Hotels.com 旅客於 2012年11月29日留下評價the room itself is quite roomy but the bothroom is quite small especially the shawer. It does not has a lobby. The reception dest is on the second floor. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful to provide local information. They are extremely help to arrange local ecursions. The 4 star rating is overstated by North American standard. It is, however, well worth what is charged. I would recommed this hotel.

由 "Hong Kong" 的 Ricky 於 2010年12月11日留下評價We just back on 10 Dec 2010.This is a good hotel with the seaview.. room are clean but you need to aware the water when taking shower as it wil goes out to the room. Also the room had the heater under the floor, u can feel more comfortable compare with the heater on wall..Free Wifi in the lobby but the room cannot access (may be i don't know how to connect)....if you don't take the computer, there are one in the lobby to use... the receiptionist are helpful... on the top floor, u can enjoy the sunrise in the morning...even though we leave on 6:00am, they can prepare some breads & drinks for us... The hotel is just 3 mins walk to the city center. Close & quiet to stay.

"Wonderful Accomodations, Centrally Located"
We had the most wonderful time at the Phoenix Hotel Reykjavik! The hotel is really lovely. The room sizes are spacious and beautifully decorated. Although the location of the hotel is centrally located so travelers can easily walk to many of the popular areas of the city, it is situated in a quiet neighborhood so there is little to no noise during the […] night time. We really enjoyed the owners of the hotel as they were very gracious, friendly,and extremely helpful.
