除ㄌ便利性 其他並沒有想像中ㄉ好 又貴 連把梳子都沒有 洗澡廁所還會淹水 空間又小 打掃也不用心 只是棉被折過 拖鞋也沒擺好 說好13點退房 12:30就鎖卡ㄌ 行李也拿不出來 總之 失望 不會再光顧ㄌ

第一次住W hotel, 很新潮的飯店，很適合嚐鮮的年輕人，整體感覺氛圍都很年輕。和一般國際連鎖的酒店不同。 地點不是很好，離尖沙嘴有一段距離，要搭穿梭巴，半小時一班。 以這樣的房價居然不包含網路，感覺有點小家子氣，而且房間內賣一堆東西，感覺飯店很想賺錢，這點比較沒有賓至如歸的感覺。 房間裝修得很新潮，尤其是浴室和睡房的高挑拉門，感覺空間變化比較大，但是唯一美中不足的是馬桶間和淋浴間共用一個拉門，理念很好，但是設計不良，一沖澡地下就淹水到外面，整個溼答答的很不好受。 泡澡的浴缸加上電視到是不錯。 飯店不錯，但是親合力不夠，雖然每個服務人員都想表達親合力，但總覺得少了這種感覺。 周圍唯一的shopping mall 還不錯，可以逛逛，餐廳也很多。 唯一恐怖的試賣房子的人比遊客還多， […] 一直被騷擾，實在應該管管。 詳情

The atmosphere is very cool, with art, fashion & music at the core of their personality. It's fun to be a part of, especially whilst on holiday where you can take your time to explore all the hotels great areas, like the pool on the 74th floor, the Living room for a cocktail before heading out, or the most amazing buffet I've ever seen in their restaurant, […] the Kitchen. We were there over Easter and went to the Easter Sunday Brunch - all I can say is that it was amazing - free-flowing French champagne, beautifully laid out buffet with an endless selection of excellent quality food - finished off with a dessert display with a stunning Alice in wonderland theme. So much fun!! One of the best things about the hotel is the whatever whenever desk - they are so helpful to make your stay unforgettable. It's a great attitude for a hotel to have. Although it took a while to check in because of the holiday crowd, the staff were pleasant and upgraded us because we were in town for a special occasion. We loved the decor of the hotel and found the unusual items in the room pack very interesting. The beds were heavenly which made it extremely difficult to get out of bed. W hotel staff was super helpful. Hotel is relatively conveniently located although a little far from Hong Kong island. Neighborhood is industrial, my view was to container harbor, so not the greatest.

CHECKING IN VERY SLOW. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE SUCH EXPERIENCE. ROOMS ARE NOT READY UPON CHECKING IN AT ABOUT 4PM. GENERALLY IS A GOOD HOTEL, CLEAN AND AT A VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION.

Its great every time. The buffet never lets me down - and this time I got to meet many of the kitchen managers - they were super sweet! I also went to the pool party on the roof... saturday night.. it was cool too. Free for hotel guests!

Loved, loved, loved this hotel and would definitely return. Significant positives: location in great mall directly above train station from airport and other connecting train; room and amenities were fabulous, especially the bed--heavenly!; wonderful pool and workout facilities. The hotel has a very "hip" vibe, and I wouldn't say I am particularly hip […] these days. That said, there were people of all ages staying at the hotel, so I never felt out of place or uncomfortable. Great access to cheaper food in the mall at some very good restaurants if you don't want to eat at the hotel itself. Location of this hotel is no problem at all, with the Kowloon MTR directly below as well as the Airport train, which you can check-in for flights at the station. Great pool deck and gym. We found our over-all stay very comfortable and will be staying again when next in HK.

The title says it all. They lived up to their service slogan which I have mentioned in my title. The hotel was excellent in both exterior and interior. Facilities and amenities was fabulous. Their staff provided a wonderful service. I will be back with them again.

