We have stayed at this hotel before and it is always very cleaned and predictable. The beds are a little hard for my taste even if you adjust them but overall pretty good stay.

Stay was great!Got there early and took the kids to the beach & had to pay for umbrella & chairs;then had to opt for the heated pool because weather got too chilly for the beach.Pool was a bit small. *Kids wadding pool was not heated. Staff quickly upgraded our room because our room was not ready on time. Overall great stay but kind of pricey.

Paid more because we wanted a top nothc place to stay, since we were going to be there 4 nights. Not worth the difference. The hotel staff was very friendly but the first room that we were given the carpets were very wet and they insisted that we stay in that room. Then after complaining we were moved to another room that had the carpet just as wet. […] We were moved another floor to a another where the carpet was very dirty and asked for another room. After an hour and half we were taken to a room that was clean. I found out within a couple of hours that we were in a room that was above the kitchen with the vents just outside the balcony. Bad part of the vents being so close was the noise that they made, good side was the wonderful smells that they emiited, especially in the mornings. I will never stay at this hotel again. 詳情

Immaculate location but a bit overpriced. I booked room 2 months in advance at discounted prices (50%) using hotel.com. The same room was listed for $400 the week prior to my arrival !! 22 Mar---2of 3 elevators broken 23 Mar loud band played until 11PM. I was on 3rd floor and heard every note from band in conference room on 1st floor . Three calls to manager ineffective. 24 Mar loud noise hollering in hall until 4AM. 25 Mar Ate taco salad for lunch that was made early AM-Soggy-messy-no comp on price. elevators out again daily. The hotel staff was very responsive and friendly. The room large and nicely appointed. Nice beach walk out and lounge deck in addition to the pool area. Bed was too hard and pillows too flat. Would have liked 2 chairs on the deck instead of just 1.

Nice place, we will go back. One thing, the mattresses were not comfortable. My wife and I are usually not too picky on that, but we both had backaches after sleeping on them. One good thing, my wife liked the pillows.

The location on the beach was lovely. The oceanview room we were staying in had a picturesque view. However, when we arrived there was absolutely NO parking. The desk clerks told us we could park by the entrance and assured us there would soon be parking. We went to check on the parking situation 2 1/2 hours later. After walking through the entire parking […] lot, instead of strolling on the beach, there still wasn't any parking. My husband and I were trying to enjoy a relaxing evening and asked the desk clerk if we could leave the vehicle up front. He said our other option was to park our brand new 2013 suburban in an unlit dirt lot with muddy pot holes across a seven lane highway. It was pitch dark! We did not take him up on that offer. He assured us he would let the night clerk know about our situation when he came on duty at midnight. At 12:30 AM, I called down to the front desk and was told we could be cited by the fire dept if we didn't move our vehicle to a parking spot, and by the way there was parking by then. After voicing my considerable frustration, and certainly not receiving any sympathy from the clerk, my husband dressed and went to move our vehicle. It took us a couple of hours to finally get back to sleep. We won't ever go there again!!! 詳情

I did have a couple of issues with the hotel and the room we had. We had a Jr Suite and we found that the televisions in the bedroom and the seating area only worked on certain channels. Additionally, the beds are adjustable on each side by using a dial "like a sleep number bed" the adjustment wouldn't work on my side so one side of the bed was fully […] adjustable and my side was like a marshallow. We were told the hotel was fully booked and thus could not move us to another room, but the staff was friendly. Additionally on both our last night there and the morning of check out, the fire alarm kept going off. It is obviously extremely loud, so having to listen to it go on and off for over half an hour in the evening and then off and on again early in the morning was not appreciated. On the upside, the hotel restaurant has some very reasonable lunch specials. We ate there on two separate occasions and it was delicious on each occasion. 詳情

Had a helpful reception from Juan after being greeted by a blond who couldn't wait to get off her shift and dismissed our concerns and requests as unimportant. The hotel is the best location on S.P.I. Great view of the beach and nice pool. Lionel was also a helpful person at the front desk.

The staff and the qualtiy of the hotel was great. The food was excellant, especially the omlet bar in the mornings. The luch specials were good as well. The best thing was the proximity of the outside deck are to the beach. We could sit comfortably and then walk out onto the beach easily. Perfect getaway for my fiancé and I who work and live far from one another. The service was great, beds were comfy, food at the down stairs resturant and full bar was wonderful. The private beach access and lounge areas were very well kept and rooms were spacious. Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was our first ever stay at a Hilton. We usually stay at Radisson Hotels when we travel. Our only complaint is that the draperies did not completely block the morning sun, and ours was an east-facing window and balcony glass door. We really loved the adjustable sliding shower- head, though I didn't care for the way the […] spray itself felt. Here at home we have one with adjustable sprays, so I guess I am used to that. Nice, upscale lobby. Our room was right next to the elevators, yet we did not hear any guests in the hallway getting on and off of the elevators. Beds were nice, but pillows uncomfortable. Pool and hot tubs were great. Staff gave good advice on local restaurants. Small bar area, but great happy hour, and bartenders took good care of us.

Most staff nice..but room had a chicken box(Churchs)with bones left in room from previous guests..took several calls and one whole day(Chicken box not removed untiil next day)..to get box out of room..really ruined perception of this seemingly nice hotel
