Hotel Grand Park-Inn - 新德里

The hotel is near to the metro station. However, the surrounding is not so pleasant. Though the bathroom iappeared clean but it came with an unpleasant smell.

I guess my biggest beef with this hotel is that I had problems with my flights. Bad weather on the east coast of the USA derailed my flight plans to New Delhi and when I was rebooked I was delayed more than 36 hours. I knew about the problems within a few hours hours of my original flight departure and immediately called hotels.com hoping that I could […] change my reservation. They contacted the hotel directly and I was informed that I was going to be charged the night I was no longer going to be there but also informed that due to the time change/difference that the hotel now considered me within there reference window to charge me for the second night. Keep in mind that I contacted them only 3 hours after my scheduled, but interupted due to to weather departure. So I did end up staying at the hotel for about 3 hours for a nap before my flight out of New Delhi. To be completely up front...clearly the hotel can not do anything about weather delays! But being billed for a night you weren't there does still hurt a little. The room was clean enough, and the staff was very friendly especially when tipped well... I had Euros from layover in Frankfurt on my rebooked flights. But it felt like the management was held me hostage to my original reservations even when I was more than 24 hours from my arrival. I had a short stay in Varanasi after which I returned to New Delhi so I when I returned to New Delhi I chose to go with a different hotel, the Colonel's Retreat which is a smaller, family run B&B which was fantastic. Free internet in the much nicer, clean room with a much more comfortable bed with a staff that actively sought me out to make sure I didn't miss a great communal breakfast and allowed me use of their printer to print my updated itinerary. Great people and great service at the Colonel's Retreat. And prices actually comparable or less than this hotel. I can't say whether or not the Colonel's Retreat would have insisted on billing me for a night I didn't stay like 詳情

To whom it may concern, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It is very compact in size but the staff are very helpful and friendly. This hotel was quite affordable. Of the Karol Bagh hotels we have stayed at in this price range, this was by far the best. Room was comfortable, included breakfast was made fresh. The Hotel looks very seedy from the outside & the location however it is actually quite ok. Staff were friendly. Access to Internet 24 x 7. 3月13日から2日間と24日から2日間、８名グループで初めて滞在しました。地下鉄ジャンデワーラ駅近くで、カロルバーグマーケットも徒歩圏内なので買い物に便利です。13日は夜中の到着でしたが、スタッフの皆さんのテキパキとした仕事ぶりが印象的でした。今回は料金に空港への片道タクシー代金が含まれており、大人数の移動には大変重宝しました。部屋は想像以上に清潔でした。ホットシャワーやエアコンを使用する場合はスタッフに頼んで主電源を入れてもらう必要がありますが、それほど手間ではありません。仕事の関係でインドには毎年訪れていますが、ここは料金、サービスともに大変満足しました。初めてインドを訪れた友人も安心して滞在できたようです。ビジネスで利用している日本人もいます。また利用したいホテルのひとつです。

現地では高級に位置づけられるホテルです。空港からの送迎も現地からするととても良い車でした。夕飯付きでインド料理とフランス料理が選べたようですが外食してしまったので詳細は不明ですが、期待できる様子でした。日本の感覚で訪れても問題ないグレードでした。
