這間酒店的交通非常方便，且緊鄰家樂福，去庫塔海灘逛街也滿方便的，只不過客房的整潔度有很大的改進空間，除了客房內用品及器具都不太整潔外，設備的完整度也需要改進，像是遙控器沒電根本不能用，客房內電燈壞掉導致光線不足，也未在房客入住前檢查妥當，但除了硬體之外，他們的服務人員倒很親切有禮貌，服務態度100分，值得嘉許。總體來說，服務好，但酒店整體整潔度以及設備完整度扣了很大的分數。

Overall I had a good stay. Location good. Only grouse is the decor of the hotel generally a bit tired. Need to spruce up a little . The bedroom door need to be able to secure. ( door lock broken )

Loved this place as the staff were awesome,I was sad to leave and will definatley be back! The only thing you have to catch a taxi (rp20000) to get into Kuta,for me it's perfect as I don't want to be in the hustle on the streets,mataharis (shopping centre) is a 10min walk,and to get a taxi you won't wait longer than 2 min as the staff are always there […] to help. comfortable Beds, 2 bedrooms, one master and one single bedroom, living room and dining area, aqua drinking water hot and cold suspenser, pool small but clean and Jacuzzi, very nice for 3 people, we enjoyed the stay, just breakfast could be improved, would stay there again

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was elegantly furnished. the balcony was superb to sit outside and sip tea or have abeer. the wifi worked beautifully. the morning breakfast had both western n eastern dishes, not a great variety but adequate and fulfilling. the setting of the breakfast area near the pool makes it enchanting! One small drawback in the 2 bedrrom suite.. the shower curtain in the toilet for the smaller room was short .. not floor length, so every time i had ashower, the bathroom got wet. The staff were unbale to get a full length shower curatin .. i dont know why. The in room balinese massage was superb, the best I have had in many months. The hotel's reception has arrangements to book sight seeing tours and were willing to call any specific travel acompany we wanted to deal with. The hotel is not very near the kuta centre or market, but a nicie 10 mins by taxi .. whcih is easy to flag down in front of the hotel. 詳情

We stayed in a family suite, 2 adults 3 children. The suite was air conditioned, spacious, clean and quite modern. The two bedrooms could be closed off from the main living area. They had a DVD in the living area which the kids thought was fantastic. Only problem with the room was the bar fridge, didn't seem to keep things cold, minor detail overall. […] Room service made up for this short coming and very reasonably priced. The staff were fantastic, friendly and very helpful. The pool doesn't have room to have sun lounges around them, and the pool is not in direct sunlight (i thought this was a bonus, others may see it as a minus). They do have a sun deck for people that want to tan themselves with the sun lounges. We liked it as it wasn't in the hustle and bustle of Kuta but was only $3 max taxi fare in if you wanted to be in the action. Their are a couple of large shopping centers within walking distance as well as a food court and another one in the process of being built. Staff were amazing, but the hotel needs a refurbish. Shower in most bathrooms were broken making it difficult to take a shower. Other than this the stay though short was acceptable.

