The hotel was excellent. The room we had was designed as a time-share, so it had a full galley kitchen, etc. which was very nice. There are several different floorplans available though. Nothing bad to say about our weekend stay - the rooms were great - well equipped, comfortable, modern, spacious. Pool was great, kids loved it, and beach access was perfect. I was concerned about the timeshare being pushed on us after reading some other reviews but we didn't hear a word about it our entire stay. Would stay again anytime.

For a family vacation this was a good option, it was very child friendly. The facility was clean and security made regular appearances at the pool. Efficient staff and check-in. Room was clean and comfortable. Only negatives were: no cafe or restaurant, and we received a early call requesting that our room needed to be inspected and a "welcome" gift delivered. This was a devious attempt to sell us a "vacation" package.

Located in the quiet part of town. Can't walk to restaurants etc. Staff were pretty helpful, but too much of a timeshare push. No daily room service. Really designed for long stay than a couple of days.

We were greated by every staff member we came in contact with. The view from our room was breath taking. I have never stayed in such a clean room. It excided all of our expections. I will always stay there when in the Myrtle beach area.

This was a great time of year to go to the coast. No crowds or lines & got to enjoy great food &cool weather. The hotel staff was very polite, efficient & was ready for us when we walked into the hotel. This is a owner's type property (timeshare), so there was a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dining table, full bath w/whirlpool & a master […] bedroom w/a balcony that overlooked the ocean. We were located on the 17th floor w/a spectacular view of the ocean from the bedroom balcony - watched the sun rise from bed. The 2nd balcony, located in the main living area, overlooked the strip. It was too cool to use the pool, though I understand it is heated to 80 degrees +. There was also a hot tub & a waterslide. The bed was VERY comfortable, hot water on demand & room very clean. We asked what restaurants the staff would recommend, & were given a few. One was the Sea Merchant, about a 10-15 min drive (due to the speed limit & traffic lights). Scallops, oysters & fish were so good, fork tender, no fishy taste, & light. With bread, salad & vegetables, we brought "home" leftovers. We were invited to take an "ownership" update which we were interested in as Wyndham has purchased RCI, so wanted to know how that program worked. We were treated professionally w/courtesy & given a view on purchasing a unit at this resort, which we declined. No hard pressure sale. I would recommend this Wyndham resort location for the staff, location, comfort & cleanliness. 詳情

A beautiful property indeed and had no issues with the property itself but my only complaint is that the check out time is 10:00am and it is my fault for not reviewing that when I made the reservation. If I had known that; I would have chose another property as not to have been rushed on my last day..When I called to ask for a later check out with a […] bit of huffing and puffing the guest service agent gave me until 10:30am and housekeeping was knocking right at 10:30am...that is after they knocked first at 8:30am. I realize that units have to be cleaned and ready for the next occupants but many properties do it still allowing their guests to check out at 11:00am or even at noon. With check in times posted as not until 3 or 4pm I have a tough time understanding why this property needs you out by 10am.....I would recommend this property however make sure their schedule fits yours or you will have the same uncomfortable ending to your wonderful days at the beach as I did........ 詳情

We arrived and quickly discovered we were being targeted by on site timeshare marketers at check-in. The incentive to participate in the hour and a half hard sell was attractive, so we agreed. Unless you want to sacrifice a couple hours of precious vacation time, we suggest you avoid these folks. We have no need for additional beds and still prefer to sleep in the same bed- one larger than a double. Beds--not sure when they last purchased new mattresses, but the investment is overdue. All the linens in the world cannot disguise a bad mattress. But the pillows and linens were clean and unworn. The location is acceptable and local grocery and pharmacy are within decent walking distance of less than a mile. When we booked this hotel online, we didn't know it was a timeshare resort. At check in, we were given a $100 gift card, along with a certificate for a 7 day, 6 night stay at various hotels. We had to attend a 90 minute orientation. (which we didn't have to sit through because we waited 40 minutes without speaking to anyone, so they said we could go). […] They said they don't advertise - but use us to their advertising for them. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, , which included a living room, full kitchen (granite countertops), 3 flat screen tv's, and a washer/dryer. The King bed was very comfortable! I would recommend this hotel highly! The staff were very kind and accommodating! The restaurants left something to be desired. We didn't find a restaurant that had made to order meals. Great spacious 2-bedroom Standard Room + the bonus pullout couch created a 3rd bedroom -- worked well for 3 Adults, 2 children + an infant. Rooms very clean, quiet and new. Loved the ocean view and access. Plenty of garage parking as we had 2 cars. Although this is a time-share hotel, the offer to join a breakfast presentation occurred at check-in, […] but no additional pressure was put upon us when we decided not to participate. *Better option than renting a condo -- full kitchen appliances, includes linens, all soaps, beach/pool towels. Walking distance to a breakfast/lunch restaurant, grocery store, ice cream shop & souvenir shops. 5-20 minutes drive to attractions, other restaurants. Drawbacks: 1) Small pool area...hard to get a chair during peak times, no pool in sunshine to hang out in (hot tub and lazy river); no toddler splash zone where water isn't dumping on their head. 2) No storage in room (no closets or luggage racks). 3) Bathroom off kitchen had a shower which leaked water all over floors (bathroom and kitchen) due to wrong shower curtain style. Had to mop up water each time. 4) Sidewalks narrow and right on the road -- not so safe for leisure stroll with the kids. Recently stayed there on my honeymoon and was hassled on check-in about a luncheon or breakfast to attend. They schedule right off the bat, with promised of free gifts. They give you a prepaid gift card, and state if you don't go to the luncheon they will charge your debit account on file. The studio room was very small for three people. The only negative aspect was that housecleaning was not offered every day. You had to take your dirty towels down to the front desk yourself to get clean ones. You also had to take your own trash out at the end of your stay. This was not explained to us when we booked. As you enter the kitchen is right at the door and then the two double beds are next to the kitchen which is not closed off. The hotel was clean and right on the beach in North Myrtle. Comfortable beds. Fantastic views. Great beach.The room we had was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Had a full kitchen but no where to sit. Balcony had 2 chairs, but you had to climb over 1 to get to the other.

I love Wyndham Resorts and Towers on the Grove is a great one! The staff accommodated us once I realized I booked the wrong size room. Fortunately a larger room was available and the staff made our room switch easy. Great beach view and closeness. Definitely a good choice, comfy beds too.
