"The place is really good"

The only thing I don't like is no independent bathroom for my room and made me a little bit inconvenient for sharing bathroom.

Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年01月05日留下評價Nice hotel and good location. A bit disappointed as we need to pay 12 Euro for 1 day WI-FI. When we booked the room via hotels.com it is saying free WI-FI. We found out the next day at the lobby WI-FI is free. They should tell us when we asked why they charge 12 Euro for WI-FI. Also, the minibar is not free anymore. The reception said it is no longer free since Dec/1. Why they didnot update the information? even the hotel book inside our room said it is free.

"Very nice hotel"
We needed a place to stay overnight prior to flying out of Madrid the next day. This hotel was nice and met the billing. Staff were tremendous, answering any questions we had and even allowing us to have breakfast early as we had to leave for the airport. "No tiene Calefaccion"
La habitacion grande y el Aire caliente no funcionaba .... con 2ºC en la calle la habitacion estaba helada y menos mal que en el Hotel lo sabian y tenian 5 mantas en el armario. El Restaurante Italiano que hay debajo es barato y la comida acorde con el precio. Una de las cosas buenas es que puedes aparcar en la puerta. Gute Lage des Hotels in ruhigem Wohnviertel, nur wenige Kilometer bis zum Flughafen, Metrostation in 500 m Entfernung. Sauber, wenn auch ein bisschen renovierungsbedürftig; Komfort ist trotzdem gegeben. Internetanschluss / Wifi vorhanden, hoteleigene PC-Ausstattung ist aber eher dürftig.
