We stayed for one night only unfortunately. Excellent hotel, this is really a resort, several pools, hot tub, main pool with bar, 2 restaurants. We were very pleased, it was more than what we expected. We will come back for sure.

Great location to see falls on both the argentina side (40mins) and brazillian side (10mins) by taxi. You need a whole day for the argentina side, whereas you can do the brazillian side in half a day. Great family and couples hotel. Great resort security.

Love everything about the resort expect for the fact that the resort didn't offer a shuttle to the centre of the town. This would be great as the resort location is a bit too far from it . Great restaurants in the resort with good quality food. Good value for money. Hope to return again.

The hotel is located conveniently close to the Iguazu falls and has all the amenities required to keep a family with young kids happy. Restaurant was good and the kids loved the small plunge pools at each villa complex. Good location although the hotel appears to still being built so there is a lot of construction. It is really a gold resort / hotel although I didnn't see anyone playing golf when I was there. There descriptions states there is a free shuttle to/from airport. There isn't. They provided me one on the way back after I showed them the description but they didn't refund my money for the taxi I had to take to the resort. Hotel is nice. Food is bad.

Whoever wrote reviews about the rooms being not up to standard or not at the same caliber of the reception area must have gotten an older room. Our room was in building 11 and seemed brand new. It was spectacular. The wood furnishings and floors made the room look large and elegant and the shower was something straight out of a spa! Other than the […] room being beautiful and spacious, the best part of our stay was how helpful the staff was! Even though they didn't speak English, they went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. We even left our clothes drying on the balcony from the day before when we went to visit the Argetina side of the falls when a giant thunderstorm hit-- we came back to find all of our clothes brought inside, dried and folded for us. They really went out of their way to help us. Overall I would absolutely recommend the resort to couples, families, really anyone looking for a nice place to stay comfortably while visiting the falls. 詳情

We were very satisfied with our hotel stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helped answer questions well. Most of the staff also spoke English well, which really helped us. Major building everywhere in complex. Staff were very in-experienced. limited food choices - no coffee shop. No information or maps in rooms not even a laundry service. This is a great hotel if you are planning on a short stay, and need a place close to the Brazlian side of Iguassu Falls. The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast buffet has a lot of selection. Unfortunately very few members of the staff speak english, and it does not seem to cater well to tourists (no concierge or maps/booklets in the lobby). The hotel was renovating because it was the off-season (September). But the renovations of an already beautiful place tell you what the management goals are. It was beautiful and well kept inside and out. We initially thought we had trouble with the air conditioner, but it turned out that we just didn't know how to operate the controller. At 9:30 PM, […] a technician showed up after being called at 9:00, and politely showed us how to operate the control. Brazil does have storms. A lightning storm knocked out our water heater. Again, a technician showed up within 30 minutes and politely took care of the problem. I was amazed that the hotel was capable of even taking care of technical problems rapidly at night. The hotel itself is beautiful - reminiscent of an old colonial home. We booked the premier room, which was very nice. The hotel is divided into lots of quaint little bungalows, with a few rooms in each, and a pool for eacch bungalow - if the weatehr had been better this would have been very nice! The rooms itself was clean and lovely, with a nice balcony […] and amazing shower (which is very important!). The only downside was thet the electricity fuse box by the door made a stupidly loud buzzing noise which drilled into your head (and the fuse box itself looked a little dodgy), and the bar fridge made a high pitched buzz also. The staff at the hotel are quite cold and impersonal. The check in was conducted efficiently but without warmth or welcome, and the waiter at the restaurant (and later at the bar) had so much attitude it made us laugh. The food at the italian restaurant is nice enough, but don't go to the buffet - we made the mistake on the second night and it's pretty bad food and still around US$22 per person for food only. All in all a very nice hotel with comfortable rooms and a good location, but don't expect a warm welcome and great service. 詳情

This resorts has rooms in several small buildings set in a green area, about 100m away from the reception building. Rooms are weel kept, nicely furnished and comfortable. Wi-Fi was reliable and very fast. I always found a member of staff who could speak English and they have been very helpful. when needed, I had a taxi waiting for me in fron the reception. A small restaurant, with a cozy environment and helpful waiters. Food was very good too. The hotel is positioned somewhat away from the main road going to the waterfalls, but this makes it quiter. Brand new resort. Well equipped with everything you require in the room. We were upgraded to superior room free of charge. Helpful staff. 10 mins from the airport and the falls. good location not far from falls and road to the agrentinian side falls the room was very god size, with a separate sitting room annex and a large corridor with space for luggage we had a good price/deal for the hotel but ( not sure if this was related) got placed in one of the furthest bungalow, and one in the not-yet-refurbished part there was fungus […] on the ceiling and walls of the room the whole room felt quite wet/moist all the time and noting dried there, that probably explains the fungus but overall it is a nice place, we were just unlucky with the bungalow, other (refurbished ones) looked way better the breakfast was quite good only a few of the staff members spoke english they were all very nice and helpful though there s a safe in the room, you need to ask for the key at the reception wireless didnt work in the room computers in the lobby 詳情

