Very nice suite with more bathroom privacy than usually found in Asia. Confortable bed, huge TV, free laundry (with detergent), etc. Delicious breakfast with omlet, breads, and fruit. Very close to MRT line with convenient access to city attractions and airport.

I was bit disappointed with the on line booking, I told them I needed a twin bedroom and it was even confirmed at the counter but when I saw the room , it was a king sized bed, and I was told to add some more for the change of rooms.

Located in a quiet residential part of Taipei, City Lake offers very good value for money in terms of comfort and convenience. The breakfast is average but lunch and dinner offers basic meals at very affordable prices. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are eateries and restaurants in the surrounding area. Hotel is just a minute away from the […] MRT station which is very convenient. Unfortunately, it rained every day during my stay and I didn't had the chance to go to the Lake Part which is just a short distance away. Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel. 詳情

Not a 5 stars hotel but friendly staffs, who always stands up once you approch them, lifts are fast and clean, no smell, We stay in Deluxe suite with Breakfast- a medium size room with a very comfortable bed (queen), is a very quite room for people who love quite, how loud you talk in the room will not disturb the next door and so does your neighbour […] room to you, room with desktop for those who need to work or report.but speed not fast. bathroom room is big with tub. A very class and nice place to stay . breakfast is the same thru out the 3 days stays, it will value added if they can change their breakfast items daily but still the food are ok. they should cater for those who wish to stay for long term, Hotel.com. don and hotel also had not special price for those who wish to stay for months, what a waste.... 詳情

Was in Taipei for a 2 week business trip and chose this hotel for its location (3 stops away from Taipei Exhibition Centre in Nangang, close to my work place there). This was my second time in this hotel. The staff were fantastic, always smiling and trying to help. They even let me cook in their kitchen once so I could bake a cake for work colleagues. […] I even made friends with staff and manager. Next time I go to Taipei, this will me my hotel of choice. 詳情

The service at this hotel was excellent, reception staff very friendly and most helpful. The room we stayed in was quite large and well equipped. Breakfast was also an unexpected delight! Disappointingly it was wet and we were unable to fully explore the attractions in the area. Though a little out of Central Taipei the transport system is good and […] having the train station at the doorstep makes this Hotel an excellent choice. An excellent hotel located in a commercial and residential area. Very easy to commute to all of Taipei with a MRT station just a few steps away from the hotel. The staff spoke English and were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. 酒店的服務態度非常好。早餐也多樣化。地點就在捷運旁。也有好多公交車站，一房間的舒適度和所付出的價錢比較，是值得的。
