Great location, beautiful views, lovely apartment hotel, close to St Gervais and the ski lift (5 minute drive). The staff are very helpful, the rooms... very comfortable and the hotel is very well maintained. 2nd time we've been to this particular hotel and would definitely stay again. The children love going in the pool at the end of a day of skiing! Well equiped apartment with TV, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and well stocked crockery/cuttlery/utensils etc...so if like us, you prefer to self cater, rather than pay the VERY high prices for eating out, it's the perfect solution (especially if you drive there and can pack everything in the car). There is also plenty of cupboard space & a hallway big enough to put up the clothes dryer, for all the damp ski gear. There are electric heaters in each room, so you can vary the temperature as you prefer. There is a small charge for linen & towels for the week. My only small niggle is with check-in...both times we've been told it was 3pm. Last year we got there very early, had to come back at 3pm & had to wait another hour before getting into the room. This year we arrived at 3.50pm & had to wait another half an hour...which is only frustrating because we were tired, had arrived almost an hour after the check-in time but still couldn't be checked in immediately.