Whilst the standard of this hotel wasn't bad with nice clean rooms, cable TV and a pretty impressive reception building (that houses restaurants, a bar, computers with free internet and an outside verandah), there were many drawbacks: Firstly, it's a resort so all the rooms are located in villas. If you're unlucky, as we were, you have to walk ten minutes […] to get from the villa to the reception. Of course, it's then another 10 minutes' walk back. It's possible to call and ask the staff to send one of their people carriers to get you, but by the time it comes, you may as well have walked, plus most of the staff (about 95%) do not speak any English so don't understand what you're saying. The lack of English caused a few problems for us and surprised me as it's a hotel after all. There's also a 20 minute walk to get in and out of the resort. Again, you can ask for a ride, but there's the wait that comes with it. As there are no grocery shops on site, you are restricted to the mini-bar and the hotel's onsite restaurants for food and water, which proved expensive and not the best quality, although the buffet breakfast was pretty good with a wide variety of cereals, breads, pastries, hot food, cheese and meats, fresh pancakes and waffles, fruit, juices etc. Finally, rainy day activities are slightly limited as the pool is outdoors (not heated), though there's an indoor pool table and a ping-pong table. Overall, it just felt too isolated and inconvenient. 詳情

We did not realize this was a real resort style hotel but were happy to find this uppon arrival. It seems like the hotel is new and may not be fully functional and our room door was hard to open but the room was excellent and felt like brand new. We reserved 2 rooms for our three day mid-April visit to the Falls. When we arrived, we were extremely pleased with our choice. Het resort ligt op zeer korte rij afstand van het vliegveld (BR) en zit net naast de eindnadering. Vliegtuig frequentie is zeer laag, nooit heel vroeg of laat en ze vliegen niet pal over zodat je er in feite geen last van hebt. Logistiek is het ideaal, omdat je zowel dichtbij vliegveld als bij de watervallen zit. Prachtig ook voor golf liefhebbers met prachtige banen. Kamers zijn zeer modern, voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt, zeer ruime en goede douche, minibar, kluisje etc. Goede bedden, goede airco. Service is zeer goed en flexibel, heel aardige mensen met Engels meestal op redelijk niveau. Voor redelijke prijzen kan je tours regelen via hotel naar de watervallen en stuwdam. Ontbijt buffet was uitgebreid, lekker en werd goed bijgehouden. Um pena que um hotel tao bonito seja tao mal administrado.....todos os funcionarios sem treinamento algum. Desde a recepcao onde vc tem sempre que explicar tudo 3 vezes ate que te entendam, passando pelo pessoal que atende na piscina que nao sabem nada de nada (nao consegue te trazer uma cerveja sem dar desculpas e demorar 1 hora).....servico de cozinha […] TERRIVEL......acho que um dos piores servicos que ja vi (excluindo o Sr. Jaime que é realmente atencioso). Dificuldades para conseguir tudo.....impossivel pedir um lanche sem maionese (nao conseguem tirar)....nao sabem o que é cerveja Stela Artois, recreação ruim (marca um horario para comecar uma banda....atrasa quase 2horas...uma piada).....serviço de quarto vem arrumar o quarto, depois de 1h vem repor cerveja na geladeira, mais 1 hora vem repor água, mair 1 hora vem trazer um bombom....NAO TE DEIXAM DESCANSAR!!! E por ae vai......a falta de treinamento é gritante (até motoristas de taxi tiram sarro do hotel)....como disse, uma pena que um lugar tao bonito seja tao relaxado!!!!!! Nao volto mais não...... 詳情

Vi var sammen med 3 av våre barn, 2 av våre svigerbarn og 4 barnebarn. Alle var strålende fornøyd med oppholdet på Iguassu Resort. I tillegg til et veldig hyggelig hotell, var opplevelsen av Iguazu fossefallene fantastisk. Vi anbefaler både hotellet og opplevelsen.
