Worst hotel ever in BKK, the room is old, all things is out dated

I was assigned to the second building that i found it was a bit older. A bit tear and wear in the room. Only a pair of slipper provided even though we are 2 persons registered in advance. I stayed 2 nights. Actually the hotel is situated in great location with only a few minutes walk to Terminal 21 and BTS Asok.

我們在舊館一共住了四晚，前兩晚熱水都沒問題，溫度夠高，第三晚開始熱水變成溫水，只比體溫高一點點，工程師來看過，但他不負責熱水維修，所以也束手無策。櫃臺安排我們去新館的空房洗澡，並且承諾隔天下午負責熱水的工程師會來，結果當晚熱水依舊是溫的，我們又被安排去新館洗澡。櫃臺跟工程師只能一直道歉，但我想下次不會再考慮住這間了，雖然它的位置真的很便利。

地點優越~離BTS和MRT都很近~附近也有全家+7-11~及多家按摩店,但房間整點就還好~冷氣有點吵

酒店位置很好, 5分到BTS ASOK站,ROBINSON,Terminal 21, 7-11, 按摩店和小吃攤, 非常方便, 房間也很舒適, 床很大, 只是燈光不夠

Second time here, I must say that customer service was not as good as it was when i first stayed here.Location wise very close to terminal 21.

I was rather disappointed with the state of the room. The furniture was worn and the room was a shabby version of what was shown on the website. The bed was comfortable. Reached the hotel at 3.30pm and was told to wait half hour as the room was not ready. But they didn't fail to tell us that we had to be out of the room by noon the next day.

Everything was good except the wildly fluctuating shower temperature. I found that to be a theme in Thailand. Stayed here 2x in the last month. Location is convenient to Sky Train and Metro.

Hotel is clean, bed is nice and firm, loving the floor (no carpets) but the wooden fixtures are a little "scarred". Curtains don't really block out all the lights so you might need to bring a eye mask if you are sensitive to light when you sleep. I normally stay at Asoke area for the location. One can travel to Silom / Siam via either MRT or BTS respectively. […] Tops supermarket is directly opposite the hotel and Terminal 21 also provides great shopping options. Ample food choices as 7-11 is close by, and the street food along the road is nice too (try the chilli provided sparingly). Both Tops and T21 has a good food court. Only dissapointment, the flatscreen TV in my room was partially spoiled so the image was blurry on the top 5 inches. Was also surprised to find a lump of hair in the toilet bowl when I checked in. 詳情

Had one night here to break journey from Scandinavia to Brisbane. It was recommended by a Thai friend who had stayed there. Room and bathroom were quite spacious and very comfortable and clean. Very helpful courteous staff- they were happy to store our bags during the day after checkout while we did a morning and an afternoon tour. For the price that we are paying, definitely it was a worth while stay. Bed was very comfortable. The staffs are very friendly and the service was still not bad. I still remember when I checked in, they offered us drinks while waiting. We will come back again.

很想我们的快捷酒店，但价钱要贵很多。淋浴和坐便在一起，不适应啊。离21百货很近，位置去哪儿都很方便。很适合购物。空调声太大了，隔音不是很好。

location is great, close to BTS ASOKE and terminal 21. It seems you have to wait untill 12 to check-in, although you're early to arrive there. My husband and I took an early flight from phuket to bangkok, actually we wanted to have everything settled down and then to go out, however, we had to leave everything at reception and then take around nearby […] untill 12 o'clock to check in. 小精品酒店，服务都相当好，我订的是吸烟房，前台看我带着孩子，问我要不要换成无烟房，如果我要订无烟房的话，送我2个人的早餐。无烟房很小，窗户也很小。我还是选择吸烟房了。酒店所在的路口就是BTS ASOK 站，走过去5分钟。路口就是Terminal 21商场。我很喜欢这个商场，类似于香港的朗豪坊。4、5楼全是好吃的，尤其是5楼的（名字忘了）类似大食代，需要充值卡的，吃的东西种类繁多非常便宜，T21的2、3楼全是很有特色的小店，我在小店淘了不少好东西，比较推荐3楼的小店，有家卖橡胶凉、拖鞋的，200株一双，超级可爱超级舒服，我买了4双。T21商场1楼是品牌，guess啊 AIZ都有。

BTS,MRTの駅に近く、移動に便利。周辺にはコンビニ、マッサージ、屋台、総合商業施設もある。スリーペアの部屋はきれいに清掃されている。設備は新しくは無いが、許容できるレベル。宿泊費がもう少し安ければさらに良い。

最初驚いたのが、前宿泊者の使用済みタオルと髪の毛がバスルームにあった。部屋も薄暗く次回は利用しません。場所が便利なだけでした。

チェックインした際に、まだ部屋がクリーニング中とのころで、40分待たされましたが ビールをふるまってくれたのと、スタッフが愛想よく対応してくれたので 全然気になりませんでした。ＰＣインターネットとＷｉＦｉがあったのですぐに時間はつぶれました。 部屋はきれいで、スクンビット通りからｓｏｉ19を150ｍ程入ったところなので夜は静かですし 屋台も多く、コンビニも近いです。 とにかくどこに行くにもアクセスは最高なのでこの値段なら納得です。 定宿はＣＩＴＹ LOGDEですが、スタッフの質、清潔度合いはこちらのホテルの方がいいと思います。

今回262号室での部屋の評価ですが、最悪だったのがホットシャワーが出なかった。湯量を絞ると熱つすぎて少しでも湯量を上げると水！ 最上階の部屋だからなのかわからないが、バンコクでのシャワーは一日何度も使用するので最重要です。 ロケーションやスッタッフも悪くないので部屋のメンテナンスをすれば5点をあげれます。

アソーク駅、ターミナル21も近く移動や食事は便利です。周辺にはタイ料理はもちろん、イタリアン、日本料理、ファストフードなどがあり食事をするには便利です。タイムズスクエアへは歩いて5分ほどです。セブンイレブンやファミリーマートはホテルの目の前にあります。よくあるタイ式マッサージ屋も周辺に数店舗ありますが、歩いて5分ほどの場所にヘルスランドという大きくきれいなマッサージ店があります。こちらもリーズナブルです。ホテルはSTUDIOに宿泊しましたが、部屋はきれいですしベッドメイキングもしっかりしています。バスタブはありませんがホットシャワーが使えます。トイレ、シャワーも清潔にされていると思います。スタッフもフレンドリーで良いホスピタリゼーションだと思います。朝食のブッフェはアメリカンスタイルであまり […] 選択肢はありませんが十分だと思います。 詳情

予約したタイプの部屋ではなくて、小さい部屋に変更されていました そのため、ホテル側が、そのかわりに食事を、一回無料にする、とのことで、夕食を無料でいただきました が、部屋は、別の建物に移されて、窓のない部屋で、荷物を置く台がなかった、 あまりいい部屋ではなかった 空港からの送迎を依頼したり、いきかたを聞いたりしましたが、あまり親切ではなかった 場所は、いいところにありましたが。

部屋はキレイでしたが、エレベータ部分が下水のにおいがします。 デラックスルームにしたのに、別で友人が取ったスーペリアルームとなにも変わらなかった。 目の前にコンビニが２軒、深夜まで屋台もあり、駅までも近く便利でしたよ。 私は朝食はつけず。でも友人は無料で朝食付きでしたがたいした朝食ではなかったとのこと。。。 シャワーが１０分くらいでぬるくなってしまっていました、 アメニティも少なく綿棒歯ブラシなどはなし。
