Location & Room are pefect but the water pressure is way too small that we don't enjoy showering at all. Front desk efficiency is loosing control, always take ages if we try to deal with somthing with them. I paid full amount in advance for a non-smoking room, but ended up only have smoking room for me without offering other solution. 一個晚上不低的房價，但顯然物無所值。因為房間連拖鞋都沒有，還要打電話要。浴室水太小，電視一開始還不能看，還要找人來修才可以看。另外阿，飯店的設計不人性化，因為我們住在走道最後面，但因為只有一個通道到電梯，所以進出都要走很遠，超不方便。

The accommodations were excellent and the atmosphere was stunning. The only thing was that my IPhone battery ran out and I forgot my charger and nobody (Security, concierge, bars, pool,) were able to charge my iPhone. The hostess at the Jorge Jeans steak house was able to help me out and charge my phone. I missed an important phone call regarding my […] business. Although because of the hostess at Jerome Jeans took the time to allow my phone to charge on her charger I was able to contact my missed call. In short maybe phone charger at the customer disposal should be considered. Just a thought other than that excellent spot. 詳情

Aria's rooms are super standard, nothing I would ever spend a high price to stay in again. I was over charged for everything. Refrigerator was an overcharge because the fee was $25 a night & it was only a small top microwave refrigerator. Was told I would receive 2 free breakfasts from a Resort restaurant only to find out it was a $40 credit to a breakfast […] that was $36 for 1. This was my first time Stay in Aria resort. I always stay at MGM Signature, and Venetian. I must say that it was disappointing. As paying for such a good rate at a hotel one would expect better quality products in the room and a coffee maker etc. It was not upto the mark and the room has dust all over when checked in. It was a very nice looking hotel. But, there were a lot of small issues. We were sent to an occupied room, the remote didn't work, they forgot to give us our hotel credit that came with the room, it took 45 minutes to check in with the long line, and parts of the room were dusty.

Zero complaints & 5 stars all the way for Aria! Would recommend this hotel to all my family & friends! If you want to stay at the best hotel on the strip then stay here!

The hotel staff were all so polite. The spa was the best I've ever been to. I accidentally left jewelry in the room after checkout. I called security, it had been turned in by the maid, I got it back and made it to the airport on time. I never thought I'd see the jewelry again!

We upgraded our room from deluxe, amazing separate living room, large spa tub, large shower, 2 bathrooms, extra fridge, very convenient for your gadgets, phones, iPad, camera hook up's. it was worth it I think although we did pay extra bc Billboard live award show was that weekend. Only one thing I did not like we went to Japanese restaurant way overpriced, […] all drinks $16 & up and they offered us water when bill came they charged us $9 for water which was $3.50 in walgreen's. best restaurant Lemongrass and now Julian Serrano. Javier's drinks good, Mexican food did not look appetizing for the price or what portions you normally get in Mexican restaurant - get tips from Loteria. Also why don't any of the margaritas have Chile lime salts for the rim of glass? Thought the drinks would have more of those options, AT Julian Serrano the bartender made one for me, she was great. We had a great time at the hotel...check in line was a tad long but everyone cheerful in line...Javier's was awesome, great jalapeño Margaritas, loved the wall art. I would say a bit over priced and the long walk to the pool was annoying. You had to go through a mall so dress appropriately. The staff were outstanding and I learned a little more about providing customer value back to my own job to give my customers a better customer experience.

The lighting was dark and the atmosphere a little cold. The food at the restaurants -- Todd English, Julian Serrano, American Fish & the buffet -- was delicious but the service came up short. We had very long waits for our food & check. The pool was nothing special. The toiletries were never refreshed; we ran out of body wash the last day. And the room […] layout was lacking in attention to detail, i.e.no outlets near the only mirror outside the bathroom, 2 of the phones didn't work, and there was no counter space in the bathroom. Aria was such a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed most of the amenities. The bed was a little uncomfortable because there was a feather bed and the middle of the king bed was kind of a big lump. The Aria is beautiful, but WAY over priced. Room service was so expensive. The mini bar was $3 for a bottle of water and $3 for a Snickers. The food at The Buffet was way over priced and didn't taste good at all.

I called the Aria Hotel directly the day before our arrival to add my friend's name to the reservation. She was driving from Phoenix and I wasn't sure which of us would arrive first. As it turned out, I got there first and was told I could not check in because my name wasn't on the reservation. our 8th visit to Vegas, first stay at Aria...best experience in our life. Each employee is so well trained and friendly...we've stayed at the top places each time but never have received such "warmth" and "cheerfulness" as we did at Aria...this was going to be our last trip there...but now we can hardly wait to return next year (it's also the first […] time we've lost so much money) however, we don't regret it....We love the fact that the C.C. is tucked away from the "trashy element of the Strip".... I wish I would have taken the names of the special people, the dealer at Black Jack, the waitress who took the time to find my husband as he had moved...the security gent who always asked for id (I'm over 60) the lady cleaning the restroom who showed me which areas she had just cleaned ..Everything added up to our desire to return..and we will be passing this to our friends . 詳情
