Great hotel, great location, great breakfast included, really strong wifi internet included, great price. This hotel is pretty noisy though. You can hear people talking and moving stuff in their rooms.

I really liked this hotel. The price was great. The staff was lovely, friendly and helpful. The location was ideal: walk to train station, Jewish quarter, Town square, Charles Bridge. Breakfast was included and really good: yogurt, meusli, cheese, salami, ham, bread, fruit, eggs, coffee, tea, juice. The only problem I found was the rooms have really […] thin walls and the low price attracts young people who make a lot of noise late into the night. There was some kind of industrial loading activity in the lot behind the hotel that caused thunderous banging late in the night as well. Bring ear plugs. Cigarette smoke from the room next to mine came into my room. The windows are enourmous, and so the smoke cleared out quickly, and the frosty air was refreshing. The hotel and room were clean, customer service was good, buffet breakfast was also good value for money, and I have no complaint. 5 min walk to the centre where you can find restaurants/clubs/cabaret, good location and overall totally satisfied.

My fiance and i recently stayed at Best Western Hotel Bila Labut and it did not disappoint it was by far the best hotel i have ever stayed in. Great location for all transport links, shopping, restaurants and bars. The staff at the hotel were so pleasant and did not hesitate to help at any opportunity that would arise. Staff: very friendly, good to passable English. Substantial breakfast included. Substandard mattresses and no top sheet, only a down comforter. CNN (Mideast-based and MTV) English TV channels. Clock radio hard to figure out. One day a computer glitch caused the wake-up call system to fail. Overall, I would go back, but you get what you pay for, and it's definitely NOT a 4**** hotel. This hotel was a bit further than we expected from the town center, about a 20 minute walk. The neighborhood is very quiet and desolate. We had some troubles with the room, light bulbs burned out and not replaced, broken toilet (but quickly repaired) and other minor issues. This hotel was very clean & close to sights. We were able to walk all over prague without having to use the metro or tram system, that was our choice though. The breakfast was good, had lots of variety & the service at the hotel was good. All people spoke english. I was very satisfied with this hotel.

Eivät tilaa "virallista" taksia asiakkaalle (vaikka nimenomaan sitä pyydettiin) vaan "hotellitaksin", jonka taksa huomattavasti korkeampi kuin virallisen. Oppholdet på dette hotellet var generelt veldig bra. Det som imidlertid kan trekke det noe ned er at vi hadde rom mot gaten (3. etasje), og det var en del trafikkstøy. En kirke like i nærheten ga også lyd fra seg hvert kvarter + timeslag. Dette kunne være både koselig og forstyrrende. Det var gåavstand til "alt" i Stare Mesto, veldig bra.

The hotel was OK - we got a great deal on it, so that made it great. Were it full price I would have been disappointed with how it presented itself.The room smelled funky ( wet carpet-ish) . The breakfast buffet want's the best either. The staff on the other hand was really healpfull and made the stay great.

Helt greit hotell. Gå-avstand til et stort kjøpesenter (Palladium) og handlegaten Na Prikope- som går inn til sentrum. Gratis kaffe og te hele døgnet. Frokosten er ok, men det var lite å velge mellom de dagene vi kom sent.

Отель еле тянет на 3 звезды, кроме расположения - 10-15 минут пешком до центра, плюсов больше нет. Не стоит даже половины тех денег что мы за него заплатили. Номера в ужасном состоянии, ванна-туалет были актуальны лет 15-20 назад. Доп.место для ребёнка - кривая раскладушка, с которой ночью ребёнок упал!
