就個人住過日本的飯店來講，客房乾淨，保持很新~房內空間偏小，這是日本的特色，浴室滿大間的~12樓有自助投幣式洗衣機跟烘衣機，走出去就是心齋橋商店街~最近的便利商店有2家，去藥妝店掃貨也很方便~唯一的缺點就是早餐東西少，較沒有變化，而且用餐空間擁擠，很容易就坐滿~

整潔，舒適 地點方便 客服親切有禮 只是洗手間空間太小，大一點點更好

此酒店位置便利，附近有24小時便利店，價格便宜， 職員有善， 本人原先BOOK的房間沒有MASSAGE CHAIR，但到步要求MASSAGE CHAIR 房間， 職員亦樂意安排，不收費用。整體都滿意。

1) 心齋橋地鐵1號出口1分鍾,如果唔想行樓梯,樓梯口轉右入商場有升降機上地面 2) 格離就係心齋橋筋商店街,內有好多藥妝店 3) 酒店對面有機舖,夜晚唔驚悶,內有換零錢機 4) 行去道頓堀商店街或美國村約15分鍾,行多5分鍾就到難波,非常方便 5) 自助早餐款式一般,但一定可以吃到飽

大廳有梅子味，房間內沒有異味，只是感覺飯店沒有很新，有附早餐，不過飯店位置非常好，價格也非常合理，還是非常值得推薦。

客房感覺頗新，沒有菸味，房間周遭安靜，出去就是心齋橋商店街，地點好房價又便宜，當然房間還是偏小，這是日本的特色！美中不足的就是免費的早餐東西不多變化少，吃兩天就有點膩了，而且用餐空間擁擠，整體來講還是不錯~

飯店地點很優到商店街只要三十秒 櫃檯人員態度不是很好 早餐種類有點少而且沒變化

房間的大小雖然不大，但是位置好，剛好在心齋橋商店街的旁邊小巷，安靜，距離地鐵站也近，在商店街購物完還可以先回去放好東西再出門，價格跟舒適度都可以，以後去大阪玩還要再住這間飯店。

This hotel is located at a great area. It takes 2 mins to walk from subway station and it is very closed to shopping area. The complimentary breakfast was simple but okay. The room was quite small as expected but very clean.

小而美的飯店 舒適乾淨 該有的都有 地理位置超棒 只有早餐沒有變化 如果住很多天會吃得很膩 而且晚下去可能就沒甚麼東西可以吃了

The room size is not large but certainly ok for a couple to spend nights for sleeping only. A foot massage m/c was provided inside my room, that was perfect travellers. Hotel is conveniently located on a quiet street in Shinsaibashi, 1 - 2 minute walk to shops and subway station. Room is small as norm for Japanese hotels but clean and neat, even has a foot message machine in room though we don't have time to enjoy it. Though, like every other hotel room and house in Japan, the rooms are small, but the staff is very helpful and friendly. We had our room at first and wanted to change the room because of a bad smell coming out of the AC, so we asked them and by the end of the day when we came back from our hiking travel, they already moved our luggage to the new room, […] which we packed and brought down to the lobby. Perfectly located in the center of Shinsaibashi and right next to the long, long shopping street. So if you are into shopping this is THE location to be. Only 5 minutes walk from the north exit of the Shinsaibashi subway station and 10-15 minutes walk from Dotombori street. There are plenty of places to get your freak on if you're into experiences the food of the locals, like okonomi-yaki, tako-yaki or wudon noodles and sushi. Located just one block from Shinsaibashi Station, this was a great choice for exploring Osaka. It's right next to a long, covered pedestrian walkway that runs all the way down to the Namba district, very handy in poor weather! Walking distance from lots of shopping, restaurants and bars, and the other major Osaka sights were within a short subway ride. Hotel […] staff were warm and welcoming. There was always someone on shift who spoke good English, which made arranging luggage transport service and asking for directions easy. Only downside was the side of the room, which was a bit smaller than I'd expected - with two suitcases, the double was a tight fit! The shopping street is a few steps away. Great restaurant nearby too. Free internet access in the room is great. Helpful staff who can speak good English always available. Breakfast isn't great. Location on where to exit from the station would be helpful.

Good hotel - great location for Shinsaibashi arcade and Dontonbori. Good value for money and quality of our room was much higher than average for this price bracket - clean and with modern furnishings/decor. Only quibble was the size of the room, though we found small rooms to be the norm throughout Japan. Overall one of the better choices we made.

