Hampton Inn Suites Los Angeles Burbank Airport - 柏班克

Great location for me, excellent service, ample breakfast with many choices. Rooms are immaculate. Only problem for me is that the air conditioners are noisy..on and off all night made it hard to sleep. Otherwise this place is the best.

The hotel staff was friendly and courteous and the hotel is imacullent.

Hotel very clean, staff very nice, said close to Universal Studios too far for us. Pool outside hotel didn't like. Breakfast excellent and evening cookies were very nice.

The rooms were well appointed. Bed sheets and Duvet covers freshly cleaned for each guest on arrival. Continental breakfast was abundant. This was my first stay, but certainly not my last after this.

I recently stayed on this hotel and I really liked it I highly recommend it

Hampton Inn just outside the Bob Hope Airport is a must stay for any traveler. The shuttle drivers are friendly and informative, The front office staff is even more friendly desiring to fulfill your every need. The rooms are spacious and clean. My real only complaint would be that the air conditioning only went to 68 and kept going on and off through the night and THE UNIT WAS VERY LOUD !. I was jarred awake every time. The good was: free breakfast, snacks in the eve, lots of pillow, clean modern room, and staff were nice.

Great hotel. Clean, friendly staff, clean large rooms great complimentary breakfast not just coffee and cereal. Great choice for the price in that neighborhood.

This is very nice property - easy to get to, close to a number of things but not "on the main drag", very clean, quiet, free and easy parking below the hotel.

This is an extremely convenient hotel for flights in/out of BUR. Comfortable rooms and pleasant staff.

The person at the front desk was not very friendly when we arrived. However, the rest of the staff was extremely helpful. The only other problem we had was with the air conditioner/heating unit. It was vibrating loudly so the front desk sent someone to help. He demonstrated how to bang hard on the top to make it stop so that we would be able to take […] care of it when it happened again. He said that the plastic casing was cheaply made. It can get rather tiring to have to get out of bed every half hour to hit the unit so that we could hear the tv. I arrived at the hotel 4 hours before check-in. i asked it there was a chance that i could check in then, but there were no clean rooms yet. i told the gal at the front desk that I would just have to check in when i got back from my business meeting (expectedly around 5:30). while waiting outside for my ride, another staff member came outside, addressed […] me by my name, and told me that a room had just become available. then i was able to run up and drop my bag so i woudn't have to drag it to my meeting. so that was my first experience at the hotel. it got even better after that. also, they have bagged breakfasts at the front desk in case a guest has to leave before the 6am breakfast is ready. i would definitely stay there again. 詳情

We came in for a wedding and arrived about 1:30p, I had called prior and front staff said to call about 30 mins before our arrival and he'd see if we could check in early. And he made it happen!! I was so nice to go put our things away and freshen up before the event. Also the next morning the breakfast they had for the clients was way more then expected […] and really fresh. Very nice room, comfortable bed and nice HDTV. Parking is limited but the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and I found parking across the street. I look forward to staying there again. I wish my vacation was longer.

I expect a nice hotel with a great bed and great service at a Hampton. This one at Burbank Airport was all that.

This hotel is really pretty, large, and the room we had was great. However, They only have enough parking for about half the rooms and the neighborhood is not conducive to just parking on the street. they have a nice valet guy who will park your car somewhere for a fee. But when I read the fine print on the valet tag, it stated that they are not responsible […] for loss or damage to your vehicle. This leaves you with no safe place to park unless you happen to get back to your hotel before 6pm or so. They also water down the breakfast to stretch it and the breakfast staff acts like they don't speak english. The cookies in the evenings were a major hit with us, but the overall feeling I got from the hotel was dissatisfaction due to the parking situation. 詳情

Staff was very courteous and helpful. They even called when we arrived in our room to assure that everything was to our satisfaction. Breakfast was very good and well maintained. Even though the hotel is right next to the Interstate, there was no highway noise in our room, which was on the road side of the hotel. Our trip to Universal Studios was highlighted by a convenient affordable hotel. The Inn was in a perfect location off Highway 5 close to the Burbank airport. Also, it was just a few minute drive to Universal using the surface streets and avoiding the LA freeways. The Inn was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed (internet, pool, gym). It wasn’t bad at all. The first night we parked underground. The second night was full so we parked on the street directly across from the Inn. The location of your hotel (right next to the freeway) was extremely noisy..especially out by the pool. There was the noise of the freeway on one side plus the noise from the street that runs in front of the hotel. The "view" from our room was a noisy construction site. There was no kind of 'landscaping or courtyard'. If we had known about the location..we […] would have booked someplace else. Considering the high cost per night..very disappointing. We reached here around 10PM. Finding parking here is a daunting task. Staff was courteous and check-in was done in less than 5 minutes. I found a couple of scratched papers in ice container. But other than that room was clean. White curtain covered entire window but the main curtains covered only some part of each side as AC wall unit was in the middle. […] Breakfast hall was spacious and food was also good. I would stay here again. The facility was clean and well kept, the room was comfortable and clean, the employees were nice, the breakfast was very good.

This is a very nice place to stay. When we arrived and checked in around 5:30 pm the staff was very nice and there was coffee (which I needed) and tea available in the lobby with a variety of creamers. Then there were fresh cookies and milk available in the lobby after 6 pm. They were excellent. We went for a walk down the street and the neighborhood […] was nice. Our room was nice and there was a microwave and refrigerator available. The highlight of my stay, though, was the breakfast the next day. They had a large assorment of foods prepared and available for self service. The best part was making my own Belium waffle on a very nice flipping waffle maker. Two minutes of cook time and, viola, one of the best waffles I've ever had. I would consider the breakfast for the two of us to be valued at $30. The only issue I saw was that the pool hadn't been skimmed when we went there (around 6 pm). I skimmed the hot tub myself and enjoyed it for twenty minutes. 詳情

We enjoyed our over night stay. The fan for the air conditioner was a nice 'white noise' but would be loud if you like it quiet. Across from nice university. Really great family cafe in walking distance. Nice breakfast buffet included.

Good clean hotel with comfy beds

This was a great hotel. It was comfy and was extremely clean. I booked it in order to go to Universal Studios and Citywalk. It said it wasn't extremely far off, and the price was right so I booked. Poor little country me didn't calculate city time as opposed to mileage. It's about a 15 minute drive or a little over $20 in cab fare. I absolutely loved my stay. The warm full breakfast every day, the great housekeeping, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. i will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly, and the room was comfortable and nice. The price was excellent compared to other comparable hotels nearby. Bonus - they have a complimentary breakfast buffet that goes far beyond the usual danish and coffee. Hot foods, yogurt, cereal, etc.

This is a very good Hampton Inn - it does well in every possible category except location. It is tucked away on an isolated lot across from a small college, but otherwise it is not adjacent to any services. So if you just need to stay at a nice Hampton Inn for a few nights while doing business elsewhere in Burbank or the Valley, this is a good deal. […] If you are looking for a nice neighborhood to walk around, this is not the place. 詳情

Front Desk Staff was great. The room was comfortable and inviting. The hot breakfast was delicious and was on til 10a which fit my late sleeping girls very nicely. Thank you again Hampton. I can always count on a nice place to stay when I have to go out of town.

The hotel is in a very convenient neighborhood and while close to the freeway, the rooms are so soundproof, we never heard a single car. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was just fine. However, the duvet on the bed was WAY too heavy for Southern California. All in all, a very nice stay.
