"Misleading Internet Webpage"
I arrived to this hotel after a long flight from Australia via Paris. On arrival i was told i could not check in till 2pm, which i was prepared for. On return i was checked in to the room. NOTE room not apartment room which i s what i was led to believe by the ad on the internet page. Madame Aced proceeded to take outside the hotel to rooms which […] were NOT in the apartment as suggested on the internet booking page!!! Thankfully Madame Aced spoke english however after advising her that i did not book an outside room she became agitated, rude and downright unprofessional. She is one of the owners!!!!! She all of a sudden could not speak/comprehend english and became obtrusive, defensive and ++++++ unreasonable. As a customer i asked her to but herself in my place after the long haul flight, only to find out that i would be staying outside in what appeared to be a "cabin". I insisted i see the room and once i saw it i decided that i could not stay there. She escalated her behaviour and became even more agitated. Once back inside she proceeded to speak to the her staff about me in front of her and upgraded me to an apartment UNDER THE PROVISO that i NEVER stay their again!!!!!! She also advised that if i wanted to i could go to the Radisson next door " that has stars" she stated! She became extremely sarcastic and started speaking to me via the night staff. Unbeknownst to her i understood everything! After the ordeal of checking in i was somewhat agitated myself, NEVER EVER having experienced that level of appalling customer service anywhere in the world ( I am am frequent traveller)! i decided to to some laundry which i noted cost 4.50Euro. I went back out to get tokens and found her telling the details of my checkin to other patrons!!! I asked to the night staff how much the tokens for the laundry where and she asked Madame Aced who said quite forthrightly 5.50 Euro!
