The Ibis is a 10 minute walk to Cornavin Station, and although the room was smaller than I expected from an Ibis, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The people at reception were also friendly and helpful. However at the time of writing (July 2011) the hotel is covered with scaffolding for renovations and building work starts early. There […] are notices saying that access to your room may be expected from 7am to 7pm, and we had people working outside our window at 8am. If you're an early riser or you need to be up for business, then this possibly doesn't matter, for anyone on a holiday I wouldn't recommend the Ibis at this current time. Once the building work is finished, I'm sure the Ibis will return to being a good budget hotel. 詳情

i have travelled the world and each country has a different pillow but the iron pillows that we in my room were the worst ever. I had a creak in my neck for 4 days. I will never use the hotel again. everything else was great but a hotel is rubbish unless u come out with a good sleep.

We were there three separate nights in October. On the last their elevator - which is almost too small for two people plus luggage - stopped working for several hours. However, if you were already on an upper floor, it sounded like it was still operational when the button was pushed. It just never came. At no point did it occur to them to have one of […] their staff climb the stairs and post "Out of Order" signs. The morning after the second night my wife left her watch in the bathroom by mistake. That afternoon, having net access but no phone, we used the contact form on the Ibis website to ask that the watch be fetched and held for us. Not only did the central Ibis office never contact the hotel about this, but the hotel staff, when we asked about the watch, which they claimed hadn't been found, took no responsibility for the failure of their organization and made not the slightest apology. That said, other staff we interacted with on the first two stays were warm and helpful. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. And the location is convenient to both the train station and the central city. 詳情

Good size beds, good shower and plenty of towels. Only downside was no power outlets in the room so couldn't recharge phone etc.

Very convenient location - close to Central Station and an easy walk to the lake and other tourist attractions. Staff are most helpful and welcoming.

Located a few blocks from the station. Small, clean rooms, satisfactory service, surprisingly difficult to find satisfactory breakfast alterNative to expensive hotel offering. Best luck at train station! Hotel is a straightforward, unpretentious alternative to big-city la-ti-da.

Prisvärt och fint hotell. Nära och bra till stationen och till centrum. Det ingick även ett lokaltransport kort så man kunde åka gratis kollektivtrafik. Samt fri internetanslutning.

Bra läge- och trevliga rum, saknar kyl på rummen eftersom frukosten är så dyr,.. Utcheckningen tog fruktansvärt lång tid, inget för den stressade affärsresenären

corresponde a su categoria, el barrio no es muy lindo sobre todo a la tarde, esta cerca de medios de transporte y se puede conocer bastante a pie.El lugar de recepcion esta junto al bar, al lugar de desayuno ,y del estar y computadoras lo cual es bastante feo.

Hotel entspricht dem IBIS Service und Standard. Strassen- und Baustellen-Lärm nerven je nach Lage des Zimmers. Dennoch: ist recht ok für die Lage und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Positiv: Frühstück besser als sonstiges IBIS-Buffets.
