"Great place."
Everyone was real nice and the place was spotless. Grocery stores were within a block and had a variety of foods to pick from in the stores. Mall was within a 10 minutes walk from apartment. "Great staff but not the greatest place to stay"
The people there were helpful and wanted to do thei best, but I just don't think it is worth the price. If you are in Dubai for vacation, Do Not Stay Here! It is not a bad place to stay if you are in town for business but I wouldn't go back. I never ate at the restaurant because it always smelled like cigarettes, so I can't comment on the food. The hotel overall is ok,location not bad-close to Ibn Batuta Mall. It's just staff at this hotel are extremely not helpful- to my any request the answer was NO . The lobby of the hotel is not very attractive, because of the staff as well maybe-they don't look professional at all ,all with gloomy faces and there's a manager running around with some messed […] up reservations and dealing with them in a terrible way.
