Only stayed for one night as a visit from Abu Dhabi. A bit dissapointed that they could not offer late check-out without charging for a half day extra. Also i asked for wifi in the room and the forgot to give me the password. Since i was only gonna use it for my phone i didnt bother arguing about it. Also some laundry guy came and woke me up in the […] morning before i was about to get up, sure i had forgotten to put up the DND sign but he was very persistent and knocked 3 times. Not sure why i would wanna leave any laundry if i am checking out 2 hours later. Despite all these little nuisances it was an ok stay and the hotel had a new and clean feeling to it. I can also recommend the little "Swedish" Verona Pizzeria place right next doors to the hotel. :) 詳情

Has more stars then neighbouring hotels but it's far inferior in quality. The interiors are more reminiscent of an american roadside motel then the standard of the region, particularly if its meant to be 3-4 star. It is acceptable, but you can do much better in the area for a similar price.

The Chelsea Ramada staff were very welcoming and very helpful but the room allowed the street noises in. from the balcony window, which was sealed so as I couldn't open it (My room was on the 5 th floor). Nice location but bad way to the hotel ,food is expensive , they made me pay for being late 35 minutes of the check out around 30 dollar while i made my check in late also for 13 hours,i dont recommend it

I was pleasantly surprised to find a good hotel as such a reasonable rate in Dubai! I can echo the comments from other guests - the hotel is new, rooms are amble in size, the restaurants are very, very good and internet access is reasonably priced but somewhat patchy in terms of performance. The location si right behind the Mall of the Emirates which […] is walkable but not a comfortable one in the Dubai heat! There is little else in the neighbourhood as it's still somewhat 'under-construction'. Though, I did not plan to spend my time in the immediate area anyway and taxis are plentiful and easy to obtain - I had no problems there at all. a taxi ride into downtown Dubai costs approximately 40-50 AED which is very reasonable. The hotel also has it's own cars for you to use if you wish. These are slightly more expensive but still reasonable. I received great service from most of the staff - concierge, room service, drivers - but had a couple of issues with the reception staff. Those are the good points (and, on the whole, the hotel is good!). However, I did have an issue with the Reception and Reservations staff not understanding that I had pre-paid for my accommodation and that those charges should be billed-back to Hotels.com. I was advised that the card provided by Hotels.com was not valid and that I had to cover the costs! It took many, many phone calls to the hotel Reception and Reservations to address this and was only resolved when Hotels.com's fantastic Customer Service team got involved and then - magically - the hotel decided that all was well! Still, upon check-out, I had to argue with the Reception staff about ho was covering the charges, despite having assurances from their Reservations staff that all was resolved. I had to speak tot he Duty Manager who accepted an email I had received from Hotels.com advising me not to pay them anything for the accommodation. This caused me a delay in leaving the hotel which could very nearly have made me late checking- 詳情

Charlote the lady lifeguard tought me how to swim in 10 min. it was my first time to float in water. Lilian,the manager gave us -twice- complimentary access to the internet for being good customers, in the basement,i accidentaly bumped one of the hotel cars,the security supervisor managed to take care of that without paying fine as it should be,, delicious […] breakfast real proffesional waitresses, realy felt like home. 詳情

I was one of the best hotels I have visited. The hotel is 3 months old, hence facilities are pretty new. A pharmacy is just around the corner hence the convenience. The pool is very interesting, though a little small, the jacuzi is very helpful as well and the hotel maintanance is great. Wonderful internet rates and very helpful front desk help. I Stockholm äger jag och driver ett hotell sedans många år tillbaka. Därför finner jag det otroligt irriterande när man inte får det man egentligen betalar för, speciellt i en emirat som dubai. Recensioner är en stor orosmoment för hotell ägare, dels för att många som skriver recensioner är väldigt hemska människor som inte tänker på hur deras grundlösa […] recensioner kan skada ett hotell. Denna hotell är ett bra hotel, hotellrummen är fräscha och fina. Dem har en trevlig pool i toppvåningen och dem anställda, alla anställda från väskplockarna till receptionscheferna var otroligt trevliga. Själva hotellet har jag inga som helst klagomål över. Däremot hade hotellet otroliga brister: Receptionens kunnighet: Ingen i receptionen hade någon som helst erfarenhet om Dubai, då menar jag verkligen absolut ingen erfarenhet. När jag frågade dem hur lång tid det tar att åka till Dubai Marina, var alla som frågetecken. Till sist fick jag veta, men det ska inte ta en kvart att kunna svara på något sådant. Dem ska inte behöva googla det, dem ska veta om sådant. City maps hade dem men dem hade ingen aning var hotellet var placerat i denna karta. Damen som jobbade i sightseeing båsen hade inte heller en aning om något. Detta förstörde en hel del för oss, sista natten i Dubai fick jag veta om bra platser att åka till, utav en taxichaufför. Renlighet: Frukostbuffen var högst ohygenisk då skinkorna, kallsåserna, mjölkprodukterna satt ute i värmen. Det är på detta sätt folk blir sjuka, och det kan förstöra en hel semester. I sverige hade detta varit oacceptabelt. Ena restaurangen i hotellet, libanesiska meza var ett stort flopp. Bartendern stod och grät och var allmänt sur, maten vi fick var inte i närheten av libanesiskt, vet inte riktigt vad det var vi fick. Vattenpippan var överfylld med smutsigt vatten och för mycket vatten, så jag fick skräpvattnet i munnen. Samma sak där med hygienen, dipparna vi fick smakade väldigt konstigt. Det havde en god kvalitet,tæt på et stort indkøbcenter,hvor der inddørs ski bane, der er 3 resturaner,og 24 timer roomservice, den var god.

Dette er et flott og rimelig hotell med fine rom. Ikke så mye butikker og restauranter i området, så man er avhengig av taxi. (men taxi er billig i Dubai) Litt få solsenger på taket og bassenget er lite.
