Obviously, we only stayed by the airport because we were using this hotel as a HUB. We arrived in Dublin late, and took off early in morning to Cork. This hotel was extremely clean. However, the two best things about it were: 1) the blonde-haired Reception Desk front guy (who was so nice), and 2) the woman who helped me and my two children (5 and 8) […] with breakfast. A big, charmless hotel. You have to pay for on-site parking. The menu was very poor. You pay extra for breakfast and I wish we had saved our money. It was cold, and tinned mushrooms-yuck! The rooms were ok. They were at least clean. Only one pillow though, and only one hand towel and one bath towel. There were two of us! We did, however, find another […] bath towel in a drawer- big deal! We had a fine view from our window of the busy road, as well as the rubbish collection area of the hotel. Have stayed here a number of times due to great value for money and convenient underground car park. Excellent free & frequent shuttle bus service. Good food and friendly staff. Only downside was quality and price of a pint (poor head on pint/not enough gas) but besides that it has always been A1!

Hotel is located 4 min drive from Dublin international airport, free shuttle each 15-20 min, room is relatively comfortable for 3* hotel, good sonar isolation. Sometimes service at the reception is not very kindly. But in whole, we do not regret to stay at this hotel.

We were supposed to be in a none smoking room with our family & it stunk of smoke had to leave windows open. The Hotel could be really nice but is tired looking .Can't fault the friendly staff though. Food way over priced & average . Went into dining room in morning got coffee from machine & was cold . TV picture was terrible so turned that off . Nowhere […] as good as the Newlands Cross Hotel . Internet service you pay 1 euro for 8 mins & broadband is rubbish you can't get airline ticket printed in 10 mins as it is very slow . Reception were helpful though . The place needs revamping . 詳情

Location is very convenient for an overnight stay before catching a flight to final destination. Room was clean very essential but totally worth the cost. Good: location, value for money. First time I overnighted before an early flight. Would certainly do it again. The whole experience was such a treat and staff were lovely.

I am happy with my stay at the hotel in general even if I only stayed one night. I would come back to the hotel but the 2 receptionists I had to deal with on Saturday evening and Sunday mornings were not very friendly or helpful and looked like I was bothering them. I had a man in the evening and a lady early in the morning. The rest was fine.

Restaurant and bar service was nice. My big complaints: a) the towels or better still, the lack thereof. Two of us checked in to find one set of towels (one bath and two hand towels to be precise). No wash cloths. In the morning I went out into the hall found the maid and she all but implied I was silly for not finding the cabinet with an extra bath […] towel stuffed in a plastic bag. Even if I found it I doubt I would be tempted to open the bag or use the towel. Why not just put it in the bathroom? Next morning: one bath towel in the bathroom and the one in the plastic bag was not replaced. Dried off with a hand towel. Suggestion: simply stock the room with an adequate number of towels for the number of guests. b) Bus service: they do not take reservations for the bus to the airport. We came downstairs at 7:45 for a roughly 8:00 AM bus. There were over 40 people waiting for the same bus (I counted) and the bus does not hold as many as was there. (These people are both hotel guests and park and ride patrons.) Ended up taking a taxi instead of their bus. Suggestion: make reservations then at least your customers will understand the need for alternate transportation. 詳情

Very large hotel. Huge restaurant and bar in lobby, very loud. Nothing around this hotel, but it is close to the airport.

Great hotel very clean and tidy also the staff were very friendly and helpful. Really close to the airport and the shuttle bus was a bonus. On the down side because we had to leave early for the airport there was no form of breakfast available and was not told to us at time of booking and paying
