Good basic hotel room with a few extras. No frills but overall a good value for the money spent. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Clean and new. Breakfast buffet better than what we're used to seeing.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and consider it a pretty good value. The room was decent, and everything worked nicely. The flat screen TV had a generous supply of channels, including HD! The breakfast was a little more interesting than the typical free continental breakfast, with some nice biscuit sandwiches, and even quiche. The staff were friendly […] and attentive, the decor was pleasant, and for this price range and star rating, this is a pretty decent hotel. New facility. Friendly desk clerk and breakfast attendant. Very clean. A very comfortable stay.

The AC was not on when we entered the room and had to be reset, which took longer to get the room cooled. With the outside temps reaching near 100 degrees, we felt the air should have been on or at least set to keep the room at 80 or so. We were traveling with an infant and an elderly person and had made the reservation beforehand, so we felt the lack […] of planning on the hotel's part was rather neglectful. If you are a person who enjoys a good breakfast from the hotel, you might avoid this one since the one man who was working as the breakfast host couldn't keep up with the demand, so there were many breakfast items that weren't being served. They either need to put out more food to accomodate the guests or get this man some help to keep it coming. 詳情

The last time I had previously stayed in a Fairfield Inn & Suites was in 1999 in Ponca City, OK. I guess ten (10) years is enough time to see a marked improvement for this line of hotels. This hotel is about a year old and the decor is very modern and up-to-date, with a lot of bright colors. The room was clean and the white linen bedding was as you […] might expect in any of the high-end hotels. The hotel is set about 1/8 mile from the roadway and as such is fairly quiet. I was impressed by the catering to business travelers, that is, providing computer kiosks in the lobby. Overall, a lot of thought went into putting the hotel together. I believe the hotel is highly competitive with other similar price ranged hotels in the Bartlesville area and will be at the top of my list of hotels to consider for future lodging. 詳情

It was so quiet and enjoyable. We really enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely recommend it to others and will be back!

The pictures on the website did not do this brand new hotel justice. It was immuculate with friendly, warm and courteous staff memebers. The continental breakfast with the "do-it-yourself" waffles was a surprise, especially when we realized that you have staff member present to attend to our every need.
