Thankfully Palazzo Colonades had a room available at the last minute. Great room and facilities, friendly service, within stone throw of Surfers Paradise central, highly recommend it, especially for families.

This facility is situated only a few blocks from central Surfers Paridise with well organised arrangements for late check- in and early departure. We stayed in a single bedroom executive apartment for 4 nights and we are satisfied and happy with our stay there. The apartment was tidy, big and comfortable enough for our family of 2 adults and 2 child (4 & 1 yrs old) and the best thing is that no surcharge for both of our kids. The apartment had a washing machine and a dryer which was very convenient […] during our stay there. There was ample secure parking in the basement and also a swimming pool, gym and games room. There was no room cleaning though as this is not really a hotel. Reception downstairs were really helpful. We arrived late at night and had no problems checking in by calling them using the phone outside the main entrance. They even informed the guest if the theme parks were closed on the day due to bad weather conditions by putting up a notice in the lifts (which happened during our stay there). Location wise, it is located reasonably close to the main streets in Surfers Paradise and close to the beach. Do remember to check out the rates again before the cancellation window for your booking ends as it can become cheaper when it gets nearer to your check in dates and use Hotels.com price guarantee to price match the cheaper rates. In my case, I found out that the rates dropped by about 30% by the time I realized it but I couldn't do Nything as the cancellation window ended. 詳情

Few things: gym and pool closed at 8.45pm! So don't expect enjoy it too much as u spend all day out and want to go to spa to relax at the end of the day....CLOSED! (gym very tiny and no air-con). No change of towels (even though hotel rated 4*), you have to wash it everyday or bring ur own, u do ur bed everyday as well. ladies at the front are nice […] but don't have information you expect them to have as an interstate guest. And those notes everywhere...if u break it u pay for it, leave room IN THE SAME condition as it was on ur arrival...so we had to even vacuum the room! And u could smell toilet...not nice...maybe it vwas only our room or maybe pipes in this building have to be fixed...Air-con machine sooo loud we had to switch it off for the nite.We travel a lot and it wasn't 4* hotel service. If u travel as a family (like us) I would't recommmend as it is too closed to city centre..Almost every nite we could hear 'party people' down the street laughing, f...ing, fighting and what not...at 3 am, cigarette butts and bottle glass on our balcony in the morning.(there is nobody to inform between 5pm and 8am) But if u are couple or single u might enjoy. Rooms are self contained and walking distance to Cavill ave and all the shops. Rooms are good size and lots of closets. You want to cook or wash - u can - everything is there - just dont break anything because note says - u will PAY for it. 詳情

Without question I would recommend Palazzo Colonnades to everyone that I know looking for a clean, secure, comfortable, and inviting living space to stay while visiting Surfers Paradise. It was in a great location and the staff were very friendly.

I was very happy with the quality of the appartment and it more than met my needs for the week that i was there. It was clean and the kitchen was stocked with most of the things that you would need to do your own cooking, which is great if you don't want to eat out every night. I would recommend this apartment complex to anybody looking for a great place to stay in Surfers Paradise. The apartment was nice and open plan with a full kitchen, dining and lounge with a separate laundry as well as a bedroom and bathroom. The apartment was clean and had excellent air conditioning which is a must in Surfers during the summer. The […] pool area was a great place to chill out if we didn't fancy going to the beach. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and we couldn't ave asked for much more from our stay. Great position, very friendly ladies on the desk. The only slight criticism I have is if you are staying any length of time you are not given enough washing up liquid , toilet paper etc. so bring your own or they will charge for extra's.

Amazing experience. This was the fourth time i have been to Surfers Paradise and i have stayed at more classy hotels, but the Palazzo Colonaddes definitely has been my favourite. レセプションがとにかく早く閉まってしまうため、何も聞けなかった。電話でコンタクトをとれるらしく、かけてみたが繋がらなかった。 トイレットペーパーに1ドル払うのにも驚いた。 それ以外は良いホテルだと思う。部屋には満足。
