The resort/hotel was perfect. Bus stop just outside the door, 15 min walk to Broadbeach shopping centre and cafes. About a 5 min walk to the beach. Clean, tidy and great views. Very reasonably priced as well. Loved that it was kid free and very quiet. Had everything we needed in our apartment.

Great self contained units with all the comforts.

I stayed at this Hotel as I was visiting the Gold Coast for the V8 Supercars. We are a young couple from NZ who loved our stay here at the end of September, and have nothing but good things to say about Surf Parade Resort. The facilities including the pool and spa were great and our room was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. We had a fantastic 3 night stay at the surf parade resort. I only wish we had time to stay longer. Would definitely go back there.

great hotel with the lot. can have a Barby and a spa go for a swim in the pool or walk a block to the beach awesome hotel with nice rooms and a great view. close to bus stops and not far from main attractions.

Ideally located within walking distance to Broadbeach for Lunch and Surfers Paradise for Dinner and Clubbing ... then a walk home along the beach as the sun rises. The views were stunning and the weather was stunning. The appartment was well appointed and comfortable for entertaining.

Large 1 bedroom with separate living room, and large bathroom with washer/dryer, though no one could figure out how to get it to dry cycle. Room is clean, nice balcony with beach view, walking distance to beach and food.

I stayed here three nights whilst attending a conference at the Exhibition centre which is about a twenty minute walk from the hotel. The room was spacious and well appointed and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only down side is there is not much choice for dining in the immediate vicinity, but a fifteen to twenty minute walk will give you a […] huge amount of choice. Excellent stay although all too short (2 days), all facilities were clean and well maintained. The room was cosy and so comfortable. Everythng was provided for an enjoyable stay.

my girlfriend and i were extremely please with the setup, location and time we spent at the hotel, the hotel receptionist was very friendly and helped us out with any questions we had.... we'de definately recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting the goldcoast

Appart Hotel très sympa, calme, très bien équipé. Piscine Spapool petite salle de sport tennis BBQ parking souterrain gratuit. A mi-distance entre Surfer's et Broadbeach. Idéal avec une voiture de location.
