地點方便，可步行至心齋橋，難波等地。房間雖小但清潔，作為休息暫住的地方十分不錯

200米以内就可以到心斋桥 500米内可以到心斋桥站 地理位置非常好 酒店服务还不错，房间偏小，但东西齐全，干净 做活动订的方，相对性价比就非常高了。

semi double bed is really small but suitable for two thin girls. Location is good and easy to access. A bit quiet at night but hv midnight restaurant around.

是個頗具規模的飯店 距離心齋橋雖然有點距離 不過倒是一個很方便購物和搭車的地方 住宿的時候房間很乾淨 附贈的早餐也很可口分為中式與西式兩樣 下次還會再去這間飯店住宿!!

物有所值的便利飯店,房間算大,但床有點小(120cm),若在促銷期間便值得下訂唷~

白天(中午或下午)的服務人員雖然有些會說中文但態度不好，倒寧願用英文溝通，晚上的就親切多了。第一天入住時毛巾似乎放了很久，皮膚都過敏了，第二天更換過後就不會了，深夜或一早都有整理房間造成很大的聲響，隔音不好(或是可以固定時間整理)。房間擺設不錯，但是門無法固定不太方便，電視訊號很差，很不清楚。

心齋橋出口，往 Tokyo Hands，轉彎就到了，交通算是便利。附近就是大阪熱鬧的地區，隨時有得逛街。房間跟東京的旅館比起來算大間的。不過，可能是節電的關係，空調不太冷。有特價的話，可以推薦，應該比去新今宮附近的低價旅館好太多

優點: 1.位置算便捷，離地下鐵出口約幾分鐘的路程。 2.斜對角有家ampm便利商店，方便採購民生商品。 3.清潔婦人細心，打掃得很乾淨，也能適時補充消耗品。 缺點: 1.床實在太小了，比單人床大些，兩個人睡有些擠。 2.飯店的服務人員很冷漠，我們住在該飯店八天七夜進出從不問好，相較於日本的其他家飯店進出會主動問好，顯示該旅館的服務人員在禮貌上有待加強。 3.飯店內部太陳舊了，真的該好好的整修一番

飯店的床有點小, 但是很乾淨, 空間整體上來說不至於到太窄! 離心齋橋&道頓堀很近, 可以一路逛回飯店呢!半夜肚子餓還有7-11或是有幾家燒烤店及拉麵店都開到凌晨5點, 所以不怕沒東西吃

飯店空調不是很好，非常的悶，床比一般飯店還小一點，除此之外一切都不錯，位置鬧中取靜，價格合理

飯店設備等都不錯,但美中不足的是我們預約時訂的是禁菸房,連住六日,但Check in的時候櫃台直接告知"已經沒有禁菸房幫我們直接換菸味比較淡的吸菸房" 我詢問,那之後幾天是否能換回禁菸房,櫃台表示"接下來幾天都沒有空的禁菸房" 我想這部分應該是飯店在訂房手續部分沒有做好,希望這樣的狀況未來不會再發生,因為就地點和價格期望來說,這間飯店還不錯(但可能空氣較不流通,連續幾天都有點頭痛)

飯店離心齋橋商店街步行3分鐘 旁邊有一家GAP對面就是 uniqlo 在心齋橋站跟長堀橋站中間 距離兩站都大約步行5分鐘的時間 房間雖然小 但是乾淨 設備有些老舊都還堪用 清潔人員每天都有細心檢查跟補充日用品 只是房間空調有些不足 空氣悶 需要打開窗戶 燈光太暗 網路有點慢 以價格而言 是一家想在心齋橋逛街為主的廉價飯店

促銷價格便宜,物超所值, 房間算是比較大,離心齋橋主要區域近,值得推薦 整體服務品質有水準

My friends and I had a great stay here. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location is great too. It's a minute away from Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade, Dontonbori street (great food places up and down the street), and Shinsaibashi Station.

Good enough to stay over night. Only internet system need to be improve. No wify in the room only in the lobby

This hotel is very convenient and near to shinsaibashi. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The room is clean and staffs are friendly. Overall is very good. We read that it was generally a hotel catering to business travelers and true enough there were quite a number of business travelers, events and conferences there. But it was a good stay all the same. We got a semi-double and the bed was comfortable. A little cramped in terms of space but not so cramped that you can't move about or open your bags. Staff […] spoke English well enough to understand us. We got by with broken Japanese as well. There's a convenience store right around the corner and Tokyu Hands is right there too. It's smack in the middle of two subway stations and a 5 minute walk to Shinsaibashisuji. Since it's slight off the main shopping street, the immediate neighbourhood is quieter, which is a good thing for us. All in all a wonderful stay at the special price we got it at. 詳情

quite but convenient location. room looks a little bit old but it is well maintained and clean. not enough wall outlets in the room, among laptop, battery chargers, table light, water boiler and hair dryer, you could only use two of them at the same time, which is quite annoying. Everything is good, only triple room is a little small. Anyway I have a good time in there. I really recommend this hotel.

It looks like an old office building both externally and internally. The lift is old and the lobby looks like it's a motel instead of a hotel. But the room is clean and good location.

As a family of 5 with 3 children, we found our stay at the Hearton Hotel Minamisenba to be a pleasant experience. In fact, we were so comfortable that we bought pillows from the hotel to take home. The hotel staff was most accommodating and helpful. The only misgiving we have is the lack of minor fixtures like microwave ovens and proper facilities […] for coin-operated washing machines. I am totally satisfied with my stay at Hearton Minamisenba. Super convenient to all the shopping and the Shinsaibaishi subway station is just outside the hotel and Namba station is about 15 min walk away. My family stayed 2 nights in this hotel. As expected, the semi double room is small and cramp but I booked the room at a very good rate so I have […] no complaints. I was surprised with the space I get for the twin room, very spacious and comes with a long sofa which can seat 3 people comfortably. It is worth paying a little more for the twin room. Good food can be found outside the hotel area by walking about 5-10 min to the Doutonbori, somewhere near a bridge and a crab sign restaurant. Walk and eat along the streets and experience the variety of food available. Overall, I am happy and satisfied and would recommend this hotel to friends and anyone who reads this review. 詳情

A stone throw from Minamisenba station. Less than 5 mins. The room was extremely small. No walking space once you open up your luggage. Toilet was super cramped too. No kettle, just a small mug for boiling water. Dun even consider if you are more than small build asian.

the hotel's location is good, close to the shopping area of Osaka, but the hotel rooms themselves needs major updates, it's so old.
