"Old but Charming"

We had a week's stay here with 2 kids. It is expensive but we have no complains. We are already planning to stay at the Intercontinental again. All our requests were met and the staff were friendly and accomodating. A big thank you to the hotel.

"Good Hotel - needs a little improvement"

I understand this was one of the first hotels in Muscat and it shows a little bit at the edges. Rooms are a good size, very comfortable and clean, but the bathrooms really have seen better days. The bath itself in my room was well beyond it's best before date, and tiny. The public areas are nice, again in the lighting I think you can discern some modest […] improvements needed. All in all a very good hotel with nice staff, but at these prices a little spent on refurbishment would be a good idea. 詳情

For a 5 star hotel - don't expect any consistency with what they will put in your room from day to day. 7 days and I think we had (and lacked) things in 7 different ways!
