I can't imagine staying anywhere else on Boracay. It's just way too crowded at the beaches near the main part of town (near D'Mall area). Loved the private speed boat transfer between the airport directly to/from the hotel. Loved the private beach (way cleaner and better than the busy beach area near town). Loved our ocean view room. Pros: The Boracay Shangr-la is a very lovely, well maintained resort. The employees are very friendly, helpful, and eager to please. The Chi spa on site was terrific- we chose the 3 day experience and loved it. Breakfast was included in our room package and the buffet was very nice with a wide variety of food to chose from. Cons: Long travel to hotel […] from Kalibo airport. My mistake. Choose Caticlan if you can. After trip from Hong Kong to Manila, to Kalibo, to jet boat that takes us to hotel, it took all day. There were delays on all the flights. Used Philippine Airlines. From Kalibo airport to jet boat is a two hour van ride. The Italian restaurant on site made my husband violently ill, and he never gets sick. We'd not been anywhere else besides the resort and this occurred on the 2nd day of our visit so we are fairly certain the restaurant was to blame or I wouldn't write it. There was a nurse on staff and she did the best she could. The manager did bring a get well tray with soup, gatorade, etc but we still lost an entire day to what we believe was food poisoning. ok.... I don't write a lot of reviews.. but there is NO WAY I could avoid this one. There is an old saying "you get what you pay for". This resort is not cheap, but let me tell you, I left with the most incredible feeling of satisfaction that we got our money's worth. The level of quality and service at this place was outstanding.

Service is excellent at this 2 year old resort. Staff is well trained and greet you often times by name. The shuttle service to White Beach is very convenient. Spa is exactly what you would expect at a 5-Star hotel. Diving is amazing! Overall quality of food at the restaurants could be improved.

島内一の人気エリア”ホワイトビーチ”からは少し離れているので、ホテルの無料シャトルバスを利用することになりますが、ビーチの綺麗さはピカイチ。ここ３年ほど春になるとホワイトビーチはアオコで水が緑になります。ホワイトサンドとクリアウォーターを期待してボラカイ島に来るとがっかりします。あまりのアオコの多さに気持ちが悪くて海で遊ぶ気持ちにはなれません。でもシャングリラ周辺はアオコとは無縁で、まさにクリアウォーター。ホテルの送迎サービスもとても親切でたった２０分ほどでカティクラン空港に到着です。空港ではホテルスタッフがチェックインのサポートをしてくれますし、また空港内にホテル専用のラウンジもあります。レストランはホテル内に数ヶ所ありますが、終日利用できるレストランは、朝食は最高ですが、ディナーに利用す […] るのは、お奨めできません。ホテルスタッフが朝食サービスを始めるので、食べている最中もカトラリーをセットする騒音がうるさく、またオーダーしたメニューもまとめて全部出すと言う高級ホテルではあるまじきサービス。恐らく、さっさとテーブルを片付けたいと思うからでしょうが、これはシャングリラとしては最低のサービス。オードブルからメインまで一気にテーブルに並べるなど、他のホテルではありえません。来年も行こうと思っていますが、レストランのサービスはあまりにも酷い。値段が同じ程度なら、ホワイトビーチのホテルレストランの方が絶対にお奨めです。ディナーのサービスを除けば、パーフェクトだっただけにとても残念です。 詳情

今回は前日予約ということもありチェックインに30分ほどかかりました。最初にバウチャーは？と聞かれ、無いと言うと予約の確認が取れないと。結局、PCのメール画面を見せやっとのことでチェックイン。やはりバウチャーは予約時発行いただいた方がいいかも？　でも2回目のシャングリラボラカイ、何をとっても文句の付けようがない。特に朝食のレスポンスの高さは他を圧倒します。少し無理をしてもやはりシャングリラを選んでしまいますね。

とても、贅沢なホテルです。すごく敷地が広いですが、あらゆる所に電話が有り、スタッフがカートで、すぐに迎えに来てくれます。アメニュティーもロクシタンで大満足♪ただ、ホワイトビーチ（Ｄ－ＭＡＬＬＬ）までは、歩いていけず、1時間に1本のシャトルバスにて移動しなければなりません。

Dieses Hotel erfüllt alle Wünsche, die man hier erwartet. Neben dem erstklassigen Shangri La Standard ist hier ganz besonders auch das landestypisch warmherzige und freudliche, aber auch sehr gut ausgebildete Hotelpersonal zu erwähnen. Da wir wieder - wir waren nicht zum ersten, aber bestimmt auch nicht zum letzten Mal in diesem Hotel - mit unseren […] beiden kleinen Kindern hier waren, müssen wir als erstes nätürlich den phantastischen und unübertroffenen Kids Club benennen, aber auch gleich gefolgt von den tollen Pools. Die Verpflegung ist ebenso phantastisch. Das Frühstück lässt keine weiteren Wünsche offen und die Buffets sind toll und preis- gerecht. Die Auswahl, besonders auch an Salaten ist sehr gut. Das italienische Restaurant finden wir etwas zu hochgestochen. Der einzigste Nachteil ist die etwas abseits gelegene Lage der Hotelanlage. Der Hotel Shuttle findet zwar in kurzen Abständen statt, lässt aber kaum spontane Aktivitäten zu. Wir haben uns immer von dem Shuttle am Anfang des White Beach absetzten lassen (Fridays oder Discovery Hotel) und sind dann zu Fuss zur d-Mall am Strand entlang marschiert, haben die abendlichen Aktivitäten Feutertänzer, Hard Rock etc. genossen und sind dann von der d-Mall mit dem Shuttle zurückgefahren. Tagsüber haben wir uns am White Beach ein Schnorchelboot gemietet und nach dem Ausflug in die Korallenwelt von diesem im Hotel absetzten lassen. Beim nächsten Schnorchalausflug haben wir uns dann gleich von diesem im Hotel abholen lassen. Allses in allem war unser Urlaub auf Boracay und speziell im Shangri La Hotel ein wahrer Genuss und Erholung pur. 詳情

８月末に１泊しました。d-mallからは少し離れているものの、無料のシャトルバスで１０分ほど、トライシクルでもふたりで２００ペソ程度で、耐えられない距離ではなかったです。 敷地内は手入れが行き届いていて気持ちよく、散歩しているわたしたちにも必ず笑顔で挨拶してくれて、すがすがしい気分になりました。コンシェルジュにいろいろお願いすることも多かったですが、親切に対応してくれます。 部屋はもちろんきれいに整っており、お湯も出ますし、シャワーの水圧もよかったです。 雨季のため、雨が多かったですが、建物内にジムやエンターテイメントセンターがあり、雨の日にも退屈しません。乾季にまた来たいな、というホテルでした。

Dvs. ta tricycle til havna, båt til boracay og tricycle igjen til hotellet. Vi bodde da på ambassador in paradise, som ikke ligger på hotels.com. Jeg må si at dette var en av de bedre stedene på white beach. Og ja, white beach er helt fantastisk. Shangri la har shuttle som kjører hver halvtime til og fra hotellet. Ik kan niet anders zeggen dat dit een fantastische ervaring was met dit hotel. Ik werd keurig opgehaald van het vliegveld met een busje en daarna naar een speedboot gebracht omvervolgens naar het Hotel gebracht te worden.
