這次是三大二小出遊,當初天真的以為二個小孩不佔床所以只在hotels.com訂了間三人房,因為事先預約機場接送才知道我們訂的房型不能容納五個人,而我們的訂單是不能更改及取消內容的,所以就按照飯店的加費價格升等更大房型,我想是先若先跟訂房網問清楚再訂應該可省些費用. 多花了錢還好所選的飯店沒讓我們失望!首先機場接送的車很舒適,一上車司機就遞上冰毛巾讓我們消消暑,到了飯店接待人員就帶我們進預定的房間休息,Check in是在房間內完成的,真是貼心的服務,因為帶小孩來是想讓他們多玩水,所以希望能換到池景房,服務員也幫我們爭取,順利換了房. 80平米的房間住起來很舒適,床,沙發跟椅子都很棒喔! 朋友都想買回家呢!度假村有獨特的景觀~~退潮時可走進海裡的沙洲玩耍,此時剛好是日落時間所以整的景色就是一個 […] 讚!建議住次飯店的房客可選一天"全包"當天三餐,新鮮果汁,客房服務及飯店活動設施都可盡情享用,覺得真是享受至極呢! , 詳情

My husband and I went to Tanjung Rhu for our honeymoon. Our first thoughts on arrival were WOW! It is a truly stunning place to stay and it really is just like the pics on the internet! The hotel was beautiful. Our room was like a large apartment rather than a room, it was huge! The staff there are extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to help us, […] though the concierge did have a few mix ups but these were dealt with very well. Food there was very nice and although fairly expensive it was well worth it. We went on a couple of the tours available from the resort (mangrove boat tour and also the mountain bike tour round the local villages). Both trips were great and we were very well looked after. We also hired a car and did a tour round the island. I would definitely recommend this to anyone contemplating going. We went up to the cable car and also the bridge. Stunning!! The staff tries to be very welcome, but the management quality is far from 5* hotel. The rooms have zero soundproof, you will hear everything from outside every early morning. Life music is at the level of 1-2 year musical school. Internet access is very poor using 4 ADSL lines shared by D-link (home type) WiFi access points for around 100 rooms. The […] food is extremely untasty. The only tasty dish is club sandwich. Barbecue is also ok, but it costs $90 per person. The chief cook is Australian but almost every dish is defected with local traditions. Still the beach is very nice. There are no motor boats or jets around so it quiet and pleasant. You will see no fish or corals in the Tanjung Rhu bay but you can always take a trip from Khoa to shark bay. Four Seasons hotel is very close to Tanjung Rhu but service there is also not the "Four Seasons" style but "Langkawi" style. The resort is located in an isolated part of Langkawi Island, with a secluded beach (no touts) and a beautiful view of the cove. This means that, if you do not like the choice of restaurants (3 of them in the resort), you have to trek to the opposite end of the island, a 30-mn taxi ride costing 35 MYR one way. Staying and dining at the resort as we did for the 3 days we were there, I found the choice and the quality of the food under-whelming for a 5-star resort. Upon check-in we were assigned a room on the 4th floor; and it was a steep walk up. Be aware. The next day, we asked for another room and after much discussions, eventually were given one on a lower floor in another building, in the same category. It was a premium room giving a great view of the bay and the room was very large; the bed was comfortable enough; but the tv rather small, surprisingly again for a 5-star property. There are several pools at the resort and they were quite nice, especially the one near the Saffron, which is deeper and better for swimming, and reserved for adults. However the pool furniture was old and some small tables were broken. Also the pools are under-staffed and service is minimal. By and large, staff was friendly and helpful but they can do better and should be more attentive. Last piece of advice, not related to the resort itself. Langkawi is a duty-free place and one can buy cigarettes and alcohol relatively cheap but DO NOT wait until you are at the airport to buy what you need. It is a complete rip-off and they charge prices equal to those in Singapore with duty. You should rather go to one of the local malls where you will find real bargains and stock up. Spent 5 fantastics day doing as little as possible which make this hotel a good fit. This Hotel is idealicly situated and has all the features of a a five star hotel, the rooms are huge, the the food can be expensive but most meus items are similar to what i would pay in australian restaurants thought the buffet nights seafood and thai were double what […] i would pay at home. There are some local Malay restaurant in walking distance which are embarasisingly cheaper. the Kilim river tours is alos in walking distance. There is a lot of plastic refuse eg bottles that float in from the sea and they try hard to keep the beach clean every morning. The tide seriously goes out every afternoon and you can want on water to the islands about a 1 km off shore. It is a magical place and I would rate it 9 out of 10 詳情

