"Nice Hotel. Expensive. Not International"
Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年01月29日留下評價Nice, clean, well decorated Hotel. However staff do not speak good english. I had big trouble in checking in as they refused to give me the 'TWO BEDROOMS' suite which i have booked and clearly stated on the booking confirmation. I was told the price I was paying was only for ' TWO BEDS'. That wasted me 2 hours and i couldn't get my room until my lawyer calling the hotel manager. As a frequet traveller, I could say that the guest relations of this hotel is not meeting the international standard while the price is certainly a 5 star price. Anyhow, the hotel is nice with a well equipped open kitchen in each room. Friendly staff and a safe neighbourhood. Nice restaurants are within walking distance. Shopping malls are within 10 mins drive.

"You get what you pay for... Ok place to stay"
The hotel boasts 'fully equipped kitchen' which included a few pans, minimal utensils and cutlery etc... not in any way fully equipped, not even able to make tea or coffee in the room... unless you buy all the necessary stuff yourself! 'Free wifi' in the rooms is hit and miss, I had to get the floor router restarted to gain access on my first day, and […] it wasn't reliable so I pretty much gave up after that and just accessed when signal was strong enough! One huge surprise was that I wasn't able to print my airline online check in details in the hotel anywhere.... when I asked if someone at the hotel could do it for me I was told 'no, that website is blocked, check in at the airport' by the female receptionist ( i cant believe that an airline website would be blocked in a hotel), who was surly and unhelpful. Having said that the male receptionists were much more helpful, and one suggested where I could go to find an internet cafe, which is what I did eventually. THANK YOU BRUNO! Having said all this, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel felt safe, no visitors are allowed in unannounced. Room cleaning tended to be very late afternoon, usually the time when I was returning to the room to nap or eat, so a couple of days there was no room cleaning as a result.. "Can do better."
We booked 2 rooms 2 months ahead of our stay but when we arrived there was confusion about what we had booked. we ended up on different floors and one room was a smokers room despite requesting non smoking. Escolhi esse hotel por pertencer à rede Mercure, onde já fiquei hospedado em vários países. Os funcionários foram muito gentis e prestativos. Entretanto o hotel está em péssimo estado. Quase perfeito se não fosse tão caro, então para quem isso não problema achei muito bom, em outro aspecto é muito conveniente o que eles oferecem no quarto pois tem uma pequena cozinha a qual você pode preparar seu próprio cafe.
