The hotel smelt of school dinners. The room was down a wing and you had to travel through the dis-used function room which was in darkness. The menu was stuck in the 1970's and the TV was tiny.

Horrible hotel. The corridors and the room were dirty. I cannot believe that Hotels.com would have any affiliation with this flea-bag hotel.

Breakfast choice (eg available fruit) could have been better and dinner menu was lacking. It was a hotel meal and we expected better. We waited for quite a while for reception staff one morning - no one was at the desk. I think the Hotel is due for a makeover - it's looking rather tired.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. They have a party space in the hotel that stays open late and is VERY loud. They did not alert us to this. The noise was so bad that we had to find another hotel and move hotels in the middle of the night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you do not plan to sleep.

the only thing that can be faulted in this hotel is the lack of service. When we checked in we asked what time they were serving food till we were kindly told by a girl, to which we later found out that she was a waitress in the restaurant, we asked should we book and we were told no it would be ok. Arriving at the room we could not open the bathroom […] door! We were moved to another room with no hassle. Went down for dinner, the girl who had previously told us that there was no need to book told us that we should have booked! We were seated and handed a menu, with nothing explained to us, no offering of a drink, nothing just left us to it. After approx 15mins a man finally came to us to take our order. As I work in a 4* hotel myself I know how important it is to have good customer service skills and I did not see this with any of the staff in the hotel. When we went down for breakfast, not a staff member in sight. After 10mins a man and woman came out from a back room, we asked for two full Irish breakfasts. What we got was certainly not two full Irish breakfasts! This mini brakfast cost us €20 excluding cereal tea or coffee! If your not fussy about service then this hotel is the place for you, but when you work in a 4* hotel yourself service is the key to a successful business. 詳情

the hotel was spacious and very warm in feeling. the reception staff were very helpful always willing to accomodate any of our needs. a bit of a distance from the main city centre but local taxis were cheap enough(tip: wehen you arrive in the town arrange a deal with local taxi firm for your entire stay). we didnt eat in the hotel as it wasnt part of […] our booking but nonetheless i would highly recommend this hotel for families and young couples alike. 詳情

Whilst the hotel was conveniently located, the traffic was noisy and there was an industrial estate opposite. The beds were hard although the rooms were large and clean. The restaurant was somewhat pretentious although adequate. Our main complaint was that paying in the restaurant by credit card, the charge was converted to GBP with an "exchange rate […] mark-up". When I protested and asked for the charge to be made in Euros I was told that this was impossible, although other traders in Ireland have had no difficulty in changing when they have been caught out! I resent this treatment of tourists, and am therefore unable to recommend this Hotel (or at least the Restaurant side of it) and will be searching elsewhere for alternative accomodation when in this part of Ireland in future 詳情

Drinagh Court is within 15 minutes drive of Rosslare harbour, on the main road to Wexford. Rooms are a reasonable size and clean and tidy. Bathrooms are in need of refurbishment - chipped bath enamel etc. We stayed 2 nights - on arrival in Ireland and night before we left. Cooked breakfast was very good on both days. It is possible to request an early […] breakfast if catching the early ferry, which we did. Staff member on early breakfast duty was pleasant and helpful. Dinner on the last night was only just acceptable - guess it depends who is cooking. Overall, the hotel was fine for convenience and we'd probably stay there again if we return to Ireland via Rosslare. 詳情
