"Very convenient accommodation."

The accommodation is spanish style but dated. I feel it could be freshened up. The room was comfortable and clean, but can be noisy from above/adjoining rooms. This is due to the fact that the flooring is tiles with no mats or rugs to absorb extraneous noise. Even the TV is hard to hear because of the echoes, unless turned up loud. I had requested an […] upper pool view floor but received a rear palm tree/grass view on the 1st level - yet it seemed a lot of pool rooms were vacant. The accommodation is not serviced for 5 days, but is adequately furnished with cutlery, crockery and cooking items. The Villa is centrally located with a very short walk in either direction to restaurants, shops, etc. I had a rental car, but on a couple of occasions I missed the entrance which is a narrow drive-way between small shops fronting the villas. The parking then is located under neath the building. I also noted the frequent arrival of shuttle buses coming from Cairns, about 1 hour plus away. One would not necessarily need a car as a result. On arrival for my 3 day stay I received a very warm welcome and touring info was freely offered. If one considers the price and location I would stay there again 詳情

Perfect location, friendly staff, quiet and relaxed setting and a lovely room. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and would highly recommend it to anyone who plans on visiting Port Douglas.

Booked early expected lower floor accommodation not top floor. Getting luggage to room a trouble for elderly folk. Suggested on leaving that it was not a good advertisement and was told we could have asked for help. My thoughts were we should not have to ask. No faults with anything else, and we enjoyed our stay. Loved Port Douglas.
