Close to Roma Termini Station, more like a apart-styled hotel bit old, room was spacious, breakfast was simple, friendly hotel host with a son, very near to major sites, best is to get subway pass, eating places everywhere

So instead of calmly saying "this is a small business and for credit card processing we use Paypal, but for US credit cards it requires extra details like an address. I have your credit card number from hotels.com but if you could let me know you address I can process you payment" the manager came to us, agitated, shouting in broken English and Italian, […] and saying things like I haven't paid and I cannot stay here (unprovoked btw). Things weren't helped by the fact that Hotels.com had confirmed that this was prepaid and taken care of. It was sorted in the end, but the back and forth and the wasted morning could have been avoided. Rooms are ample, minimalistic in design, and pretty clean. Location is very convenient (3 minutes from the train station). Breakfast was included, but it left a lot to be desired; toast bread but no toaster, cereal but no jar of milk, and coffee, while good, would take 10 minutes to get made. Don't try calling the hotel, that never worked for me, instead email them to their gmail account. Their wifi is decent. Overall though fantastic value and would recommend it 100% if it wasn't for the unnecessary alteration by the manager, which really soured the rest of the stay for me. 詳情

The room was fine , arir conditioning didn't worka nd was very noisy . Street outside was very noisy , impossible to sleep. When we arrived for breakfast we had nowhere to sit and had to hav breakfast in our room! Only redeeming feature was that the lady who runs the b&B recomended us a very nice restaurant.

The breakfast was nice and enough for me. The rooms were clean and air-conditioned with minimal decoration, which was not an issue and besides we were not rarely in our room. The owner was very nice, but some directions she gave turned out to be wrong. I would recommend this place to stay if you want an inexpensive but clean place to stay in Rome.

A lovely clean hotel in a very central location. It takes under 10 minutes to walk to the Colosseum and from there, all the other sights are also very close. Breakfast was a lovely continental selection. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The owner, Marta, was very helpful and kind. Our room and bathroom was very clean - which is most important to me. We didn't spend a whole lot of time in our room - mainly just to sleep - and this was perfect for us. It isn't anything fancy, but since we didn't spend any time in our room - this didn't matter to us. The location was also a plus! We did […] take the metro to vatican city - but walked back later that day. It is about a 5 minute walk to Rome Termini - which was very convenient since we did other traveling in Italy. Great spot in Rome. Close to a lot of what you want to see and what you need in shopping and traveling. Personal atmosphere, calm and silent. Great breakfast nicely served! Clean room and towels etc, but the standard in shower and doors/some interior could be much better.

We staid in this hotel for 3 nights and I'd say we had a really good experience. Marta, the host, was very nice to us, she gave us a map when we first got there and explained how to get to everywhere, and what places we must see, I'm not sure how good her English was, though she was able to explain everything in Spanish, my native language. The location […] of the Hotel was great, we didn't need to take any sort of public transportation, we walked everywhere, to the Vatican I'd say it's about 40 min to an hour, but you get to see lots of things on the way there, such as the Coliseum, ruins, etc. I think the breakfast let the hotel down a bit, there wasn't anything great about it, it was just eatable. And although the Hotel has wireless internet access, we weren't able to reach it from our room nor from the breakfast area. We were only able to reach it raising the iPad up to the ceiling in our bathroom. At the moment of our stay they had an art exhibition in the hotel, which made the place look even more contemporaneous. L'accueil est sympathique, Martha nous a réservé au dernier moment une chambre pour 4 alors que ce n'était pas prévu avec un supplément vraiment raisonnable. Hôtesse très souriante. 5 chambres chez l'habitant ce n'est pas un hôtel cela surprend mais c'est très sympathique. Les chambres donnent toutes sur la rue et malgré des fenêtres neuves le bruit […] de l'extérieur est vraiment un fort handicap. Il n'y a pas de chambres calmes malgré ce que nous a dit hotels.com lors de la réservation. Le wifi est difficile à recevoir dans les chambres. Le petit déjeuner est un peu juste mais cela suffit quand même. Les chambres propres pourraient nécessiter un bon coup de peinture et des petites réparations. Une bonne adresse à coté de la gare centrale à conseiller malgré le bruit. Tarif direct peut être un peu cher pour un couple. 詳情

Het was een prima locatie wat betreft de ligging tov het station. Onze kamer was groot genoeg en een fijne aparte badkamer met raam. De BB zit aan een ongelooflijke drukke straat. Ondanks de dubbele beglazing en dubbele luiken (binnen en buiten) was het lawaai niet te harden. Oordopjes heb je zeker nodig, maar toch.. Martha (de eigenaresse) maakte het […] helemaal goed. Que estuviera ubicado cerca de Termini era lo que nos hizo escoger éste B&B. La relación calidad-precio no te hacia esperar un hotel de 5*, así que leyendo los comentarios anteriores me hice una idea de cómo seria. A simpática proprietária brasileira é bastante prestativa e deixa o hóspede bastante à vontade. Boa localização, pois está a alguns minutos da estação Termini, o que permite fácil deslocamento para outros pontos da cidade.

Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicacion. Esta 5 cuadras de la estacion de trenes mas importante y desde esa misma estacion salen buses muy economicos al aeropuerto. La habitacion conto con wifi libre pero no tenia aire acondicionado (hay instalado un ventilador). El baño muy amplio pero la ducha un tanto pequeña. El desayuno es basico, panes, mermelada, […] yogurt y alguna fruta. La atencion podria haber sido mejor. 詳情

Marta la dueña muy amable, servicial, habla muy bien el italiano y el portugues, bastante español y algo de ingles. Te ayuda con recomendaciones de paseos o lugar para comer. Te sentis como en tu casa, buen desayuno, lo basico pero muy bien. Las habitaciones amplias, sin mucho mobiliario pero comodas, segun lei algo dificil de encontrar en roma, me […] parecio excelente por el precio, te dan la llave y la libertad de sentirte como en casa, es un negocio familiar mas que un hotel en si, si vuelvo a Roma seguro me alojo alli nuevamente! tiene aire, una comoda ducha y tele, mas no se puede pedir para ir solo a dormir, el resto del tiempo en Roma te la pasas caminado 詳情

O hotel é simples, limpo, bom preço, café da manhã simples e ótima localização, bem no centro histórico de roma, conseguimos fazer todos os nossos passeios a pé. A Marta que é a dona do hotel é brasileira, logo, brasileiros, podem chegar falando Português! Caso um dia retornemos à Roma, hospedaremo-nos lá novamente.

Die Gastfamilie schein ein Faible fuer "weiss" zu haben - alles ist dort weiss und sieht recht schoen aus. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Gastfamilie ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Trotz Nähe zum Bahnhof nicht heruntergekommen und ich habe mich als alleinreisende Frau nicht unsicher gefuehlt.

B&B esta muy bien situado,a 10 minutos andando el colisseo, a 5 minutos de termini pero a la vez separado de la estacion, es basico y limpio,el desayuno esta bien tostadas , cafe, galletas, zumo, yogures y fruta, es recomendable para pasar unos dias en Roma,

La chambre était charmante avec ses plafonds hauts. Seul bémol ...le bruit...prévoyez des boules quies pour passer une bonne nuit...ma c'è Roma ! La maitresse de maison est super sympa.
