Great location. Friendly staff. Quality services. Very good buffut. Just the room is a bit small. Overall, a very good hotel in Hong Kong for your next visit.

Very friendly staff and well trained,they couldn't do enough for us during our stay. Food and service was excellent,will definitely stay there again.

This is our third stay at the Hyatt Regency in Kowloon and this stay was again excellent. We love the location and easy access to the MTR, shopping and dinning. Rooms are modern and fairly new and good sized for Hong Kong. There is a very nice lounge on the 3rd floor with live entertainment nightly. We didn't dine at the hotel as there are so many options […] close by. One quirk is that the hotel occupies a section of a high rise retail shopping and residential building. I believe the hotel is from floor 3 to 24 so you need to take two elevators one from ground level to the lobby to get to the elevators that go to the room floors. Hotel close to many shopping place. A lot of boutique nearby also.

Overall a great hotel,clean,new & safe. Buffet breakfast quite disappointing,the wantan noddles & dim sum bland and limited selection. The reception staff serving us during the check in date was rather cold and a tad of rude.After he serve us, the next was a white couple & you should see how his face & service attitude change! EXCELLENT that's enough said

Located right beside TST station, with its own exit, attached shopping mall, nice Agnes cafe down the block and many new eateries. Fitting and fixtures is completely what you would expect of a hyatt regency, above average. Great view of victoria harbour if you can get a high floor.

The room is pretty good but service is not. I ask for the yellow book of HongKong. They said they will send to my room. Ending up, nothing showed up. Bad service. If they do not have the yellow book, they just need to inform me but they did not need to lie to me. The slippers were used!

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were everywhere and eager to help. Room decent size and superb bathrooms.

beautiful and extremely clean room, very good service, conveniently located. The lobby looks a bit like an airport business lounge, impersonal, as well as the restaurant. But overall an excellent experience.

The location of this hotel was excellent, close to the subway and plenty of cafes, bars etc. All staff were really professional and the harbour view room we stayed in first class. Would recommend to anyone.

場所、コスト、サービスとどれをとっても高評価できます。フロントスタッフはとても親切で、部屋の無料UPグレードを申し出てくれました。（ベットが希望のタイプでなかったので利用しませんでしたが）私の香港の定宿となりそうです。

地下鉄　尖沙咀駅と直結しており、移動に地下鉄を多用する私にはとても便利でした。徒歩1分もあればネイザンロードにでられますし、隣接のＫ11ショッピングモールもスーパー、レストランなど使い勝手がよくとにかく利便性に優れています。部屋も清潔ですし、セキュリティーも行き届いていました。

ツイン２部屋予約し、クレジット支払も完了し、家族４人で現地に行きましたがフロントでは「シングルしか用意できない」と言われてツインにしてもらうのが大変でした。

ロビーから部屋に至るまで、どこをとってもスタイリッシュ。場所も言うことなし。スタッフの所作や動きも文句ありません。特に、寝る前にエアコンを切って寝ても、寝汗ひとつかかずに安眠できたのには、建物自体の断熱性能とベッドの快適さに翌朝、感嘆しました。 でも、なぜWiFiが有料…？ビジネスユースもしっかり意識してるのだから、そこは無料でいいのでは。 あとは、クローゼットをはじめ多くの扉がド派手な音をたてて閉まること。 他が非常に優れている分、この2点だけ気になっちゃいました。とは言え、次に香港に行く際は、こちらが滞在先の筆頭候補になることは間違いありません。

ツインベッドの部屋指定で予約できたのが理由で決めたのですが、チェックインの際にツインの部屋が空いてないと言われました。ツインで予約したので困る旨を伝えたら、そのままずっと立ったまままたされました。フロントの女性は目の前でパソコン画面を見たまま、こちらの立ちっぱなしなのは全く気に留めず。待ち飽きて腹がたったので勝手に近くのベンチで腰をかけました。そのまま延々と待たされたあげく、女性がやってきて、一言『ツインがとれました』。当たり前でしょと言いたかったのですが、疲れてたのでさっさと部屋へ行きました。 さんざん待たしたことのお侘びもなく、このホテルの格式とレベルがよくわかりました。二度と泊まることはないでしょう。

とにかく立地が素晴らしい。 周りのお店は夜中までどこでも空いていておもしろいし、駅にも直結しているので便利です。 部屋にたどり着くのに、エレベーターを2回乗り換えるのはちょっと面倒ですが、セキュリティーを考えればこの方がよいのかもしれません。 ちょっと内装が適当でした。（壁紙のようなものが取れました。） ですがお風呂は日本的で、シャワールームまで走って行かなくても湯船から出てすぐなので、そこはかなり気に入りました、 ただ、上層階がマンションになっているせいか、排水溝から若干臭いがしました。 しかし基本的にここは綺麗ですし、便利、お値段もお手頃で

地下鉄からのダイレクトアクセス、新しさ、グレードと満足度高い。プールも街の中心にありながら屋外であり楽しむことができる。同じビルのSC＝K11のレベル・使い勝手がよければなおよし。

Superbe hotel hyper bien placé (10 m de l'entrée du métro ligne principale). Juste 1 souci lors de notre départ le 06/08/2010: l'employé qui nous a remis nos bagages en consigne a été très désagréable, arrogant et irrespectueux, contrairement à ces 2 collègues (1 très jeune et un bien plus vieux). Sinon, superbe hotel avec buffets somptueux petit déjeuner […] et diner. Belle vue sur la baie. J'y retournerai. 詳情

新しいショッピングモールの上にできたホテルということで、開業当初から興味があったので宿泊してみました。 部屋はもちろん新しくて綺麗、 高層階からの眺めはさえぎるものが余りないので、 ハーバーまで見渡せて素敵でした。 場所は地下がMTR駅につながっており移動に便利、 K１１というショッピングモールが同じ建物にあり、建物を出ると、向いのほうにはこれまた新しいiSQUAREというショッピングモール。 香港観光やショッピングには最適なホテルと思います。

Excelente hubicacion en medio del distrito comercial, tiene un centro comercial adjunto con un supermercado con todo lo que pueda uno necesitar, excelentes habitaciones de buen tamaño y muy limpias, decoracion moderna y agradable. Muy buen precio por el servicio.
