The hotel was deserted. You have to ring a bell at the counter to call the front desk staff (friendly chap!) but there was NO complimentary coffee or hot water for a tea, neither in the breakfast area nor in the room, and that day was a pouring with rain day. I was longing for a warm cup of coffee (or tea), but there was none. (The young clerk offered […] to brew one for me, so nice! I ended up going out again to the nearest commercial center to get it. The business center was a computer in the corner by the entrance. There were stains of footsteps with suspicious color ( "mud"?) along the entrance and they were still there up to noon the next day. PROS: the room was neat and clean, as well as the corridors, just renovated, painted, new covers/sheets. Breakfast was meager, but I finally got a cup of coffee without needing to drive a mile. There was no rack to place the suitcase on, so it was either on the table that served as a desk, or on the carpet on the floor, I had to place it on the bathroom floor. No translucent curtains with the parking lot and a school across the street, just sun-blocking drapes, so if you wanted to see the morning light you risked being seen from the outside. It is a safe and clean place to spend one night in a mint clean room. But be warned: you are going to pay too much. Rooms where comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. the breakfast could of been alittle better - more items for eating. Fresh fruit, donuts. Overall - happy with stay.

Good stay the room was very small but the hotel maintained cleanliness and the staff was very polite.

The hotel was nice. The room was clean and it was by the freeway so I was able to get where I needed to quickly. They did not have a contential breakfast or anything but you get what you pay for :-)

Great hotel for the price. The room and other areas were clean. The staff was friendly and accommodated a request to have several rooms near one another. Were there for only one night after a sporting event, but were very pleased with the Mircotel.

You can't beat this hotel for the cost. The hotel was recently built and is in perfect condition. For a 2 star hotel, the comfort is 3 1/2. We stayed in the suite and it sleeps 3 comfortably. This hotel is not luxurious but the bed was comfortable, the linens were decent and the condition of the hotel is like new. My only complaint is the bath towels […] which are very rough. This hotel smelled awful. Breakfast items were extremely Limited and the ones available were also not refilled without asking twice. Noice from top floor and next door were pretty loud to wake us up at night.

WE were involved in Remembrance Day at Gettysburg over the week end. The motel was easy to reach from western NY and had easy 40 minute access to Gettysburg. As we had to be back home for an early next day dinner the location was excellent. The facility was clean, quiet and comfortable. Nothing lacking to make our stay great.

We just stayed at Microtel for one night. At first we thought It's not too bad. But soon we found out that the bath tub was blocked. It was alreay midnight and we had to wait for half an hour to fix the problem. And the breakfast next morning was the poorest among the hotels we met in the states.

We stayed there for the Hershey park. The rate was reasonable and the room was extremely clean. I will go back again for sure!

Impressed by the cleanliness and the helpful staff. Breakfast was not a hot buffet, but for the hotel charge I wouldn't expect it to be - it was fine. The surrounding neighbourhood was in a safe area. We did have t go a couple of mies to find a restaurant, but that was not a problem for us. Would certainly stay again if in this area.

No workout area, pool only goes to 4ft, and the Breakfast was only bagels toast waffles and fruit. Workers live on the hotel and are not very friendly. I guess.....you get what you pay for!

Overall for what i've paid....not too bad. The older gentleman should not work at the front nor deal with customers as it does not represent the hotel well furthermore, it will lower the overall rating. Younger guys spoke English well and was friendly. My two cents worth. I would stay again. : )

Only the bad thing I really can say about our stay is a lots of traffic noise and the walls are super thin. Could hear everything in the next room but it was a group of very young kids. The first 2 nights was GREAT! No NOISE next door. The last night of our stay we left early because we couldn't get any sleep due to the people next door. At about 10:20 PM, we were called by the front desk telling us that the din coming from our room was disturbing the other guests. Hotel was average. Only complaint/dislike were the concrete walls that were painted bright yellow and lime green. They were also rather dirty and scratched up.

Considering the price of other hotels in the area, this one was the one we cost to go with. The room was very fresh and inviting, very nice. NO BEDBUGS! Always a plus there haha! Room was very clean. Although rooms are not very big the cost of the room more than makes up for this. Good continental breakfast (although they could use another waffle machine as there was always a long line to make one). Friendly staff. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and found it comfortable and basically clean. We had no bedbugs, as others have stated. Clean towels and sheets every day. The staff was very friendly (and we could understand them). We were in a room at the end of the hall, which made it quiet for us. We have no complaints and would probably stay here again.

Clean, modern, only compliant was that there was no fridge or safe in our room and the lobby smelled like curry. Would def stay there again.
