Excellent stay - our second visit to this complex. Ocean view room was lovely and had a superb view to the beach, and a balcony for sitting in the sun as well. 1 bedroom apartment was well presented, clean and tidy, and nice and roomy too. Great amenities in the room with full kitchen and washing facilities too. Lovely pools (one heated and one outside) […] & friendly staff. Fantastic location, but allocation of a low level "B" room (twin access if required) had a very small balcony facing highway and would not be suitable for a holiday

We spent a weekend on the Gold Coast and decided to stay at Meriton so we could make our own breakfast. The hotel was in a great location just a few minutes walk away from The Oasis shopping center and from the restaurants. The beach was also just a short walk away. Great spot for Broadbeach, for food, beach, casino and easy pickups for tourist spots, driving to tourist spots if you have a car there is plenty of car parking at great rates. Or also everything is in walking distance. Studio rooms are great size with full fridge and small kitchen and best of all great beach views if you get beach side room.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom ocean view room for 2 nights. Staff were terrific, very friendly. Room was clean, and serviced. Great location, close to everything in Broadbeach/Oasis. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from. Only thing was the bathroom basin, was clogged, and would fill up everytime you washed your hands etc. Maintenance did come […] and try to fix, but unfortunately it did not work, we let reception know when we left. We stayed for one night and were very satisfied with the hotel. Location is excellent. We were given a room with a disabled friendly bathroom without being told so next time I would request a standard bathroom. But other than that the room was excellent (studio) and had everything we needed. Definately would stay again for longer

Nice room with ocean view. Close to casino, shopping fair and near restaraunts and beach. Room smelt a bit musty but opening the balcony door solved this after a while. However, bathroom continued to smell musty the whole time. Only down side was that when we asked for a late checkout we were told they could only give us an extra half hour and after […] that they would have to charge us extra. We booked 2 rooms for 2 couples on 22nd & 23rd floors with great views of the ocean and Broadbeach skyline. Rooms were clean with good quality furniture. It was great having a choice of 2 pools (indoor & outdoor). Very happy with our stay, great value for money.

Aircon ran strong and slow in the room during the night making it hard to sleep. We checked out early and requested the bill be emailed to us but this didn't happen and had to request it from the Hotel. Made two short international calls but the rates charged were exorbitant.

Always enjoy staying at the Meriton Broadbeach. Bobby on reception is extremely helpful and pleasant. The location is great for transport,beach,casino and shoppping. Highly recommend to others.

I was very impressed with the meriton we stayed in a studio apartment for a week, to be honest I got it for a good price so I thought it might not be to nice, the room was clean and modern the cleaning staff were very helpful and made it feel like a holiday, I would defiantly stay again and recommend it to ppl traveling up that way.

Despite the reviews the Meriton at Broadbeach recieved which I read before we stayed here... I must say we had a wonderful experience, our room was very clean and comfortable and it had everything we required, we had no delays at check in or check out and the staff were great - when we had to deal with them and even with 30 odd floors we did not experience […] any lengthy delays at the lifts. We were in the north tower and the noise from the air con whilst sitting on balcony is unbearable day after day Pool is in shade all afternoon from about 12.30pm

Good ocean view, parking facilities excellent and very convenient, comfy bed and well appointed kitchen. Great location and easy to find. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Did not drain well. Pools are modern and very nice to use.

Nothing was too much trouble when we asked for additional towels for swimming and more coffee. It turns that there were already extra towels in the room and more coffee as well, which we werent expecting so didnt look for them. Close to everything and a great place to stay! We will definatley be going back! The only negative feedback is that check in […] took a little while, especially arriving at 2pm when everyone else is checking in. A 30 Minute wait at check in at 3pm?? The room had a terrible view of the highway.. The WORST THING was the corridors and carpark HAVE NO AIRCON....it was very hot and uncomfortable.Room numbers should be more visible...A tv in the bedroom would have been good...Corridors had sensor lights kind of gloomy before they activate .Apart from that the bed […] was very comfortable the room very clean, recieption were very promt when i had a problem with the safe. upon check in we found room had not been cleaned properly floor very dirty , we had to get housekeeping to vaccum and mop ... furniture not wiped down after previous guest left quite disgusting..yuk!!!

If I may request you to consider the following: 1. at check in, there was a long queue. we know it was a long week end but to wait more than an hour was not acceptable. 2. a harrassment episode occured right in front of our eyes. a young man with a beer can in his hand touched a young woman's leg (asian) and when he was confronted by the woman, he swore […] many times (4 letter words). your hotel staff didnt do much. we felt that your hotel staff should have called the police.... this sort of behaviours should be punished ..... should never be allowed!regards. 詳情