We spent 3days 2 nights in Tanjung Rhu as my "babymoon". I was not feeling well before taking the trip, but the hospitality and comfortableness the resort provided made me enjoy the trip very much. Me and my husband were impressed by the excellent quality of services and the ambiance of the resort. I felt at ease like being at home.

Great Place! We stayed for 8 nights in May 2011 and loved every minute. The staff couldn't do enough for you, and everyone was so freiendly. The grounds and pools are amazing and the beach is so private & what views!!! The food at the restaurants, particularly 'the Rhu' was amazing! We loved it and give it a 10/10!!

ランカウイ島は２度目でしたが、今回は名高きTanjung Rhu Resortを選びました。前回同様、もう何もしないでただのんびりするのが目的でした。その目的は概ね達成できたのですが、こちらのホテルは実は心の底からのんびりするのには少し向いてないような気がしました。（一人では参加できない）各種アクティビティが充実していて、一人で来たことが悔やまれました。（前回泊まったところは部屋付きのウッドデッキで本など読んでいても他のお客さんが目に入ることもなく、レストランなどでも他のお客さんが全く気にならなかったのはなぜだろう。。。おかげで一人でいて心の底からリラックスできたのですが。）ということで、次回来るときは誰かと二人で来られるといいなと思っています。

리조트는 조용하고 객실은 내부는 굉장히 넓음. 수영장이 3개가 있는데 모두 특색있고 좋음. 가족 단위로 관광생각은 안 하고 조용하고 편안하게 쉬다 올 수 있는 분위기의 리조트

리조트 투숙은 처음이었는데 앞으로의 휴가계획은 반드시 리조트로 갈 예정입니다 가족과의 즐거운 시간과 맛있는 음식, 편안한 휴식을 할 수 있어서 대 만족!!!!!!

랑카위 탄중루 리조트는 섬 북동쪽에 위치해 있습니다. 관광보다는 조용한 휴양을 즐기시려는 분들에게 적합합니다. 탄중루 해변은 정말 조용하고 관리가 잘되었구요. all inclusive 가 아닌 조식으로만 3박하였는데... 가격차를 생각하면 조식만 선택하길 잘한것 같습니다. 열심히 사먹어도 금액 차이만큼 먹기도 힘들듯 하구요. 물론 돈 생각안하고 리조트에만 머물고 신나게 먹고 올 생각이면 ALL INCL. 를 선택하는것도 좋겠죠. 판타이체낭까지는 택시로 30분 넘게 걸립니다. 쿠아타운은 20분정도? 택시비는 정액제라 편했습니니다. 쿠아타운은 셔틀버스가 있다고 하네요. 전체적으로 매우 조용하고 편안한 리조트 였습니다.

２度目の滞在でしたが、日本人スタッフの方が、2名に増えていて、いつでも、滞在中の相談にのってくださり、快適に過ごせました。 オールインクルーシブでしたので、送迎つき、ホテルの中での食事やお茶のたびに、値段を気にせずに好きなものを、注文できてよかったです。 日常から離れてのんびり休暇を楽しみたい方には、おすすめのホテルです。 また、是非行きたいです。

タンジュンルーは、ランカウイの最奥に位置する環境にあり、なんと言っても人が少なく、本当にのんびり過ごすことが出来るホテルです。最初部屋のタイプを間違われましたが、日本人スタッフの方がキチンと対応していただけました。（他のレビューを見ると対応が悪いとの声も多々ありますが、日本人以外のスタッフですとそういったこともあると正直感じました。） のんびり非日常を楽しみたい方にはお勧めします。

