我只在此酒店逗留約十小時(8pm-6am), 我原訂的是雙人套房, 惟到步後, 職員以雙人房在另一建築物為由, 建議我加十元(菲濟幣)住另一間房, 我拒絕, 他們開了一間dorm給我, 並說只有我一人住, 我表達了不滿但勉強接受, 因我只住一晚; 其後我要求代為安排第二天早上六時早餐及6時15分乘的士到機場, 女職員一口答應,誰知到時不單沒有早餐, 也沒有的士, 在我多次催促下, 那位甚麼都說不知的小職員才幫我叫的士. 我認為員工不負責任及不可靠!

Back in Denmark after 3 wonderful weeks in Fiji. I`ll never forget Mama and her god cooking. Mama and her staff Bella,Wana and Save were very helpful. Mamas Tropic of Capricorn is the place to start when visiting Fiji.I`ll be back. THANK YOU.

This is the best place to get the feel of Fiji. It is my 1st time here and everyone is so helpful, setting up tours and trips to other islands. It is very laid back and relaxing which is what I want. Watched the sunset from my room! Even in the rainy season it is a place I'll always remember. Thanks Mama and family!!!!

This hotel is really good. The service is so great - free transport from the airport to the hotel, a wonderful welcome from Mama, some great food, and a view to die for. We've been in to rooms, and both with view right out to the beach. It's a bit far from the city, but Mama will gladely take care of some transport for you.

It was a nice hotel on the beach. The staff was very friendly and big mama make me fell home. Big mama the owner of this hotel is a wonderful person and her food taste so good. I can recomand this hotel to everybody going to fiji, visit mamas resort and save money and eat well to reasonable price. The stay was very nice. The Capricorn is on the beach and Mom (the owner) takes care of everything perfectly. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We picked this hotel as it was to be an airport stopover the night before leaving Fiji however it was a fair distance over the other side of town - we passed many other inexpensive hotels that were much closer to the airport and stayed at one in particular that was very good value - Nomads Skylodge where we stayed the first night in Fiji. We didnt end […] up staying at Tropic of Capricorn as the neighbourhood seemed quite scary to us with bars on the windows and the entrance coming through the washing lines etc - very odd set up. Having said that the view was amazing - right on the water and it would be great for backpackers but not for families or anyone wanting somewhere close to the airport or Nadi Town. The lady at reception was very helpful and we were grateful for her assistance. 詳情

The stay was overall very nice.

Staff were very accommodating from the first to the last night I was there. They make you feel part of the family. The owner who everyone calls Mama (as a sign of respect) and the rest of the staff are very honest people. If you have any problems with anything during your stay in Fiji they really go out of their way to help you. If I come back to Fiji […] would def like to come back to the Tropic of Capricorn!!! The staff was very helpfull and accommodating, thus creating a relaxing atmosphere. The vast array of people staying provided a life enriching experience.

I stayed in an airconditioned studio with a hot shower, toilet, tv and refrigerator all to myself for a reasonable price. The staff here is very welcoming and hospitable, any questions you have they will be willing to answer - be it about places to go in Fiji, where is safe, what to do, etc. I was traveling solo and felt very comfortable. The food is […] fresh to order, affordable and uses ingredients from Fiji...Right on the beach. The beach isn't the best I've seen in Fiji but you can still get a lovely tan, read a book under the palm trees, nice breeze. There's also a pool, bar, horseback riding on the beach and much more! I left my big luggage here in storage for 2 weeks free of charge and they lock it up until you come back. Keep in mind this is an affordable backpackers/hotel, not a five star resort. If you would like to just get lost among all the other tourists and pay lots of money, stay at the resorts in Denarau. Otherwise, this is a great little resort. The beach isn't the nicest, but still it is a beach and our kids loved it. Was very peaceful to hear the little waves breaking during the night too while going to sleep. The staff is so incredibly […] kind and make the stay so personal. They really get to know you and you aren't just another guest. The manager goes by Mama. We weren't really sure where to stay with a 3 year old and a 1 year old, but Tropic of Capricorn suited all of our needs and the staff loved our girls like their own. Our girls loved the beach and pool. The complimentary breakfast is only toast with butter and jam and coffee or tea. When I saw complimentary breakfast I thought more of like continental breakfast, but still it filled us up before we found lunch. The complimentary shuttle is only for pick-up and you have to find your own way back to the airport, though its not much. Our room was clean and they will even do laundry for you for a small fee. They even did something my wife doesn't do and ironed my clothes :-) They do not have a dryer though, so if you need them dried quickly, there is a dryer at the next resort over at Smugglers Cove. Our only regret was we would have had more time. This little resort was very pleasant and even had a restaurant with very good relatively cheap food in big proportions. Mama and Zelda will even make bookings for tours, though we did not use this service. 詳情

