Absolutly great service room was awesome a few things we didnt care for were the pillows the cheap toilet paper andfor the price we paid the view was not good.

Excellent hotel. Close to everything.

I had read the reviews and saw all 5 stars from the prior reviewers. I would definitely agree! We requested to not be near the elevator when we checked in. They upgraded us to the Gold Coast Suite!

The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful & courteous. If the room was lacking something, the staff was willing to provide it or get it for you. The location is fantastic -- close to great restaurants & only a couple blocks from Michigan Avenue in the Gold Coast.

This was my first stay, but I liked it more than the Ritz Carlton and the W Hotel. The rooms are beautiful, very large and well laid out, super clean, with big bathrooms. The service was also very seamless, both front desk and door service. The only issues I had were 1) the gym is not 24 hours, closes at 10pm and 2) my room seemed like it was recently […] painted, so very new, but a bit of paint smell, but this is a temporary issue. The only negative point : there is no breakfast buffet, only the typical american breakfast dishes.

Great service and the room is a studio with more room. The location isn't good but the Lexus can take you to CBD. Highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome friendly service, beautiful hotel with lots of amenities in a great downtown location. Was here for business but will definitely be bringing my husband back here for a fun weekend next time we are in Chicago. My travel schedule had me there at noon and they even let me check in 3 hours early, no hassle at all. Excellent service.

They Elysian Hotel was immaculate and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Check in was smooth and they helped in any way possible to make the experience the best it could be. The Balsan Restaurant that they have there is absolutely AMAZING!!!! We had brunch, lunch, and dinner there at our stay. All of the staff from the host to the bartender […] to the waitstaff made sure that they made your experience there the best!!! The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable. Fast, friendly, and you never felt rushed at all. I will definitely go there again and i will highly recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone!!! My wife and I travel to Chicago often. I am originally from there, and love to spend time there each year. We have stayed an multiple hotels, and the Elysian was the best experience we have ever had....ever! Not only in Chicago, but in any city. Staff was incredible! They remembered our names, were overboard willing to help accommodate any requests, […] the house car even brought us to a reservation for dinner that they set for us. The rooms are unbelievably comfortable....and the door bell on the rooms was super nice as were were there with some other friends. Room service food was better than anywhere I have gone. The Spa is unbelievable. Work out room off the hook. Views were great! One other thing was that this past weekend was Lalapaloza. Several of the bands were staying at the Hotel at the same time we were there. They never treated my wife and I, or our party, any differently, with all the commotion. This was impressive to me as my wife and I own a multi-million dollar restaurant business and never felt like our stay, business or experience was any less than their high profile guests. Access to shopping district, fantastic restaurants, and Michigan Ave. was within a block. EVERYONE should stay here at some time. I NEVER write up a review as I am too busy...but I had to this time. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, the service is the best. Beautiful suite, Great location. Will always stay at this hotel when in Chicago.

Had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. Arrived early and staff took bags and called me on my cell phone when room was ready. It was my wife and I 15 yr anniversary and the women who checked us in left us a personal note in our room with a small treat to enjoy. Hotel is located a few blocks from train station and walking distance to everything. Room was spacious and well-appointed with amenities. The staff left a card at the nightstand with weather forecast for next few days which was a nice personal touch I have never seen before at a hotel I stayed at. We both used gym facilities, equipment was clean and newer, only downfall is not alot of space to lift free weights. Took a free Pilates class and the instructor made the class very personal and tailored to our physical ability. Overall a wonderful stay and highly recommend. 詳情

We just returned from 2 nights at the Elysian Hotel in Chicago and really cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The suite was beautiful, the service impeccable, and the location perfect. 15 out of 10!!

The Elysian is a beautiful hotel with a first class staff. Loved everything about this hotel. A very secluded feeling in the middle of a great location. Great restaurants and shopping are steps away. The private courtyard entrance is just the beginning of the privacy you feel at the Elysian. The best place to stay in Chicago! My wife and I went on beautiful walks to the lake, beaches & Navy Pier. I will always stay at the Elysian after this last visit to Chicago. The staff was over the top. Worth every penny spent.

The Elysian was amazing. I proposed to my girlfriend earlier in the day on Saturday and everyone at the hotel knew to say congratulations. Dinner at Ria was also excellent. HIGHLY recommend!

everything was great!

Wanted to take my boyfriend to Chicago for his birthday, unfortunately, it was the same week as the Food & Restaurant Show...all hotels booked except for $45 motels or very expensive rooms. Found the Elysian by accident...booked it and we are now in LOVE with it. What service! Worth every penny. We never wanted to leave the room. Plenty of "nice touches" […] from the umbrellas available when it was pouring rain to the Lexus ride to the restaurant or train station. We were "upgraded" to a suite with a fireplace...and the TV in the bathroom mirror was unbelievabel. Thank you, Elysian, we love you and will be back! 詳情

Special Place. Great room, food and service.

This hotel and most importantly, the staff, are as good as it gets. Top shelf accommodations and a service to match.

Not only was the service perfect, they don't accept tips. That certainly solves the need to carry small bills at all times!

I have traveled to many countries and stayed in alot of hotels and never have a had such a great experience! The staff was overly courteous and seemed to enjoy doing thier job. The room was absolutely beautiful and romantic. I would rate them a ''6" because a "5" dosen't do them justice.

The best period.

We usually stay at Hyatt Watertower or Peninsula and this was easily a nicer stay. The staff was unbelievable and the rooms were quiet and very nicely appointed.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful with top notch service. It is conveniently located near the magnificent mile. The rooms are large and extremely comfortable.

The Elysian is definitely setting the bar HIGH amongst 5 star Chicago hotels. Would choose the Elysian over Four Seasons, Ritz or Peninsula. Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff.

The Elysian is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. The room was spectacular, the service top notch, and the location was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. PS I have never written a review before, but this hotel deserves it.