まず最初にこちらのサイトについて書かせていただきます。 今回、まったくの個人手配で初めてこちらのサイトを利用させていただきました。予約までは非常にスムーズだったのですが、現地についてから、特典でついているホテルからの送迎がこない。。。30分程まっていましたが、結局こなく、タクシーで行きました。（電話はカードがなかったのでできませんでした） 着いてからホテルに苦情を言うと、直接ホテルに飛行機の時間の連絡がなかったので来れなかったとの事。しかし、こちらは出発の1週間前からこちらのサイト宛に飛行機の到着時間をかいたメールを送っており、その確認メールも届いていただのです。 結局自費で払いましたが、もし直接ホテルに連絡が必要ならその旨を大きく記載するべきだし、そうでないならどちらかが責任をとるべきで […] す。お金自体は大したことありませんでしたが、初めての地でとても不安でした。是非、改善して欲しいです。 さて、色々書いてしまいましたが、ホテル自体はとてもすばらしいものでした。１人でいったので、スタッフの方たちからは色々話しかけて頂き、寂しい思いをすることもありませんでした。 ちょうどオフシーズンということで、静かなビーチを１人占め状態で楽しめました。 一番狭いお部屋も十分な広さで快適。レストランもおいしかったですよ！！オールインクージブがおすすめです。（周りには歩いていけるようなお店はないので） 詳情

Et hotell i verdensklasse. Rommene var store, pene, og svært komfertable, men det var ingenting imot hva de tilbød på resten av resorten. Med motorsport forbud var stranda den mest fantastiske jeg noensinne har sett og hørt. Vanvittig utsikt og helt 100% ren sand! Ingen glassskår eller sigarettsneiper, trygt å gå barfot når du vil ønske det. Privat […] middag på stranden, med egen kokk som griller til bare deg? Ja det er noe de tilbyr! Med super romantisk dekorasjon er dette noe du bare kan drømme om dersom du ikke prøver det her, det perfekte måltid for oss som var på bryllupsreise. De andre restaurantene som ligger på resorten var også veldig bra, med god variasjon på hva som ble servert. NB en av restaurantene tillater ikke barn, men i steden tilbyr de barnevakt. Total ro ved voksen bassenget eller litt mer som skjer ved bassenget der også barn har adgang. Først syntes jeg dette var en litt underlig oppdeling, men etter å ha opplevd det må jeg si at det var helt supert når de først har 2 svære baseng, hvorfor skulle man da ikke tilby dette ekstra for de uten barn? 詳情

We stayed at 4 hotels during our trip to Langkawi; Four Seasons, Meritus Pelangi, Casa del Mar and Tanjung Rhu. Four Seasons was without competition the best but also the most expensive. At Tanjung Rhu we had an all inclusive option - we normaly never go for all incl as we like to try out restaurants outside the hotel as well, but as Tanjung Rhu is […] quite secluded this is highly recommended. And it was great value for money! All the food and softdrinks at bars, restaurants, poolside and minibar are then included. You may dine at any of the resorts restaurants and only pay for the alcohol you may have. Tanjung Rhu has beautiful surroundings. The staff is not as well trained within service and smiling attitude as at Four Seasons, but everyone were friendly. The pool areas are nice. We spent most of our time by the adult quiet pool. Beautiful views from there! Poolside mocktails could have been tastier. We saw monkeys outside the hotel - great! The food tasted n o t h i n g. The food at the Asian restaurants had nice flavours, but it seemed like they did not know what to do with the food at the other 2 restaurants as long as they could not use their local herbs and flavours. Even for scrambled eggs and omelette at breakfast you had to ask them to put salt in it. Breakfast was good by the way, lots of options. All in all the hotel is OK, a bit "dated and old" but nice. Service is friendly but not enthusiastic. Price worthy option with the all inclusive package. 詳情
