The property adds the following conditions of use: Cancellation Policy Apart from major special events (such as The Grand National or The Beatles Festival, or certain major Football Matches), you may cancel a booking at anytime. If your cancel at least 3 full days before your arrival, we will refund all of the deposit that you have paid, subject to a 7% fee if your deposit was paid using Visa or Mastercard (this just covers our original and refund costs charged by the bank). If you cancel within 3 days ... we will try to re-sell the room to another party, (if possible) ... and if we are successful, then we will then refund your deposit as described above. For the major special events listed before, we will require 7 days notice instead of 3.

Die Betreiber sind ausgesprochen nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit; das Zimmer allerdings war sehr winzig und wir bekamen nicht das gewünschte Twin-bed-Zimmer, sondern eines mit rel. kleinem Doppelbett.
