Hotels.com 旅客於 2012年03月26日留下評價离市区有点远，出去库塔要15分钟车程，酒店有免费去市区的巴士，但没有回程的，出入有点不方便，服务质量不错，服务人员都蛮友好的，就是入住的第一天要交押金，退房的时候会给回你的，房间整洁度不错，里面没什么景观可以看，早餐是自助的可以选择的比较小，就是麦片和面包，还有炒饭炒粉，但总体的性价比还是有的，是公寓式酒店来的，比较适合商务人士住，wifi信号蛮强的

The villas are beautiful, the service efficient and the staff very polite. We had no water the first night that we were there and had to move to another which also had some electricity problems. But inspite of these problems we had an enjoyable stay and would highly recommend them.

loved the serivce, very nice and clean hotel. The rooms were amazing and the location is a side street adjacent to the main street in Seminyak. We used the hotel VIP visa service and airport pick up for an additional fee. We also arranged a driver from the hotel to take us around local areas. Price's were super reasonable. The morning breakfast was […] fantastic and pool was nice and very nicely lite in the evenings. The only complaint we have was that in our 2nd room villa there were bed bugs. We could not see them because the rooms are pretty dim but my mom was bitten all over her arm from the second night. I know there's a big problem with this all over the U.S and other countries and it isn't a deal breaker for us. We are very used to staying in upscale, Westins, St.Regis's but I have to say it was great staying at a villa for a change and we will return with friends and families as long as we know the bed bugs are gone. I reported it to the hotel and they handeled the issue very well. They are such a nice and caring staff. Very trustworthy! 詳情

Wonderful villa, friendly staff. About a 7-minute walk to the main road lined with cafes and restaurants. Stayed in the 2-bedroom villa that had a rooftop deck that would've been good for a small party.

Very Beautiful quiet location, rooms were spacious and very very clean, mosquitos were a bit of problem at night even after sprayed, but it did rain quite a bit, husband got alot of bites.