The hotel was away from the beating heart of HK and going out necessitated a cab ride about 5-10 mins into central Kowloon. There was a train station there which takes you to/from the airport and presumably into Kowloon but I didn't fancy the hassle and next time I will stay somewhere more centrally located (there were loads to choose from in Central […] Kowloon) The fact that it was so far out (well 5+ mins) made the whole hotel experience somewhat lacking. This was my 2nd time in HK this year so sort of know what I'm talking about and last time stayed somewhere in central Kowloon just near to Star Ferries. My other BIG bugbear was the hotel itself...it was VERY complicated to navigate, use the features in the hotel room itself and also just get around the place...which lifts/where's the lift button/is that a corridor or just a mirror/how turn the lights off at night etc etc I've nothing against W Hotels as have stayed in the one in San Francisco previously and loved it! But forget W Hotel Kowloon! 詳情

The best thing about this hotel is how GREAT it smells everywhere inside! Everything about this hotel is perfect. The people, the seafood buffet downstairs, the pool and the bliss spa. Rooms are large and spacious also.

The hotel is very conveniently located at the Kowloon MTR station, which is perfect for catching the airport express train but a bit out of the way from the more popular tourist sites in Tsum Sha Tsui, but hop into a taxi and its a mere 10 minute ride to all the best […] dining and shopping in Tsum Sha Tsui. Nice hotel but location a little too far from Starferry area for me.. Liked : hotel decoration - swimmingpool - breakfast ok.. Didnt like : slim equipped fitness center - spabath in mens changingroom couldnt start with air and waterjets after 3 days even though I told staff twice.. 九龍駅に直結と、交通の便よく、お部屋も快適、清潔感があり、広いです。ショッピングセンター（エレメンツ）に直結しているため、ショッピングにも便利でした。次回も、ぜひここに滞在したいです。

酒店位置不错 尤其对于需要方便到机场的人 楼下商场也值得一逛

环境很好，地段也很方便，紧挨着圆方商场购物超方便的。

非常喜欢酒店里的感觉，位置紧挨着圆方商场，购物很方便，离海港城也超近的，下次还会入住

호텔 주변이 번잡하지 않아 좋았음. 매 30분 마다 호텔 셔틀 밴이 운행되어 편리했음 (하버시티, 침사추이 MRT 등) 운전기사 뿐만 아니라 호텔 스텝 모두 너무 친절함! SPA 는 생각보다 별로 였음 호텔 수영장 강추 다음에도 W 호텔을 이용할 예정임!!!

交通非常方便，到机场的九龙站。就在酒店下面。 去哪里都很方便。

10月に1泊しました。 ホテルへは12時頃少し早くチェックインしましたが受付の方が部屋が空いているのでとすぐに通してくれました。 エレベーターの中には音楽が流れていて、フロアの廊下はフルーティーな匂いが漂っていて部屋に入るまでにテンションがあがりました。 部屋も少し高い部屋だったので景色が結構良く、いつも行くと泊まる尖沙咀周辺の狭いホテルと比較して広くて快適でした。 部屋のバスルームがとてもスタイリッシュで良かったのですが、唯一トイレを流すボタンが押しにくいのが気になりました。バスルームにはテレビが付いていてついゆっくり入ってしまいました。 ブッフェは受付と同じ階の”KITCHEN”にて食べたのですが、品数も豊富で、サラダバー、アジア料理、デザートもティラミスやムースがあり値段もまあまあ高か […] ったのですがとても美味しく満足しました。 ホテルと直結したエレメンツにもショッピングに出かけ荷物が重くなるとホテルに一旦帰ったり、エレメンツ内にも沢山カフェがあるのでゆっくり出来て良かったです。 夕方は76階にある屋上プールで泳ぎました、目の前に建物があるので景色が完全に見えることはないのですが建物の間に見える香港島の景色はきれいでした。 プールはあまり泳いでいる人はいないようでしたが、温水なのか温かかったです。 夜にはホテルの中の73階にあるBLISSスパにて、フェイシャル60分を受けてきました。 始めに受付の上の階にある着替えのロッカーに通され、着替えをし小部屋に通されました。そこでお茶やプチデザートを食べた後、ゆっくりとブルーの落ち着く個室でファイシャルを受けました。 担当してくれた人はとても丁寧な人でリラックスしてあっという間で顔がツルツルになりました。 その後、ロッカーに戻ると、ホットバス３～４人ぐらい入ることが出来る湯船があり、ミストサウナやサウナ、個室のシャワー室が2室ありすべてBLISSの商品がおいてありとてもゆっくり出来ました。 ホットバスからは香港の夜景が見えてとてもキレイでした。 香港では本当に沢山歩いたのでホテルにてリラックス出来て、翌日早いフライトだったので、ホテルチェックアウトからエアポートエキスプレス駅まで５分ほどであっという間にフライトチェックインが出来たのが本当に楽で、次に香港に行く時もまた宿泊したいと思いました。 詳情

