this hotel was terrible. i caould have found a much better hotel and it would've been cheaper. they only serve tomatoes and olives for breakfast.the location is so far from the tram station.and it's TINY.

Sleazy man that crosses so many professional boundaries its not even funny. Rude women who refuses to clean a plate for you to eat breakfast as she is busy eating herself. Our room looked nothing like the photos and we had to contend with the staff drinking downstairs, people clomping up the stairs and a shower that didn't know what temperature we asked […] of it. The room had one window which opened upon a wall. The hotel had a roof terrace which was unusable, breakfast was offered at the ground restaurant. Breakfast was standard without possibility of choise. No security exits. Ok the location very close to all attractions of the old city.

Hotelet är ligger i hjärtat av Istanbull och nära de flesta och viktigaste ställen och kommunikation. Mycket vänlig personel som pratar engelska. De är mycket hjälpsamma. Rummet rengörs varje dag. Bra frukost. Trålös internet som fungerar för det mesta. Rummet är bekvämt. I recommand the hotel.

Ich kann hier nur sagen, dass man hier nicht über einen Hotel sprechen muss, sondern über irgendwas anders, ..keine Reception, keine richtige Treppe, kein Aufzug, die Klimanalge funktioniert nicht gut , die Service sind sehr schlecht. Es gibt insgesamt keinen Grund um diese Ding Hotel zu nennen. Ich habe die Reservierung als 3 Sterne Hotel gemacht, […] der Hoteldirktor hat mir selber gesagt, dass der Hotel keine Sterne hat, sondern nur die Zimmer ?? Boede der 5 nætter juli 2011. Værelserne ok - måtte bytte det ene pga defekt toilet. Tagterrassen uegnet til morgenmad pga manglende skygge. Prøvede ej aftenmad deroppe, men virkede ikke så hyggelig. En del busser oa trafik tæt forbi fortovsrestaurant under morgenmaden. God pris ift beliggenheden som var rigtig god.

Tagterrassen har en pragtfuld udsigt ud over vand og til Den blå Moske. Værelset var lille, men lyst og rent. Der er hårtørrer - og et køleskab, der ikke rigtig køler (men vi klagede ikke). Vi havde først fået et værelse, der var mørkt, og hvor der intet vindue var ud til fri luft, men da vi klagede, fik vi straks et andet værelse. Sunrise hotel should be punished. When I arrived at Istanbul thinking that I reserved a hotel which I didthrough hot els.com, the employee of the hotel showed me my resevation but told me that he doubled booked me leaving me on the street on wednesday 1st june, which was the beginning of a long holiday wk end. Its neibouring hotel Artefes hotel was […] kind to give us accomodation for two nightsbut on friday we had to look for another hotel.Artefes hotel was really great and i recommend it to everyone but since it was booked from friday onwards I had to look for another hotel for the last days. Thiswas terrible since I thought that I had organised my accomodating to save my mother from all these worries.All the hotels in istanbul were packed during the wk end and I spent 5 hours looking for a place to sleep. Don't reserve sunrise hotel if you depend on it to keep a room for you! I was very dissapointed and no one took the responsability to look for another hotel for us!!! 詳情

This is without questions one of the worst hotels I have ever seen. It all looks good on the website but the standard rooms are incredibly dirty damp and very unappeling the hotel is by a 15 year old boy most of the time.
