"Excellent locaton, good services"
Hotels.com 旅客於 2011年12月19日留下評價The location is very good, just 10min away from the Catalunya and 5 min from the closest underground. Nice room which is clean and big enough for 2 people. Free wifi is abailable at room as well. The only complain is the quality of bathing gel and dental cream was not good indded, so we need to buy from supermarket ourself.

"Freezing and cold in Barcelona"

I arrived late and called as I was instructed as I left the airport. Although it took me about 45 minutes to arrive to the apartment there was nobody to greet me. I had to wait 10 minutes on the street until somebody came to let me in. After the signing of paperwork and a quick tour I was left to myself. It started to get cold and I wished to turn on […] the heat but found that everything was closed and none of the heaters worked. I ended up sleeping with 4 blankets and still very cold. In the morning I was looking forward to a warm shower to get some heat into the body. But no hot water either! In the late afternoon I called to ask if someone could come fix it which they promised within the hour. At that time I was enjoying a sandwich at the balcony and turned out that the door to the balcony had closed in the wind and locked me out. I called back to say that now I'm locked out and freezing but they would be over soon "I am just haing tea" and would come after that! 詳情
