This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, nice and quiet. Front desk very helpful. Took the shuttle to/from the airport......excellent!! Very prompt when picking up and dropping off! Vehicle left there for almost a week with no problems!!

The room held 4 people comfortably. The beds and linens were very nice. The coffeemaker in the room was a nice convenience. The vanity in the bathroom was large with plenty of space to spread out. I really didn't need to use any of the hotel services since I had my own car and was only staying a few hours. However, the only food within walking distance is a Hilton that might have bar food or two gas stations with a gas station like deli. No entertainment or distractions nearby. Walking/jogging path across the street in corporate park. Excellent restaurant in the lobby of the Hilton, easy walking distance from this hotel if you want to drop off your car rental early.

Arrived at midnight left at 4 am to catch an early flight. Room accommodated my needs. Bed fairly comfy, lots of pillows. Not too expensive. Good location to the airport.

The staff was very helpful. In fact, we had an early a.m. flight, so early we couldn't get a cab easily to the terminal and the hotel's airport shuttle wasn't running until 5 am. The manager got some back up, put us in the van and he drove us to the terminal. Obviously real fine service there.

After an awful experience at a different brand, we went to the Comfort Inn just to get a good nights rest before our flight. We didn't want to leave! The room was spotless, orderless, and very clean and nice. The bed was sooooooooo "Comfort"able! We will definitely stay again when we return!

Outstanding service throughout our stay. Room was very clean, breakfast was ready and warm before the crack of dawn, and the indoor pool and hot tub was an excellent touch. Highly recommended.

The hotel itself is really nice, the room was clean. When we asked the front desk woman for help to get to a restaurant for food, though, she was on the phone and seemed put off by the fact that we were asking questions. We felt we needed to figure things out for ourselves.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Everything was great including the location.

Never stayed in a Hotel that did not have a crib or pack and play.

Was very satisfied with stay

Service was great at 11pm when I arrive and 7am when I left. Good place for a quick stop, sleep, breakfast then hitting the road again.

Very nice and clean hotel. Great front desk staff and very helpful! Quality breakfast and nice pool. Will stay again! Can't beat for the price paid!

Hotel is fairly new and the staff went out of their way to be accomodating. I would stay again if the opportunity arises.

The conditions were extreme, the blizzard of Feb. 2011, and 4 cancelled flights over 3 days, but the staff were very accomodating particularly the shuttle drivers. The weather didn't phase them. The main draw back was the absence of nearby restaurants - you must have a car or rely on the shuttle, which in this case meant venturing out in a blizzard […] . 詳情

Extremely clean and bright. Hotel is not located near any restaurants, but the shuttle service will take you to a local mall with a good choice availabe. Hot breakfast provided. I just wish all hotels were as nice for this price.

This hotel met all of my expectations! Our room was large and so clean!! After staying at many hotels in the Kansas City Airport area, this one was THE BEST! Many of those hotels were also much more expensive! Breakfast was great also. Thanks so much to the desk staff who was so helpful!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, big beds and comfy. Large room, more square feet than most rooms. Free Wifi worked great. Pool is TINY, no laps if you are thinking about it. This was a okay hotel. Nothing too special about it. It was clean which was important to me and it was relatively close to some nicer restaraunts. The check in guy wasn't very helpful when we weren't sure where to eat at. I wanted a nice steak dinner and he sent us to a hole in the wall that was too casual for what we were wanting. The swimming pool […] and hot tub were tiny but kept up. The hot waffles were nice for breakfast. Overall if I needed to be in that part of the city again, I would probably stay again. 詳情

Clean and modern facility. The front desk staff and other staff when we checked in on Friday evening were especially helpful and friendly. They were anxious to provide us with anything we needed, whether hotel-related or in the community.

the room was great for the price offered. room was very clean. while staying the a/c broke in the room. after calling down the clerk was very helpfull and switched the rooms. i was able to stay on the same floor and only have to walk down a few rooms. i would recommend this to anyone who is there for a night or two. not too many places to eat within […] walking distance but if you are able to drive they have some really good ones just a couple exits down from the hotel. 詳情

The hotel is almost new, so the condition was clean and pleasant. What made my stay memorable was the service. There is no business center so the young man at the front desk was kind enough to print my boarding passes (at no cost). Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Great value. Late check-out time (noon). Full hot/cold breakfast - better than most. I stay in hotels 10-12 days per month - I will make it a point to stay here again on my next KC visit.

The hotel is so new that it has yet to be completed. The light fixtures are only partially installed, they installed the refrigerators the day we stayed, the hotel had lots of construction dust that set off our allergies, and they posted a charge to my credit card without my knowledge or approveal which now I have to contest and don't have a receipt […] for. I do not recamend this hotel for anybody with children untill the "dust settles." 詳情

For a new hotel I was rather disappointed. 1) When I checked in I asked for a room with a view of the planes taking off / landing towards the front of the building so the kids could watch . Was placed on the opposite side and towards the back of the building. 2) Was not impressed with the hair on the bathroom counter and floor. 3) The hallways were […] horribly hot. 4) The breakfast in the mornings were ok but could have been better. The bisquits & gravy would have been better had the bisquits not been right out of the freezer. Same with the danish. Very disappointing. We had to ask for more waffle mix, more cups, more plates, different lids that actually fit the coffee cups, etc. There was a microwave but could only use it if the employee that was cooking breakfast was not using it to warm the eggs and sausage to refill the buffet. And last, the trash was so full every morning that you weren't sure that your plate would fit. 5) The pool was extremely cold. I was going to swim with the kids for one of our last nights there but I could not stand how cold the water was. I tried several attempts to get in but still could not do it. Finally I just sat in the jacuzzi for a bit and then we left for dinner. Kids even stated how cold it was. Still not impressed. We can't afford a huge fancy vacation so we try to get the best bang for our buck. This was our "long weekend" vacation with our kids before they went back to school. 詳情

A very new hotel that is in great condition and offers a nice variety for breakfast . There is a lacking of some features in all rooms like fridge or microwave .The neighborhood is quiet area but need a car to get to food..

We were so impressed with the free shuttle service to the airport. On time and hassle free, quick trip to our terminal.