Nice location food, shopping and bars are all a stone throw away. Rooms are very clean and ammenities are complete, from shampoo, conditioners, bath soap, cotton buds, toothbrush, comb, night robe, slippers, hairdryer. Hotel location's great. It's right off the shopping street, and walking distance to Dotonbori. We weren't expecting breakfast to come with the reservation for the price we paid for so that was quite a pleasant surprise. The breakfast is however not the typical american breakfast but it is still good. Directions to the hotel can be a tad bit confusing […] but not too bad. I would recommend to print the map provided by the hotel from their website. We travelled with midsize suitcases and we had to carry our suitcases up the steps (which is the least pleasant for me), otherwise, i liked my stay very much. 詳情

위치도 신사이바시 바로 앞이고 난바까지는 걸어가기 힘들지만 (한15분?) 위치적으로 괜찮은거 같아요~~

아 대체적으로 만족입니다. 깨끗하고 직원들도 엄청 친절하고 저렴한 가격에 아침에 조식도 나와서 좋았습니다.

La habitacion era pequeña pero suficiente para dormir, muy limpia, gel de baño, champu, acondicionador, cepillo dientes, cuchilla y gel de afeitado, esponja, zapatillas y bata para dormir. Desayuno bien, el personal no habla ingles pero es amable. La situacion del hotel muy buena. Volveria sin duda.

이번이 오사카 여행 두번째였는데. 신사이바시, 난바에서 가까운 곳으로 빌라퐁텐을 택했습니다. 일단 홈피자체에 컨택을 할수 있는 이메일이 없어 첨부터 불편했습니다. 전화하자니 돈이 아깝고 뭐 그래서 요청사항을 하나도 얘기하지 못했네요. 도착했을땐 이미 방이 꽉 찬 관계로 안됐고요. 출국 직전에 호텔닷컴 사이트를 통해서 요청 가능하단걸 알게됐습니다. 도착해서 체크인 하고는 자연스럽게 제작년에 갔을때 이용했던 토요코인과 비교하게 되었는데, 가격차이는 거의 두배정도로 비쌈에도 불구하고 서비스, 시설등이 그닥 차이가 없더라는게 제 느낌입니다. 조식같은경우에는 오히려 토요코인이 더 잘되있었구요. 제가 먹을때만 그랬는지 몰라도 […] 리필이 제대로 되지 않아서 기다리고 기다리고..그만큼 조식먹는 사람이 많다는 반증일지도... 방 사이즈도 그닥.. 뭐.. 잠만 잘수 있는 정도. 여러모로 기대 이하임을 느낀 숙소였네요... 기대가 너무 컸을지도 모르지만.. 암튼 그랬구요. 절대적으로 숙소자체만을 평가했을때는 결코 나쁘지 않은 호텔이네요. 詳情

신사이바시역 북쪽8번 에스컬레이터로 나가면 걸어서 1분걸리는것 같네요. 지하철역에서 너무 가까워서 나가고 들어올때 너무 편했구요.. 난바까지 걸어가도 아케이드로 연결되어 있어서 구경할것도 많고 쇼핑할데도 많고 좋았답니다. 숙소 바로옆에 드러그스토어가 3개나 있구요.. 백화점도 있고 하튼 여러모로 최고였네요. 그리고 객실이 좁지만 정말 아늑하게 되어있어서 참 편했어요. 침대도 더블사이즈고 매트리스도 푹신하고 침구도 푹신해서 잘 놀다 잘 쉬다 왔답니다^^ 다음에 오사카가면 또 묵고싶은 호텔이에요^^

5박6일 머물렀습니다.. 위치는 신사이바시 전철역과 가깝습니다.. 하지만 신사이바시 주변역주변 호텔이라면 조금 더 싼 호텔로 가셔도 거리는 비슷할듯 합니다.(워낙 많은 출구들로 인해) 인터넷은 사용이 가능하나 용량이 큰 페이지들은 로딩에 시간이 좀 걸립니다. 직원들은 대체로 친절하고 아침 조식도 먹을만 합니다. (조식시간 잘 지키셔야되고 메뉴 변화는 거의 없습니다만 아침일찍 교토나 나라 여행갈때 아침 간단히 먹고 다니기 좋았습니다.) 드라이기, 냉장고, 전기포터는 있는데 무료로 물이 제공되진 않았습니다. 객실은 가격에 비해 조금 낡은듯한 느낌이나 청소는 깨끗하게 해줍니다. 개인적인 단점이라면 홍콩에도 자주가서 방 […] 작은건 이해하지만 짐가방을 열어놓을만한 공간이 전혀 없습니다. 스탠다드룸에 신랑과 3박했습니다. 비지니스 호텔답게 작긴했지만 나름 만족했습니다. 청소상태도 깨끗했구요..침대도 포근하고. 아늑했습니다. 다만 흠이 있다면 에어컨(훈풍기) 부분에 먼지가 가득해서 작동시키기 좀 꺼려졌으나 추웠기에 그냥 틀었습니다.;;;조식도 그만하면 먹을만했구요. 전 맛있게먹었습니다. 대체적으로 추천이에요.