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Zelda whom checked us in really quickly. The room wasn't that big but it had a really nice balcony overlooking the beach & ocean which does have an amazing sunset. the bathroom had hot water with a great big shower suitable for 2 people. It had a fridge and a tv with only 2 channels. The aircon was perfect. […] The pool was really nice too. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was great & cheap too. The bed was really comfy too. the hotel has a few resident cats and a gorgeous dog, Lindsay. On the down side, we stayed for 9 nights and the room wasn't clean not even once. I changed my own sheets and replaced the rubbish. the inside of the cupboard, the drawer & the balcony had mice poo droppings wich i found to be disgusting. The beach is very dirty and we didnt go in it once but its nice to walk on the beach in the evening with the awesome sunset in the back. Nadi isnt the best place to stay for more then 2 nights. I reccomend going to the islands for longer. We regretted we didnt stay long & enjoy the real beauty of the Fiji Islands. All in all a really pleasant stay and i do recomend it. 詳情

It's not always just about where you stay but who you stay with. Mama is an incredibly kind host and made my trip to Fiji so wonderful, though way too brief.

Leider ist das Hotel überhaupt nicht schön. Mama (Die Besitzerin) ist zwar sehr nett, aber das Hotel ist weder neu, noch ist es sehr sauber. Auch zum Essen gibt es nichts gutes. Die Klimaanlage ist furchtbar. Entweder eiskalt oder heiß...nichts dazwischen. Unser Tip...lieber ins Smugglers Cove Beach Resort & Hotel. Haben dort zwar auch nicht die Zimmer […] gesehen, aber das Restaurant ist wenigsten besser. Insgesamt ist der ganze Ort ab ca. 21 Uhr tot. Waren nur am ersten und letzten Tag unseres Fiji Trips im Hotel, da die Pickups zu den Inseln zu früh für unseren Hinflug und zu spät für unseren Rückflug waren. Parfait ! Chambre avec balcon privé et vue sur la mer ! Mama et Jerry s'occupent de tout à merveille ! les plats fait juste sur le moment sont très bons ! On se sent comme à la maison ! Allez-y sans hésiter ! Dès que l'on peut y retourne !!

Var her med partener min i begynnelsen av februar. Hadde bestilt ett dobbeltrom. For det første måtte vi vente leeeenge på flyplassen før de kom og hentet oss. Da vi kom fram og sjekket inn hadde de leid ut rommet vårt, eller det var nå det de sa. Deretter sier de at de har oppgradert oss, til vår overaskelse til ett 12 manns rom. Ikke akkurat oppgradering. […] Vi klaget, og da fant de tydeligvis hotellrommet vi egentlig skulle ha. Rommet var veldig skittent. Var gammel mat som lå på benken, MASSE maur på badet, og da vi våknet etter vår første natt, var vi oppspist av lopper. Hundrevis av bitt!!! Det var katteskit i trappen og "Hotellet" lukter kattepiss!! Garantert fra alle kattene som rusler rundt hele tiden. Kanskje noen folk liker måten Mama er mot de, men hun er rett og slett nedverdigende. Som om du er ett lite barn som ikke vet bedre her i verden. Vil ikke anbefale noen å bo på dette "hotellet", og skjønner ikke at hotels velger og representere det. Har sett på Hotels som ett stempel på kvalitet, men vil ikke si at dette var ett hostel en gang, mer ei rønne hvor ingen menneske bør måtte betale for å bo i!! 詳情

Godt hotel til prisen. God beliggenhed - 20 m til stranden, hvor vandet dog desværre er brunt og uklart, men stadig dejlig varmt. Mama (hotelejeren) er virkelig flink,imødekommende og hjælpsom. kan klart anbefales.

all the chairs on the beach are broken, My room was on the second floor and toillette first, there was no light in toilett, she gave me a flashlight. She said she would get up early to make me breakfast and me back to the airport. She stood up for payment, I have not had breakfast and I had to pay for taxis to the airport

Vous pouvez aller dans cet hôtel les yeux fermés! Les chambres sont très bien équipées (télé, bouilloire, frigo, armoire), situé sur la plage, avec transat à disposition. We loved this hotel, and Mama (owner)! The staff are very welcoming and the hotel is nice (both the dorm and the twin rooms).

My boyfriend and I stayed for one week on Tropic of Capricorns apartment, which was not as nice as the hotel, but we had a lovely view from our terrace.