是个很酷风格的酒店，客房舒适精致，很好。

디자인 호텔을 지향해서인지 전반적인 디자인등은 독특하나 실제 사용에는 편안함이 부족한듯,,, 언뜻보기엔 이뿌고 신선하나 사용기간이 길어지면서 고즈넉함이 사라짐. 먼저 사용하신분의 complaint 사항중 샤워실 얘기가 있었는데 실제로 바닥에 물이 철철 넘쳐 타월 있는껏 깔아놓음,,, 아무도 신경 안쓰는듯... 종업들또한 다소 멋만부리는 듯 일반 4성급 이상의 호텔 직원들한테서 느끼는 정중함, 예의등이 다소 부족해보임. 홍콩 중심가로부터 떨어져 매번 택시 타고 드나듦...비용 만만찬음. 부금 시설, 쇼핑센타 등은 편리함.

매번 홍콩숙박시 w호텔에서 숙박하는데 젋은층에겐 최고인것 같아요..시설면에서 청결한게 젤 맘에 듭니다

The access was also good, it was very fashionable, and it was comfortable. And, the staff is kind.

화장실 및 욕실문이 미닫이로 되어 있는데 샤워를 하고나면 문 밖으로 물이새서 욕실 바닥 전체가 물이 찹니다. 2번 불만을 제기했더니 방을 업그레이드해주었으나 욕실 자체의 구조적인 문제로 물이 여전히 새더군요. 그이외는 괜찮았습니다. 부대시설은 많이 빈약합니다.

전반적으로 분위기가 젊고 유쾌합니다. 시설도 좋고.. 다만 아쉬웠던 점은 수건에 외국인 머리카락들이 덕지덕지... 그 수건 피한다고 옆에 수건을 썼는데도 거기도 머리카락들이;; 정말 경악했습니다. 교환요청하니깐 바로 바꿔주시긴 하더군요. 그래도 전반적으로 만족했어요.

완벽한 객실과 편의시설들로 여행이 한결 즐거웠다. 누구에게나 추천하고 싶은 호텔

El hotel es espectacular y la ubicación sino es la mejor esta bastante bien, lo único que le reclamaría es que siendo un hotel de esa categoría y con esos precios te cobren adicionálmente por el uso de internet.

로비에서 흘러 나오는 음악과...맥주한잔.... 나를 기쁘게 하는 엘리베이터.. 세련된 객실... 잘 나오는 물,,,ㅋ 어쨌든 매우 만족한 호텔... 다시 묵을것이다...^^

공항에서 AEL타면 15분거리의 위치한 W. 엘리먼츠쇼핑몰과 같이 있어 쇼핑하기에도 적절합니다. 하지만 시내와의 위치는 떨어져있어 택시를 타고 들어와야 합니다. 셔틀버스는 나가는것만 가능하고 돌아오는것은 반드시 택시 혹은 지하철로 이용해야합니다. 침사추이까지는 저렴하나 홍콩섬으로 넘어가면 택시비는 고속도로 이용요금까지해서 120~150불은 예상하셔야 합니다. 하지만 다른 부대시설이 잘되어있어 추천할만합니다. 스파도 너무 좋아요
