタイリッシュで、格調高いものにされたらよいかと思いました。Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價
