"coolum at the beach, poor reception"
I booked in and the lady at reception spent most of her time ensuring i was aware that they have no service for Christmas Day and that i was aware of how sensitive the fire alarms were. i was given just the one key and went on our way. the pools were the best part of the holiday. i then checked out and let the reception staff know about a few things […] that were wrong with the apartment when we checked in. the lady then said i should have notified them when i first got in. excuse me but i was on holiday, did not do the damage and felt i should inform them because i did not want to be charged for the damage. there was no paperwork on arrival in our room about reporting damage. i was made to feel like we had done the damage, which we certainly did not. if the staff were better and the room less like a dungeon i would consider staying again but i doubt it. 詳情Expedia 旅客真實的評價
