工作人員完全缺乏服務意識，也不會說英語。工作人員很多，但管理不到位，就如我所說的。12天裡，總務和前臺超過50%的電話都無人接聽。廣告所說的24小時房間服務根本就沒有，也無人關心。事實上是沒有人關心服務。除外，前臺的一個女孩和兩個門童需要接受培訓。幸運的話，你可以遇到一個好的服務生。早餐的出品很差，且每天都不同。房間有很好的設計，非常舒適。從房間裡能直接進到游泳池是一大特色。1星的服務，但房間和泳池值3星。如果經理能在一星期內把那些缺乏經驗的員工培訓好，可以達到4星的。

Tropical resort has modern comfortable clean rooms. And thats it. The only thing we really enjoyed during our stay was our room with pool access. It has a nice terrace and pool never get crowded, so you feel like its you private pool right from your room. Hotel is good overall but nothing special.

PROS: Convenient location right near the beach. Fun pool with swim up bar. Many restaurants, massages places and shopping within walking distance. Room (Besides shower) and balcony were big and nice. Simple breakfast included. CONS: Shower was not the cleanest and needed slippers when bathing. Great location and rooms were of a good size and clean. Sadly, the hotel staff were not particularly friendly or helpful which affects the overall experience of staying in what would otherwise be an excellent value hotel.

Great area, quick walk to Kata Beach and a million restaiuants. We had the ground level room with direct pool assess and we really enjoyed it, especially after getting back from the beach. Place was decent, probably better then decent for Thailand and gets the job done. Decent breakfast in the morning.

Next time I would book a pool side room. Staff goodand helpful, dont understad a lot of english. Rooms were large and comfortable perhaps a couch would be nice. Motel needs an update and shower wasnt very clean. Make sure you geta receipt before ou check out!

We only stayed a night, but wish we could have stayed longer. Fresh flowers in room. Awesome location. Very cool bathroom. Loved the balcony! Perfect location. Friendly staff. All around winner!

Perfect place for Kata beach. Great location, near beach, lots of places to eat, drink and massages. Street food just outside the hotel and along with nice restaurants. Beautiful room! Great pool! Did I mention great pool. Have fun.

Was a nice hotel to stay in, highly recommend getting pool access room. Breakfast range was adequate but not great, plenty of other places to eat at a short distances walk. Great Location. Pool Bar needs to be refurbished as it is in a brilliant spot but not being used, still order drinks though. Some minor insect issues but this is common in Thailand […] anyway. Very good big room. Nice atmosphere lightning in room. I was satisfied of room service help whenever I needed it. Only minus was breakfast quality vs price but luckily better breakfast places were located around the hotel. I can recommend this hotel when visiting Kata Beach, Phuket.

Det var mycket längre till stranden än vad kartan ger sken av, då man måste gå runt ett område med tennis banor etc för att komma till stranden, detta är dock inte så farligt i mitt tycke. Rummen va fräsha och kändes lyxiga, nära kata staden. OBS, boka inte någonting på hotelets servicedisk, vi beställde taxi för 4 personer med 4 stora bagage till flygplatsen, […] detta var inga problem och vi betalade dagen innan. När sedan taxin kommer och vi har bråttom till flygplatsen vill dom att vi ska betala mer, samt att vi inte ens får plats i den lilla taxin. efter mycket om och men så fick vi pengarna till baka och fick skena till en "taxi Stand" för att åka SUV till flygplatsen till ett billigare pris en vad hotellet ville ha för den lilla bilen. Hôtel très bien placé dans la petite ville de Kata, parfait pour un couple, la ville est animée m, on y trouve de nombreux restaurants à proximité de différentes spécialités à des prix très raisonnables. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied, plage relativement propre, sable presque blanc, cependant bondée de transats et de parasols. Beaucoup d'offices de […] tourismes à proximité ainsi que de "motorbike for rent" (très pratiques). La piscine de l'hôtel est tout à fait correcte et est nettoyée quotidiennement. Les seuls points négatifs sont la propreté des serviettes et du linge de lit (tâches malgrès la lessive, odeur de vieux linges) l'eau sent le calcaire et a très mauvais goût lorsque qu'on se lave les dents, le personnel ne parle pas ou peu Anglais, et le restaurant ainsi que le petit déjeuner restent bofs. 詳情

Fantastiskt prisvärt hotell! Rummen är stora och bekväma, med fina balkonger. Separat dusch/badkar/toalett gör det praktiskt. Renligheten på topp. Många engelsktalande tv kanaler. Vi boede på et deluxeværelse med pool adgang hvilket var rigtig lækkert. Hotellet er dog ikke så godt vedligeholdt som man ville tro til prisen. Personalet taler meget dårligt engelsk og selv simple ting var svært at forklare dem. At de har et "Tour-desk" kan man ikke bruge til meget pga sprogbarrieren. Udvalget af brochurer meget begrænset. ロケーションも良いです。海の前ではないが、ホテル左を1分弱歩いてすぐ右に横断するとすぐビーチです。そして、バスも1時間に二本ほど出ています。プーケットタウン、パットンなど行く時便利で安いです。1人30bです。またバスを見かけた時は手をあげるとどこでも止まってくれるようです。おりたいときも、速度が遅いのでジャンプして降りることができます。ホテルあたりはレストラン、買い物が出来るので便利です。ホテル築何年かわかりませんが、フレッシュです。部屋もモダンで、カビ臭くありません。

Enestående hotell med flott service og hyggelig betjening. Sentralt beliggende med kort vei til strand og uteliv. Beliggenheten passer såvel småbarnsfamilier som eldre reisende. Kan absolutt anbefales.

The staff totally lacks service understanding and does not speak any english. Lots of people working there, but no management as far as I could tell. For my 12 days they did not answer the phones at housekeeping and reception more than 50% of the calls. The 24 hour roomservice which they advertise does not exist and nobody cares. In fact nobody cares […] about service, beside one girl in reception and 2 of the bellboys.. they must have been trained somewhere else. Quality, if you are so lucky to find a waiter is good, however breakfast quality is bad and changing everyday. Rooms have great design though and they are very comfortable - the rooms with pool access is a great feature. It is a 1 star in service hotel but maybe a 3 star in terms of rooms and pool. Any manager could make it a 4 star place in a week if they cared about guiding their inexperienced staff. 詳情

Отель имеет современные номера. Завтрак в отеле плохой. Т.е. вы конечно голодными не останетесь и не отравитесь - с этим все в порядке. Но готовят не вкусно, совсем примитивно, без души. А так отель классный. Территории нет, зато номера очень хорошие!
