clean, near to metro. easy to find restaurant nearby. No air-conditioned. Don't come here on Summer. The staffs' service is quite good.

This hotel is not worth the money. It does not have air conditioning, it is so noisy, the staff is rude and the breakfast is overpriced for a croissant and juice.

I stayed for a day in early May (mid Spring) and it's a little unusual for Paris to have such hot climate during this times of the year especially during the day. It feels as if Summer came earlier by a month or so for Paris... The reason I'm saying this is that the room which I stayed, there is no air-condition or the centrally-controller Air-Con is […] on for the Rm. It feels hot in my room. Naturally, I'm expected to open the windows by the bed but I was staying on the 2nd Flr (1 Flr above street level) and it's noisy at night (10pm - 3am). People sounds drunk and talking aloud on the street just along the hotel. Luckily, I'm staying for a night only, would lose my sleep if that happens every night... Other than that, the hotel is clean, modern looking hotel, which is kind of nice for budget or short biz trips. Though the TV reception, there isn't much English channels that I enjoyed so I'm easy with that. Took the spiral staircase up to 2nd floor but I'm not sure if there's a lift for the higher floors. Bathroom is just nice & compact but most importantly, the room looks clean overall and the staffs are friendly and helpful. Though there's rooms for improvements, I would consider coming back if I'm in Paris again. 詳情

This is a great area and very nice hotel.

In standard European fashion the rooms are a bit small but they are brightly colored and very clean. We were given fresh sheets each day. The hotel La Maison Montparnasse is very charming, even though probably not the best term. What it is is squeekey clean with crisp sheets and linens. Similarily with the sleeping chambre and bath, but also are very large for Paris. The staff, as with most Paris hotels IMHO are very freindly and helpful in every way. This is a definite keeper!

Small rooms, but what we expected. If you're going to spend most of your time in the 5th/6th/4th ae, as we did, it's a bit of a walk, but very close to Pernety 13 Metro stop. All in all, it was what we expected - probably even exceeded it. 3 star hotel at a better price.

we were very pleased with this hotel, the friendly staff were there at all times to help us. as we are Irish they knew we liked tea and made a pot for us when requested. we would highly recommend this hotel to any of our friends.

Le confort et le design peuvent être des atouts mais l'accessibilité de la chambre pose problème. L'ascenseur est si petit et son accès si difficile qu'il a fallu que j'attende qu'ils débarrassent le passage pour l'atteindre. Die Zimmer sind so klein, dass man sich kaum bewegen kann. Das Badezimmer, wenn man es schon als "Zimmer" bezeichnen darf, war so winzig, dass es nicht möglich war zu zweit z.B. gleichzeitig die Zähne zu putzen. Das Hotel selbst war hübsch renoviert und sie versuchten das Beste aus den kleinen Zimmerchen zu holen. Jedoch war es für uns so beengend, […] dass wir dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen werden. Des Weiteren weiste der Bettüberwurf verdächtige Spuren auf, welche doch ein Bisschen ekelig waren. Die Putzfrau kam täglich, vergass aber am Anfang uns die Tücher im Bad im doppel zu hinterlassen. Weshalb wir extra nach weiteren Badetüchern fragen mussten. Ein weiterer Schwachpunkt: Der Zimmerschlüssel darf nicht mitgenommen werden. Und da bei der Rezeption ständig jemand anderes sitzt, kann eigentlich so ziemlich jeder einen beliebigen Zimmerschlüssel verlangen. Und wenn man am Abend später nach Hause kommt, steht man vor der verschlossenen Glastüre und kann nicht rein. Erst durch mehrmaliges Klingeln kam dann der "Nachtwächter" vom oberen Geschoss runter und öffnete. Positiv: Die Lage war gut mit der Metro zu erreichen. Rund ums Hotel gibt es gute Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten, vor allem der Sushi-Laden Shiawase und die Pizzeria Nelly haben es uns sehr angetan. 詳情

Accueil remarquable, où de bonne heure le jour de notre arrivée (9h), on nous a proposé un café ainsi qu'une carte du métro et un plan de Paris. Ordinateur avec accès internet en libre-service. La chambre était de taille modeste, mais largement suffisante quand il ne s'agit que d'un pied-à-terre pour un week-end à Paris. Les WC étaient toutefois trop petits. Pour un 2 étoiles, c´est ok. Il serait nécessaire de refaire les joints dans la salle de bain. Par contre, je n´ai pas eu d´eau chaude le matin (5h). Je devais me lever tot.

The room was small, but was enough for me. facility was very clean. All staffs had good command of English. I had no complains about this hotel. Maybe this hotel costs cheaper than other hotels nearby. For single use or business use, I strongly recommend this hotel.

Veldig grei beliggenhet når man bruker fly til/fra Orly. Faktisk brukbar gåavstand med lite bagasje dersom man tar flybuss/flytog Orly _Montparnasse, mens drosje fra bussholdeplassen bare koster 6-7 euro. Rommene, badene og heisen er i miniputtformat, men sengene er komfortable og man har det man trneger for korttidsopphold. Det finnes masse "stock […] butikker" i området. Se proprio devo trovare dei difetti: 1) la linea della metropolitana di pernety impone di fare quasi sempre un cambio per arrivare in centro. 2) Il bagno della stanza era veramente minuscolo 3) La colazione, pur molto buona, era un po' cara ma probabilmente in linea con i prezzi parigini. Un pequeño hotel cómodo, práctico, limpio, con buen servicio y cercano a transporte público para desplazarse. Totalmente recomendable.

Vi var 2 familier a to voksne med et barn på 13 år og et par i 20-årene som skulle på langhelgstur til paris for kultur og Disney. Vi slet med å finne akseptable priser og akseptable hotell til den komforten vi ønsket, uten å ødelegge budsjettet. Dette var helt fantastisk! Hotel sympathique et bien tenu ; Déco soignée , accueil agréable et disponible . proche des grands axes et des moyens de transport pour aller dans les principaux centres d'intérét de la capitale.

La chambre était propre et jolie quoiqu'un peu petite, notamment la salle de bains. Nous donnions sur la rue, un peu bruyante la nuit et le wifi ne fonctionnait pas toujours. Nous sommes néanmoins globalement satisfaits et n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

La zona è tranquilla, vicino all'hotel ci sono 2 supermercati e diverse Pasticcerie panetterie, oltre ad a ristoranti e bar. mini mauvaise surprise en quittant l'hôtel : je n'avais pas vu que les petits déj n'étaient pas inclus dans le prix de la nuit :( compter 9€. pour le reste, rien à redire : sympa, agréable, mini terrasse pour un petit déj ensoleillé, calme, bon accueil, etc.
