I stayed with my boyfriend during springbreak. My room was perfect, perfect location. It was clean, the ac was working fine, the restroom was big, loved it. I am definitely going to book again for next spring break.

I did not enjoy my stay because the hotel was supposed to have a heated pool and it was never heated. I did not have access to the Internet in my room and I was offered a Denny's voucher to make up for no Internet access but never received it.

Overall, I liked the look and feel of the hotel. it was clean and the staff were very accommodating. Only a few minor criticisms. Parking was somewhat limited. they have an additional floor of parking but it was roped it off because it was the off season. one of the knobs on the A/C unit was missing. we couldn't use the fridge because the knob was missing. […] After booking for 2 nights, we ended up extending our stay another 2 nights. I was expecting so much more from this small mall converted to hotel. The location, cost, and the actual room was excellent. The problem is that the hotel felt like it was abandoned. The air conditioning was off in all areas of the hotel except the actual hotel rooms. No music. No staff other than front desk. There was graffiti on the elevator walls. […] There was no place to order food or drinks within the hotel even though there was announcements of a restaurant and club. The place was too quiet. This hotel is pretty nice and nicely situated. Not on the beach, but close to restaurants and could walk there at night. Room is very spacious and nicely decorated. Everything seemed clean except for the carpet. It's very dirty and needs to be cleaned. Hotel is outdated, not close to beach, exercise room is not kept up with. Depending on price you might opt for a newer hotel if not pricey. Good for family with many children, has pool.

The rooms here are huge. This hotel might have been a office building at one time but now the awkward hallways lead to rooms that comfortably accommodate larger groups. The bathroom could use updating and it would be nice if it had a tub for the kiddies but all in all, great value on the island.

They need to separate the booking process for the sunchase hotels!!! We thought we were booking the 'nicer' version. Nope! It was really outdated, the service was poor, the lobby upstairs was sauna like, and most of all... NO BEACH ACCESS!!! We, my family of 3 kids two of which are under 3, had to climb fences and illegally pass through other hotel […] accesses just to get to the beach!!! We didn't get to check in till 6:30 because our room wasn't ready and once we did get to check in we didn't have clean towels, toilet paper, and other basic hotel needs! The Hotel staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. But, there were some things I would correct in our room. Too much light coming in through window - no blackout curtain only shade and light from adjacent hotel lights shined through. There was no wastebasket in the room only in the bathroom, so had to throw my orange peel and apple core […] in bathroom wastebasket. We had a handicapped room, but the bathroom did not have any safety handle bars in the shower or around the toilet. Also water from the shower would spill out onto the floor making it very slippery. The pool area was small and in front of the hotel facing the street not very pleasant. I was most disappointed in that the closest beach access is two blocks away! 詳情

The only complaint I have is of the bathroom. The floors were sticky & dirty, as if they hadn't been mopped. The showerhead didn't work properly, it needed to be replaced. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds & pillows were very comfortable.

When we check in they were still working on the a/c ,we didnt have enough water pressure in the shower head,they changed the shower head and then they said it was the city that had low pressure,but we knew it wasnt true because there was plenty of pressure in the kitchen sink and the restroom vanity.

Clean and affordable. No view of the water but short distance from the Beach. Suite very spacious and well equipped with microwave and fridge. Good for a few kids.

We were very happy with the quality of the room, the cleanliness and the location. We were able to walk to all the surrounding areas. Swimming pool was excellent and having a garage to park in was great. We do plan on revisiting this hotel.

I was not given the room type that I reserved on Hotels.com. I had booked a King with a sofa bed and got a small room. The room wasn't ready in the afternoon so I went to the beach and didn't return until after dark. I was tired and assumed the error had been on my part not theres - but my invoice from Hotels.com confirmed that it was not my fault. […] While the room had a fridge, it did not have a microwave and the TV did not have a remote. The maintenance staff was able to bring them up quickly. I found hair in the shower which led me to wonder how clean the room really was. My room had an adjoining room. At 11:30pm my neighbors arrived and I could hear their conversation through the wall. I put in ear plugs and turned on the fan, thinking they would settle in quickly, but they didn't. Not wanting to fully wake up, I didn't get out of bed to bang on their door. Unfortunately the noise kept me up for an hour. 詳情

We had expected a bay view but just a view of its back side. It was at least 5:p.m. before this room was clean although we were gone most of the day. So that was poor in our view. However, overall, the room was satisfactory.

The room was very clean and smelled good. The bed was very comfortable. One note in particular: The manager deserves kudos for helping out since I somehow booked two reservations by accident. The manager helped me get a refund even though hotel policy stated no refunds for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. Highly recommended.

Although there were flyers advertising coffee, restaurant and bar, the hours were minimal. The beds were really comfortable, and the staff very accommodating. Although it does appear as though the ownership is sarting to spend a few dollars to renovate it; this hotel has seen better days. That said, the hotel does have potential . . . if fullt renovated. con: the worst water pressure of any hotel I have stayed in. pro: the most comfortable bed of any hotel I have stayed in.

Check in was at 3pm, I arrived a 3:30pm room was not ready. Wait was going to be approx 45min, left came back an hour later and room still was not ready. Once they found a room they gave us a key, we entered in to a room that was alread occupied (very scary). We did not get a room until 7pm. I originally booked this hotel because of the last minute price. The hotel is located near the entrance to island, very convenient. The front desk people were very nice and courteous. The problems started when we got to the room. The first room they gave us had not been cleaned after the last guests had left. It was a mistake on there part, but before […] we could make it to the lobby the front desk lady greeted us and was already fixing the problem. We changed rooms to a larger one bed room suite. The room was clean. The whole seemed like more expensive hotel. The only problem that we had with the room was there was no hot water. The bed was comfortable although the pillows were not to my taste but it still felt high quality. there was a TV in the living room and the bedroom both flat screens. This hotel has no breakfast, wi-Fi in LOBBY ONLY. Expedia says all rooms have wi-Fi but that is not true. Both my bf and I had a reaction to the water in the hotel from the shower. Sunchase admitted they put chemicals in the water that clog the shower so pressure is weak. Our room smelled like dead lillies. All the vending machines were out of drinks. […] Parking is awful. Definitely won't be staying here again. They try to cover up probls by making the room look modern. Too many internal problems. I am still trying to get my problem fixed with Expedia too. Definitely will not be booking with Expedia again. Customer service for the hotel and Expedia were horrible. Still waiting for a response on what they can do for me . It's been over 72 hours now. 詳情
