Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年02月21日留下評價大得叫我驚訝！有廚房讓我們可以烧下住家菜，有搖搖椅玩下，又有飯廳談天。根本就是一間屋！位置好得不得了。職員極幫忙又友善！不過正門口很細，要行樓梯。brilliant hotel. excellent location. amazingly large room with kitchen, dining room, well designed roman style sleeping room, enough to accomodate my 4 family members with spacious playing area. super helpful and friendly staff. strongly recommend for travellers to Roman.

Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年02月18日留下評價It's quite difficult to locate the hotel even with the help of GPS, moreover there is no prominent hotel sign during the night time, therefore making it more difficult to find the hotel for first time arrival during night time. The hotel restaurant only serve breakfast but not dinner, so we had to drive for another 10 minutes or walk down the slope for five minutes for dinner as suggested by the very helpful hotel staff and which proved worthwhile cos dinner served in those two restaurants were really delicious.

The room was really nice.There was no phone to use so had to go to a local cafe. Getting into the hotel was impossible, there is no reception and its in a building within other businesses/companies. No one knew where the Surprising In was and took over half an hour to get into the room. It was a surprise that I do not want to have again!Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價

"Un bon plan avec un très bon rapport qualité prix!"
Pour comprendre comment cela se présente : en fait c'est un grand appartement. Je ne sais pas comment sont les autres piaules de cet appart, mais la notre était composé d'une grande chambre qui comportait une cuisine avec un SdB attenante et privative, le tout un peu foutrac, un peu brocante, bcp de charme.... Il est situé dans un bel immeuble ancien […] avec toutes les commodités (ascenseur, supérette, bar, restau) dans un quartier très central. Tout petit bémol, malgré un double vitrage très performant et le fait que l'appart soit au 4ème, la rue est très passante et bruyante. Donc pour dormir, si comme nous vous avez l'habitude du calme, c'est bouchons d'oreille. Mais c'est vraiment vivable. La personne qui nous a accueilli et qui s'occupe de l'entretien des piaules est très sympa et prête à rendre service. Wifi gratuit. Bref, un bon plan, très bon rapport qualité/prix. Skønt B&B hvor værelserne var nyistandsatte med alt hvad man behøver for en storby-ferie. Fine badeværelser. God rengøring og skift af håndklæder hver anden dag. Fantastisk beliggenhed hvor man kan nå det meste af attraktionerne i rimelig gå-afstand. "Surprising In Rome - Super beliggenhed"
Surprising in Rome ligger super centralt med gå afstand til Piazza Navona og vatikanet. Hvis man er frisk kan man sagtens gå det centrale Rom rundt. Vi havde problemer med at få kontakt til personalet under opholdet, bl.a. om bekræftelse på shuttleservice til lufthavnen og opbevaring af bagage på afrejsedagen. Vi havde fået et væld af telefonnumre og […] mailadresser, men fik intet respons. Til sidst lykkedes det dog og alt kom i den skønneste orden. Der var dækket fint op i køkkenet hver morgen og vi tilberedte selv mad fra køleskabet - æg, yoghurt, smør, ost - så bunden var lagt til en god dag. Badeværelser havde vi for os selv og det fungerede fint. Anden morgen havde vi intet varmt vand, men en eller anden fra personalet kunne se at vandvarmeren var gået ud og på 5 minutter havde vi varmt vand igen. Vi havde inden afrejse læst os til brok over støj fra gaden, men når man bor i København sover man nemt fra det og vi havde ingen gener. Ellers var der ørepropper på værelset. Der var trådløst net, som vi kunne gå på i køkkenet. Alt ialt fint sted fraset den lidt besværlige kontakt til personalet. 詳情Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價

"gentili ma non si dorme"
sicuramente un ottima posizione e molto gentili, ma le finestre non hanno alcun isolaqmento acustico,e visto che danno su corso vittorio emanuele, sembrava di avere autobus e auto che correvano nella stanza...non è un caso che all'interno della stanza ci fossero le confezioni con i tappi per le orecchie. preciso che non ho il sonno leggero,dormo anche […] in piedi e quella notte ho dormito al max 2 ore!!! 詳情Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價
