City Hotel Tirana - 地拉那

Nice hotel, the only issue I had was their strict rule on no guests in room- irritating when the weather isn't so great. Had room 302 which included a nice top floor balcony- but issue as close to stairs and so could hear people outside door- only small issue as very small place. As others have said, no lift and no real common area. Breakfast was basic […] but filling, although sometimes ran out of things. Wifi was a little flakey- but that's the norm in Albania! 詳情

Located in a great part of the city, surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel is friendly, clean with comfy beds! Re the previous comment, there are now signs saying no friends of guests allowed in the rooms! (And weapons to be left at reception!)

It all seemed to be going so well at the City Hotel Tirana. At 40 euros I was getting a decent room, internet and reasonable breakfast, all at a great location in Tirana. But on the third day, the dream suddenly turned into a nightmare. Three days removed from this incident (described below) it is still hard to believe it all actually happened – all […] I can say is that behind the veneer of a budget hotel is a management that is simply incapable of dealing with basic conflicts (in my case it was a baby crying at 2PM in my room) and resorts to lying and getting aggressive with its own guests and visitors to resolve them. ********Incident ******* After a baby cried in my room at 2PM during the day, I was told that my visitors could only stay in my room for a maximum of fifteen minutes. I read the hotel documentation in my room in search of this rule and could not find it. Upon presenting the receptionist with my findings she then told me that this was a new rule that wasn’t in the room documentation. The hotel manager, Edmund, then came and said that if I had rented a larger room then I could have a visitor for more than fifteen minutes. Upon hearing this my wild hunch was confirmed. Edmund was just making up rules as he went along. I asked for hotel documentation outlining the rule to back up what he was saying. He then said he was the manager and he was the hotel policy, and he didn’t need to show me this documentation. He then began getting aggressive and said I should have consulted the hotel first to inquire about their visitor policies (to call about this would be similar to calling a hotel in advance to check if there were beds in the room). I said that in staying at hundreds of hotels around the world I had never heard of such a policy. He retorted that he had stayed in thousands and they all had this policy. Still willing to believe him (after all there are thousands of hotels I have not stayed at) I asked him which hotels he was referring to and he could n 詳情

There is no lobby in this Hotel, the breakfast room is a dork hole behind the staires. NO lift, my room was in the 3rd floor. At 22.00h was switch off the electricity in my room (1st night). Only Albanian TV channels

Litet men naggande gott. Inte något lyxhotell, men med det som du behöver för att bo bra. Ett läge i de centrala delarna av Tirana med nära till restauranger, banker mm, men ändå inte så mycket störning från trafiken. Och vänlig och hjälpsam personal.

nous y avons passé 1 nuit lors de notre visite de Tirana. L'hotel est pas trop mal situé (10 minutes à oieds du centre), avec un parking gardé et donc sécurisé a proximité (200 metres environ). Equipement et propreté dela chambre tout a fait convenable. Hotel très bien pour un court séjour.

Hotelli sijaitsi hyvällä paikalla suhteessa kaupungin keskustaan. Henkilökunnan auttavaisuus hoidettaessa minulle hammaslääkärissä käynti sekä kuljetuspalvelujen järjestelyssä seuraavaan kohteeseen. Toiminta oli todella kiitettävää.

Prisvärt hotell beläget mycket centralt. Rent och välskött. Något lyhört.

Hotellet var mycket bra. Vårt rum var fräscht och rymligt. Omgivningarna var toppen med bl a en liten matbutik som var öppet dygnet runt och cafér. Brevid hotellet bodde också Albaniens premiärminister, därvav all bevakning. Det enda som direkt var negativt var att vårt våningsplan (tredje våningen) blev strömlöst sista natten, mitt under min hemresa. […] Jag försökte då påpeka problemet för nattpersonalen, men personen i receptionen förstod inte engelska tyvärr... 詳情

Hotellet ligger lidt tilbagetrukket fra larmende veje, men meget tæt på bymidten, og gåafstand til det centrale Tirane og gode cafeer. Hotellet har en perfekt størrelse, lille intimt og hyggeligt.