Like reviews I read before my trip, this hotel is not located in a great place for tourism. You will need to hire a van or take a taxi to do most things. That said, the hotel was clean with modern decorations, the staff was helpful, the breakfast was excellent and it is fairly easy to hire transportation thru the tour packages so the location was not […] that big a deal. This hotel also had a great price for the type of room being offered. Only complaint was that there were mosquitoes in the room. The staff sprayed the room and gave us a can of bug spray but I still got bitten more than I'd expect. This Hotel were said to be managed by Aston, but apparently a very bad hotel to stay. The location is not bad as it is on the sunset boulevard which easy to go either seminyak, kuta or Jimbaran. The negative side is really the hotel itself! Our bedroom didn't have hot shower at night and the fridge is not warm all the time. the bedroom floor is sticky, […] the towel is yellowish. I've complained to the front manager officer, she is nice enough to upgrade to "suite" but the fridge condition is the same, warm/hot instead of cool. As we are travelling with young kids, we bought fresh milk from mini mart, but without the fridge it is a nightmare. We spent 6 nights there,.. and it happen that 1 night they run out of clean towels, so they gave us the brand new towel for swimming pool which still have alot of blue fur if you sweap your body. Not in the main tourist area but still acceptable to us because we get hotel transfer most of our time. Taking a taxi is not expansive as well. take a 10 mins walk to a mall, you can find really cheap food court and carrefour! My 3 nights stay at Sunset Hotel was pleasant, staff friendly and nice. Breakfast with a reasonable spread of Indonesian food, fruits, bread and some pastries. Lifts available for access to higher floors. The family room in which we stayed is suitable for 3 to 4 person. It has one large bed and a single bed in the adjoining room. Two showers and toilets […] in good working condition. Liked their shower idea Clean room and nice washed bed-sheets. A big sitting area with TV and kitchenette facilities. A nice big Indonesian restaurant just across the road which is a worth patronizing. Noted there is no smoke free zone while having breakfast. Non smokers can get irritated by the smell of the Indonesian cigarettes if some one smokes on the next table. Great choice in Kuta, a bit away from the noise. The staff is absolutely the best and everything spotlessly clean. We stayed twice this trip, once in an o.k. Family suite, and again later in a gorgeous deluxe room. Lots of room with a nice pool; a top choice if you are willing to stay a bit away from the beach!

A excellent small hotel with the most comfortable pillows that I have ever had in any hotel. Room was excellent (1 bedroom suite) and quiet. The service at the hotel is extremely good. The staffs are friendly and always greet u with a smile. You are treated like a VIP no matter who you are. The hotel is not in the Kuta area but they do provide shuttle to Kuta Square. Good for those who want to get away from the hussle and bussle of the Kuta pubs at night. Very peaceful. The rooms were surprisingly spacious. Lovely modern decor and well maintained. The buffet spread is great for a family with growing kids.The only problem I had were ants on the tables and the lack of privacy of the swimming pool.

Great room ,excellent service... Fair price... Free internet. A little bit far from Kuta about 15-20 mins walk. Hotel have a free suttle bus.

酒店设施比较新，跟国内的星级酒店差不多 有欢迎饮料，挺好喝的 床真的很好睡，但我老公说没睡好，因为他说他梦到有人坐在他的床边，哈哈，我是一夜无梦，睡得很好 泳池比较小，而且夹在两个楼之间 如果是想享受酒店的各种服务，度假时间较长，或呆在酒店的时间长就不要选这家。 如果大多时间都是在外面游玩，只是晚上回来睡个觉，非常好的选择； 价格不贵

早餐丰富，价格合理，服务人员非常热心到位。因为需要转换插头，前台人员立刻安排服务人员去购买。游泳池有按摩功能，小孩子在里面玩的很疯。离家乐福很近，临走前多余的钱可以在那里花掉，买些礼品送人。酒店提供3公里内的班车服务，可以充分利用，弥补了地理位置上的不足。总之是一家值得推荐的酒店！

酒店的按摩泳池，小朋友们很喜欢。酒店的班车很便利，可惜没有利用。离家乐福300米，可以满足一切日常需要。酒店职员非常热心，是一家值得推荐的酒店。

広くて清潔な部屋でリラックスできました。子どもはプールで楽しめました。ショッピングセンターに近い、買物に便利な立地です。朝食ビュッフェはインドネシア料理と洋食で野菜や果物も食べられて満足。パンも数種類ありました。スタッフの方もフレンドリーで親切。気持ちよく過ごせました。

Très bonnes prestations au niveau de la chambre et de la piscine. Par contre l'hotel est un peu loin du centre et le service de shuttle est trop peu fréquent (3 par jour). A éviter si vous voulez être près de la plage, idéal pour aller à l'aéroport.

Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff and great breakfast! The hotel is located on a major road but the traffic is not disturbing. It is located about 15 minutes from the beach and the hotel offers a free shuttle. I can really recommend this hotel!

This is a really nice hotel at an affordable price. Rooms are big and comfortable with nice bathroom etc. Room service is good, you can order cooked food to your room 24/7. Nice breakfast too.
