離餐廳，地鐵站，購物中心，星光大道近，步行約10分鐘。缺點是房間不大。

The housekeeping service terrible , they fold me the wet towels . dont clean the desk , they let me the bottle of water by the half and dont put new ones, when arrive nobody in the front desk have to wait like 15 minutes, also when i lef need wait for somebody to made checkout, no good .....

Geat location, clean room. Very handy.

Location is good. But in the room was filthy and very cold at the night.

It's not easy to find this property but, other than that, I like the room and services provided by this hotel. Very welcoming and accommodating staff members. Basic amenities were provided. Very conveniently located, just a short stroll to the MTR station. Convenient stores just located downstairs. Rooms are fairly new, however they are a little smaller than I imagined as compared to the other Citadines apartments I've stayed in before (but hey its HK). This hotel was in a very convenient location. It was clean and well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were surprised at the smallness of our studio apartment but it contained all we needed. As the apartment contained all the equipment needed for self-catering we thought there should have been two chairs so that two people could […] sit at the table to eat at the same time! Second stay at Citadines Ashley. Great location in Tsim Sha Shui, right next to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Convenient to subway and ferries. Very lively street scene. Nice and helpful front desk service. The rooms are OK but looking worn out, aging quickly compared to previous stay two years ago.

Citadines Ashley has a great location near Nathan Rd and harbour. Room is a bit small but is fine if you're just looking for a hotel to sleep at night. It also has small pantry, cooking is possible also has microwave & fridge. Another plus is free wifi in room.

Reasonable price,convinience,good location,nice room and clean,near all shoping center,easy walk to harbour so this hotel is very good.

The location of hotel is good. 5 mins walk to Tsim Sha Tsui mtr station and close to eating places. However, hotel is located at a small lane lined with few pubs and nightclubs. A lot of smokers and club goers at night. Room is very very small. Husband and I couldn't find proper place to open our 2 luggages without blocking any of the ways. Entrance […] of hotel is not as nice looking as on the pictures. At check-out, the hotel mgr kindda was rude to us. Check out time is 12pm. Husband and I were doing our last check in the room at 12pm. At 12.05pm, we received a call from the hotel staff informing us that check-out time is 12pm. After travelling to so many places and staying at so many hotels, this is the first time I received 'warning' call on checkout time just 5 mins after official check out time. Is this efficiency?? I find it unpleasant. At the reception after returning the keys to the staff, the manager, right in front of my husband and I, told the staff to quickly check if we own them money in cantonese. My husband and I felt so disgusted with the manager behaviour and obviously, DID NOT ever expect this kind of treatment and behaviour from an Ascott hotel chain group. We definitely made full payment way before this trip and during check in, the staff has confirmed that we have made full payment. Really unpleasant to hear such things from a reputable hotel chain. anyway, i will definitely not recommend this hotel to friends and definitely will not be back again. 詳情

Pretty small compare to photo I saw in the website. The room design are kinda compact, but it is OK. If you are looking for an easy stay with a limited budget. This will be the hotel to choose. I found that the coffee pack that provided inside the room are out dated. The creamer had turn to solid instead of powder form. Room abit small but very clean. Many restaurants near by and the MTR station is only 5 minutes away. Location is great for shopping - 10 minutes walk to all the branded stores. There is also a 24 hours convenience store next to the hotel - great for drinks and snacks.

Convenience location surrounding with shops and food. Hotel staff very helpful with our quiries and direction. but more pictures of the hotel should be post on web.

Wer genug hat von uniformen, global zum Verwechseln ähnlichen Riesenkästen, ist hier an zentraler und doch ruhiger Lage Tsim Sha Tsuis in familiärer Atmosphäre recht gut und vergleichsweise sehr günstig aufgehoben. Etwas dünne Wände verlangen Toleranz.

不错的家庭式旅店，位置不错，离地铁很近，还算安静。房间也很干净整齐，家用器具一应俱全，下次还会选择

离海港城很近，性价比高，就是房间稍小。地铁 港口 都很近，下次应该还会选择

아기가 있어서 전자레인지가 있었던 점이 좋았고..무료 와이파이 제공되니 가져가신 휴대폰이나 노트북 이용가능하고..침사추이 한 복판에 위치하고 있어서 지하철, 배..공항가는 버스, 스탠리가는 버스...도보로 해결이 가능했던 점이 좋았어요..야경보고 걸어와도 되는 거리였고..번화한 곳이라 어둡거나 위험하지 않았구요.. 가격대비 위치 및 주변 시설 접근성, 깔끔한 정돈상태는 장점이고..도심에 작은 곳이다보니 소음은 어느정도 있었어요.. 방은 작아요..일본의 작은 호텔방..생각하시면 될 듯.. 생각보다 많이 작아요..ㅎㅎ

위치는 번화한 곳이긴한데 막다른 골목쪽에 위치해서 건물 통해서 구룡공원으로 갈 수 있고 풍경은 없습니다. 그러나 청결상태 등등이 마음에 들었습니다 매니저분들도 친절하셨구요- 하루지내는 비용으로는 글쎄요. 합리적인 편인 것 같네요-
