We stayed two nights at this hotel for our family trip to Florence. The hotel staff was both friendly and helpful, but Rachel from the front desk went well beyond expectations. She gave us recommendations for restaurants, directions, and even offered to watch our dog while we went out. The Hotel was clean and tidy but some of the staff were not overly friendly, The toaster used for breakfast was very slow and I think another one is needed., It stated that there was a mini bar but there wasnt anything in the fridge. Fiesole is the perfect spot for anyone wanting to head a little out of town when visiting Florence... and Hotel Villa Bonelli is a great choice for well-priced accommodation in Fiesole. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and our room was great, with a stunning view (although not of Florence). "goed bereikbaar rustig hotel"
